Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 179 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results! I’ve got 10 regular seeds ready to sprout, and I’m looking forward to discovering some beautiful female phenotypes—and maybe even a standout male for potential future breeding. By the 32-hour mark, they were all ready to be transferred to the next stage! Finally peaked at the roots and they look healthy, all bright white. Flowers forming on all plants. Dark Purple KUSH plants have adjusted and the buds are growing well on those. Added Mammoth P microbes beginning of last week and again in the reservoir change this week. So far so good. Trimmed them all.

It's been a big week for my lady! She got more space for the roots :D The lower fan leaves were getting yellow faster than I would have liked them so that meant transplant time has come! I was also suspecting salt build-up at the roots, but the last run-off I checked was on 1.5 EC which is the same as what I was feeding her. Anyways, I flushed her just in case(as suggested by Mrs_Larimar) with 30l tap water, and gave her a 10l feed right after transplant. There was no mark about the size of the pot, but I finished a 50l All-mix soil bag on her, so... I would say she's in a 45l pot right now.

Tag 35: Den Pflanzen geht es prächtig, wir hatten viel Regen und es ist nicht mehr so warm. Beide Pflanzen haben das LST ung scroggen gut überstanden. Teilweise ist mir dabei eine Pflanze gebrochen und sie ist trotzdem normal weitergewachsen.

Day 12F-19F (May 3rd - May 10th) (Day 13) Pots are still super heavy and I don’t see these things drying out anytime soon so we’ll see over the next few days. Still no signs of overwatering. (Day 14) I’m going to do a little lst. Better late than never and since the pots are saturated the stems are bendier. I noticed they were quite droopy during lights off but are praying by lights on. (Day 16) Man these things are filling out slow. I’m going to drop the light a few inches and see if that helps at all. Definitely no early trichs. (Day 19) So I haven’t had to water at all in the last 10 days and the pots are still quite heavy. Oddly enough, I still see no signs of overwatering. Perlite did it’s job I guess.

Hi growers! They on FD 28,and bud production is nice so far.They eating every 2-3 day 3-4 l of slution.Instaled a second fan under the net.Every two weeks I gice them 3-4 tbs of bat guano. Stay green,and happy ester to you all!

42 days placing seed in water. Past week plant has grow alot however looks like a cal mag and potassium deficiency. Changed reservoir water today. pH still keeps swining up. After res change pH was around 5.4. Will check later to see of it goes up again. Also had humidity and temperature problems which was sorted in past week. All in all she looks good Hopefully she will recover nicely.

10/10/2022 - 64 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The fifth week of flowering of my Mandarine XL 🍊🍊🍊 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - this week I keep serving and adding Jungle Indabox Environ X - bud stimulator 🌼🌸🌼 Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud - I canceled the bud stimulator mix and stayed with Jungle Indabox because the girls got a little burnt, the classic brown color appeared on the tips of the leaves 🍃🍂 I stuck with Bud Candy, all my girls need plenty of carbs 🍭🍭 Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand Training: With Mandarine XL, I did not defoliate as much as with BCN, it was not necessary, I mainly cut off the large leaves that shade the light 🍃🍃 Light: Believe - the best light of sponsor Mars Hydro TS 1000 💡💡 In general: The plant is strong, manages nutrients well, absorbs as needed. Its buds form mainly at the ends of the branches and are dense.
