The left was shorter in the beginning, and it had a thinner stem. It was struggling for light, so we brought the lights closer to these babies. The method of watering still the same. Under the plastic cup som sort of tiny mushroom grew which we took them out instantly. The exhaust fan is used only for couple of hours a day since the humidity levels are low and the plastic cup is used. To check if we can raise the humidity we placed a small cap and a small plate with water placed on the floor by the pots. The small (wind) fan is kept on most of the time.

So we're here again. Seem to have got the worst of the slug and s ail problem under control. Just hoping they haven't done too much damage. She's looking really healthy and really taken well to biobizz nutrients. I'm tying her down every couple days and have started tying out some of the branches. Started overdrive this week. Should definitely see an increase in bud size now. Some trichromes are already cloudy. I’m planning to give these another 2 weeks and more if need to get the balance of 50/50 amber/cloudy

Morning of day 14- tops look dry but it’s just the very surface. They took a little longer than I wanted to dry out. The weather has been cold windy and rainy, not much sun lately, and we are still about a month away from our potential last frost date. Farmer’s Almanac says last frost date is May 30th or something crazy, even though the days are normally rather warm by now. I haven’t fed as of Day 14 because they are not dry enough, there is plenty of amendments in the pot, especially towards the bottom, except I will still spoon feed a little bit. I just rehydrated the tops as they were really dry at least 1-2 inches of the tops were dry, but the bottoms are still plenty wet, so with clean water in a spray bottle, I just lightly rehydrated the top a lil, so I might be feeding tomorrow for day 15, but I don’t know yet. Keeping the tent around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and only about 25-30% RH. This helps me compensate for the lack of heat provided by the LEDs and help the plants adapt to a higher water demand. I haven’t seen the low humidity effect the seedlings, intact all the plants that grow outside in the hot bone dry climate LOVE IT! They were praising all last year. So to help keep me away from damping issues and to better prepare the little ones for the outdoors, I’m trying to match a hot and dry environment in the tent. With VPD levels way up in the red, I have yet to experience a negative impact. I have damped off enough plants in my life, it’s a lot harder for me in 60-70%RH to water the plants and get them to dry out fast enough in the tent with cold LEDs.

Grow diary 11 Stage 1 Days 1-10 By day 4 all was looking good, she had a root coming out the bottom of the cube. Day 6 I transplanted her to the 3 inch rockwool cubes that had been soaked for 15 mins in this stage nutrient solution and left to drain for 15 mins, then she went into the bigger propagator. Day 10 she no roots coming out the bottom of the 3 inch cube yet. Over the last few days she has been getting more exposure to the fan, with the lid of the propagator the humidity is on the low side, but i want to get some air movement around her. She has grown o.k over the last 10 days. She looks healthy enough and is where I would expect her to be in growth. She is the ugly duckling of the grow so far, I always find when I grow gorilla glue or anything crossed with a gorilla glue I get funky 1st and usually 2nd sets of leaves. Cant wait to harvest them. Only water right now. Till the harvest. Dense headbud. Lets see what the results will be.

Day 1 of Veg!: Both plants have shed their seeds and are turning towards the light. I was a little concerned with how they looked at first, very white, but I didn’t notice they broke ground for about 24hrs and the lights were off. They’ve got lots of color now! Day 3:These 2 are coming along awesome! Almost have the blumat system perfectly, soil is staying perfectly moist and the girls are loving it. Added a air stone to the reservoir of the Blumat System to ad oxygen and move the water around. Day 5: Plants are doing great. Steady growth right now. Still adjusting the blumat watering system to get it just right, but I’m almost there! It’s getting a little hotter during the day. In the high 70’s, but I’m okay with that for now. Lights are now at 75% Day 7: So my other seed never germinated. Put a new one in paper towel to see if it will go. Only problem is it will be 2 weeks behind by the time it comes up. I was really hoping to get a flat canopy all the way across the room, but who knows, may still be possible! Plants are loving the Gaia Green Living Soil mix, and today I just moved the blumat sensors to get a bit closer to the rootball.
