Day 77 A good week for these ladies this week with the sumo boost and especially the Dragon force , doing exactly what it says in the bottle. I decided to finish with this combo as I have had good results previously with it. It has kicked some of the buds into high gear , particularly #3 the smaller girl.She has been building on top of her initial mains and has tripled the heads in places. The Buds in the organic #1 are amazing to look at and remind me of the barneys farm cookie kush . She smells amazingly tropical up close and is fading out nicely . #2 has enjoyed the extra space from a partial harvest of others in the room and been productive with her flowering bursts too. #3 the poorly girl has continued to ripen and put some new pistils out too so she seems happy to keep on a few more days too. I dont know if they will go another week as the LOS girl is calling me with her terpenes whenever I open the flaps. let's see after another week !.

Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). It was poured this week 1 time with 0.2 l because the roots are from clones should only spread in the substrate. (For nutrients see table above) The fact that the lady gets a very long time in the veggie phase I started topping for the first time today after taking the pictures. in the coming weeks LST and will certainly be used topping a few times. Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. Always used the least amount of calmag if this specific plant and it was always darker green than I'd like but that's jus the picky plant

Last feeding, I have lowered the nuts as I observe that the plant has reached the maximum tolerable level of fertilizer and is approaching the end of its cycle. The buds have become denser and are as hard as rocks 🤤😍 . It smells amazing. At the next watering I will begin to wash the roots.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

The buds are large, extremely dense and nicely compact, with a heavy coating of frosty trichomes. The flowers have developed beautifully during the final weeks and have a really solid structure. And the smell is absolutely insane! 🤯🔥 It is very pungent, intense and penetrating, with a strong gassy aroma that hits you immediately when you get close to the plant. Definitely one of the most powerful-smelling plants I've grown so far. The long flowering time was definitely worth it. The buds look mature, heavy and packed with resin. Now it's time for drying and curing. Stocky plant, thick stem. Mutations continue. Some looks like tobacco mosaic but I doubt it. Thrips seem to avoid this plant comparative to my others at present.

Grand Daddy Purple auto is doing good. She is stretching a lot. Her colas are starting to develop. She is looking really good. She does have the slightest burn on her tips. Being it has no curl up, this would be a potassium deficiency. I recently increased her blooming nutrition. She is growing really well in asmall potter. Nothing more to report. 2nd grow. Started flowering the first 2 plants and then jammed the other two in as they were getting TALL at 6weeks. Buds came out a little thin, but were 50% red hairs and amber trichomes. I am going to try to crank up the heat and flower longer next time. I’ll be more generous with the nutrients too(800 -> 1200ppm). Harvest pics to come after dry trim.
