Hello my fellow Growers👊 It was another Great week for the Kush Fromage 🙌 All the pictures were taken on Sunday, which was Day 42 of Flower. She is really starting to reek the whole area up. It is a very earthy kush like smell with fresh grapes on a grapevine mixed in, it's a very unique smell😊 She is supposed to be a very heavy resin producer and have a high THC and CBD content. Anywhere from 18-26% THC and ~3% CBD according to the breeder. I can tell you this it is one very very resinous plant😵 even the fan leaves and smaller leaves that have no trichomes on them have developed an oily resin on them. It's awesome so I can definitely say it is a heavy resin producer. If a sugar leaf touches another leaf you can see an oily resin where it touched it, my fingers get sticky just from the fan leaves👍The breeders estimated time of Flower is around 63 Days. So we got a few more weeks to go!! I hope the buds will fill in a good bit more but I am not counting on them getting huge due to this strain being more on the quality over quantity side of things. It's not a bad producer and I'm sure they can get some pretty huge flowers on em, but I have seen plants that can produce way more, but this strain makes up for it in its potency and resin production. Plus I personally like the Quality over quantity strains. They're really starting to bush out, I think I'm liking the topping of all tops on the whole plant 1 time. Makes it easy to train as well. We'll see how they compare in harvest amount to my LST long veg plants.

Day 77 - Was her last day. To be truthful she wasn't 100% ready going on the trichomes but needs must and the other photoperiod girls need their space now. It's crazy how my own personal ability has changed over the years. Blackberry is a strain I've grown every 12 months roughly, GrowDiaries is a fab place to track your learning. Looking back through my old grows I must have been mad to think they were ready to harvest! Way too early! Maybe that's the biggest thing I've learned - patience. Don't be too eager to chop, there is a lot to be gained extending by 2 or 3 weeks... Anyway, back to this girl. She has been chopped and trimmed. Have a look thru the pics, if you see a piece of black tape on the stem the apex bud on that branch was BACKBUILT. I have to say the technique REALLY does work. Those buds look fatter and denser than the others that have been left natural. It seems effective to be done about halfway through flowering, but no later than 3/4 of the way. FINAL UPDATE: So after 2 weeks in the drying net she weighed out to 87.81g. Not a great deal but she was compromised by the photoperiod plants she shared the tent with. It wasn't the full purple phenotype like I had twice before but still she looks pretty.

I definitely enjoyed and having cool cure definitely a game changer . Bout to test it out some more by leaving the buds or recent harvest inside the system. Thinking cutting down the time 4 weeks in veg and 8 to 9 weeks in flower to keep it coming and posted..

Hey everyone 🤗. This week they both continued to develop very well. Flowering day 42 Today the tent was cleaned, the humidifier refilled and the plants sprayed with Canna Cure :-). Flowering day 43 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 44 Again the tent was cleaned and fresh osmosis water was filled into canisters. Flowering day 45 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Flowering day 46 The tent was cleaned, the humidifier was filled, the plant was checked for vitality and the entire electronics were checked for functionality. Flowering day 47 Today she was sprayed again with Canna Cure and checked. Flowering day 48 We got to the last day of this week and 1.2 L were poured again and the tent was cleaned 👍. Not much to report this week. She's starting to smell more funky like that good dank stank. Before it was all pine and citrus scents. You can catch a whiff without having to rustle with it. Her buds are stacking nicely and looking THICK thick. I think the next few weeks are gonna be just that.... fattening up and ripening. Her colas are nicely shaped and even the bottom "popcorn" nugs feel dense. Def bigger than popcorn nugs I've seen. Anyways here's the update on her, I hope you enjoy following the grow! 9/21: I'm such a dumbass...I should have kept a little more distance between the canopy and the lights for a day or two, til they got used to the higher intensity and increased wattage. Singed the tips on all my new growth and kinda faded a few fan leaves...whoops... Raised lights and fed plants today....before feeding, I added a tablespoon of Fox Farm Cavern Culture to the pots. It should become available as the plants start craving the extra P and K. 9/22: They are much happier being a few more inches from the "sun"....very perky. I'll spray them all with BoomBoom Spray and more harpin proteins tomorrow morning and see if I can't turbocharge this grow a little more... 9/23: Fed them a little bit today, but had no time to soak or spray them. 9/25: Gave them their first good soaking and sprayed with harpin proteins and boomboom spray.

Will be working more feed into watering this week. They look thirsty today. I think we are well past the seedling stage
