Popping 4 Booberry seeds and selecting 2, popped both freebies and will be growing out both. Seeds were soaked in a Kelp-Grow solution for 10 minutes before being placed in cotton pads, and sprayed with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution. Beginning of week.. These girls are not looking too bad.. I believe the leaves are not spreading much of those issues anymore.. The medium is still spittin out acidic runoff tho.. The only thing I can think of is the roots from previous runs weren't completely removed.. The decomposing roots inside the medium may make the medium acidic af... But I still don't know 100%.. I read that in 1 forum but again.. Idk 100%.. *sigh.. I really hope I can complete this run with no major issues or hurting yields too much. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will somehow just fix itself lol.. Ugh.. But I am not giving up! I WILL fill this 2x4 tent with MASSIVE ETHOS COLAS! Gonna be topping soon.. As soon as the main stem is long enough to cut and still be able to leave some stem so that the top 2 branches don't spit. These 2 plants have very different branch sizes.. I believe its because of the light not being able to penetrate as much of the branches on the ETHOS Cookies due to the fan leaves being on such short stems. The Mandarin Cookies may take over more than half of the tent.. But that shouldn't be a major issue.. As long as both are getting great light penetration, I'll be happy.. Still not sure if I am gonna LST and ScrOG or just LST.. I really wanna ScrOG and try ir out. I just hope I do it right.. I think I may have it figured out.. Need a little more research! But the girls are doing good.. Temps are getting kinda high here and there.. But they don't seem to mind too much. I will be upping the FloraGro and keeping the Hydroguard in the mix, also.. If it can help with root issues in hydro, maybe it can help my issue too... It says it can turn decaying matter into food for the plants.. So I guess we shall see!... Later that night... So I fed late today and checked the runoff, as I always do.. It had been 3 days since I last watered/fed (flushed actually.. Then added 1L of nutes so she wouldn't be hungry)... *going in (each): - 3L @ 1000 PPM 6.4 pH *runoff: - Mandarin Cookies: 150 PPM 6.0 pH - ETHOS Cookies: 200 PPM 6.0 pH ... So the pH is possibly starting to balance back out! The runoff still did not contain this feeding or the last feeding when it comes to TDS in the runoff.. Unless these girls are drinking/eating it up like that! The roots at the drain holes are looking massive and healthy as can be! I can't imagine they are doing bad in there.. And they are growing quite well.. But I can't wait to get these girls going!!!.. Oh yeah.. I went ahead and topped them both.. Both have 6 nodes.. That is all.. Going to let these girls just start branching out and going to try and not mess with them much (if anything just tie some bramches down to help them all kinda even out.. A.k.a... LST lol) till it is time to lollipop and get ready for flower! Just feeding/watering and tucking leaves when I can so the new colas can start doing their magic! So excited!!! Next day... I found some Coca-Cola crates.. I'm gonna use them to raise the pot and saucers off the ground.. The saucer has been holding moisture underneath and creating a bit of a mildew-ey smell.. So now, I make sure I rinse the entire saucer.. Top and bottom.. With all the airflow in the tent, theybwill dry in 60 seconds no problem!.. But now the tops are 12 inches from the light.. The power is still at 25%.. And now the girls are getting around 300 - 350 μmols/m2/s or whatever it is lol.. Mid week.. Went ahead and fed her again today. I added the Kushie Kush (bloom booster) because it contains the most Potassium.. That is what most of these marks on the leaves are from, I believe.. The runoff pH came out at 5.8 and 5.7 today.. *sigh... I really need this to clear up.. Hmm.. Maybe FloraKleen??? I guess that's all I have left to try.. Flushing multiple gallons every day for 3 or 4 days wasn't enough.. It helped.. But damn, I think I need to pull out ths big guns to clear this up.. Gonna see what happens next watering (2 or 3 days) and see what the runoff is then.. May set it to go in at 6.5 or something.. Idk... Ugh.. I really wanna just try hydro lol.. I bet one plant in a 5 gallon bucket would do awesome in this tent with a ScrOG! Hmmmmm.. Lol... End of week.. Went ahead and lollipopped a little. Both plants.. Also tied some of the longer branches down some.. Once the higher up branches are a little longer, I can then get them all tied down and begin figuring out if I should ScroG.. All depends how this ETHOS Cookies does in the next week or so.. On to the next!...

I did some defoliation🌿

First plant got a bunch of lockouts from the feed so I did an emergency flush..don't wanna mess with it anymore or cause nutrient burn on plant #2 so just water for the upcoming week. Will probably skip Cha Ching all together...not sure yet. Doesn't seem to me that either plant even needs it. Growing super frosty thoooo! Buds filling out I doubt they will get much thicker but I don't care...pretty exciting to watch them grow into their final form. I think these will be my best plants grown to date!!! :) Did a good amount of defoliation to get more light to the lower buds. Also cracked open my Mother Earth Coco Coir block for my next two grows and topped off these 5 gallon pots..the plants definitely seemed happier with that fresh layer added! Getting closer to the finish line!!

Day 46: Looking healthy and fresh. Didn’t get fat as expected. Although they are beautifll and full snowed. Got some trips in the plants so im using Neem Oil and Potasic Soap organic blend.

Oh man, this lavender auto is really starting to come to life! I defoliated it a bit and it didn't even flinch. That's a true sign of a tough plant, and I love it. It's like having a little green warrior in my grow room. And let's talk about Aptus, my nutrient sponsor. I swear by their products, they are the real deal. two of the four females are way behind compared to the others, the pistils are just starting to show up now, while in the other four the pistils are already quite fat. as it's my first time, I'm not sure how much time I have left to harvest, but I believe it's around 5 weeks.

Shes stays nice and short and bushy which i like defo shell we do good with some LST but ive left her on her own to do her things very sticky and smell rather gassy not so much purple thou but maybe in another week or two we mite see some colours 💪🎄🍀🔥💚

This week this little lady has done some growing! She's getting smelly and hopefully going to have one last stretch before flower kicks in, hopefully next 2 weeks and she will show signs, happy with production so far, she looks nice and healthy 😊, happy growing and stay green 💚💚✌️

I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking.adjusting the PH. The beginning nutrient strength is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approx. 150ppm's. The #3 plant has some issues with leaf tips 'clawing' and leaves 'taco-ing'. Unfortunately, with this system you're giving all the plants the same thing. If a plant in the run requires less/more nutrients, or prefers less frequent feeds/watering you're shit out of luck. That being said, the #3 looks crappy but it is what it is and we'll see how she deals with her issues. The #2 plant continues to be the stand out of the three and she's on a mission, getting frostier by the day! 11/24- Yesterday I raised the HLG 650R to it's maximum height available putting it approx. 30" above canopy. In addition, I reduced the power to 80% to see if it had any effect on the #3 plants condition. I'll give it 2-3 days to see if there is any change in her appearance, at which point I'll decide what to do with the light output. The #2 pheno is getting super frosty and is looking like a champ! The #1 plant is just starting to get her 'frost engine' going and I'm hoping she'll follow in the #2's footsteps! 11/26- Tomorrow I will once again be draining, cleaning and refilling the AirCube Reservoir with 80L of well water. After filling, I'll be adding Plagron nutrients to a 800 ppm solution strength, then will adjust the ph to 5.6-5.8 @70-71℉ . 11/28- There goes three weeks of flower for the Strawberry Gorilla's and I wish they looked better, but it is what it is. Day 50 to 56 Tuesday Day 50 Still on the half bloom from yesterday. Almost done stretch. Balanced the canopy. Lights are 12-14" from the lights at 450w which is ~700 umol. Seeing little rust spots. I think it's Cal def? Added magnifical up to 920ppm. D51: I believe I have been hitting too hard with nutes :) added water to res and back down to 720ppm. Got advice that I'm probably dealing with PK overdose and it adds up. D52 Problem is no longer progressing as quickly, however still some signs. D53 Res nearly empty. Added water down to 350ppm till empty. D54 Problem appears to be better but still feeding slow. 🤑. D55 Flushed the solo cup. Refed at 500ppm full bloom. Fed rest at 500ppm full bloom. D56 Another quick day at 500ppm and tomorrow I'll bump to 650ppm.

The plants are starting to recover from the N excess 2 weeks ago, this delayed a bit the starting of flower from some plants but im sure that the rest of flowering will be ok, i gave only water this week and applied a small amount of guanokalong nutrients as these are slowly absorbed to ensure the plant continues to receive some nutrients until next 2 weeks when we will start to give some extra PK

Good morning friends of growdiaries, As you can see in the photos the two automatic, grow and begin to bloom, although not in the same way. A has reached 50cm and is visibly healthy, robust and fit. B has reached 36 cm, but is not as fit as A. Despite the fact that the pots, substrate, nutrients, care and method is the same. We will see in the end what comes. Have fun and happy grow.
