DAY 21 F: Hi all. Another productive week for the fast buds jungle and the #Fc3000 . The room is full of limbs , leaves and chunky stalks all rounded off with sexy little budlets dancing in the wind for me every time I open the tent . Makes me feel like Hugh Heffner !!!. All of the plants have finished their stretch totally now and a huge surprise has been the midget Mexican airline now being the same height as her sister. I expected her to stay smaller due to the past growing period ect.. but she has somehow hit the same height now. Her buds are not as advanced as the #2 M.a but time should change that too. #1 is forming some very nice looking open flowers now with bundles of fresh pistils to them too. Both of the six Shooter are looking productive in their different set ups. The #1 has reached around 2ft and has some very nice sites setting up now. #2 has been more spread horizontally and is a long distance from the light too. With the canopy height being dictated by the huge Strawberry Pie girls , I felt it would be a good way to see how far away the light can help develop buds rather than supercrop all the big girls for one squat lady. So far the amount of bud sites is promising and it does look as though they are getting enough to develop. Both of the Strawberry pie have really hit their peak with at least 2.5ft tops. Buds are for.ing nicely and the sides are also well developed and in good positions for their own light grabs. It does give hope of some bigger buds than the long node lengths would suggest. Let's see in a few weeks shall we. Lol They had a top dress of charge and life-cycle too to help boost the flowering stage a little. Soil is performing as expected and the watering is going well so far with no excesses either way . Until next time growmies , be safe and well.

Week seven and this beauty continues to grow. This week it drank 2 L and I slowly started adding Overdrive to the magic mixture. Let's see what happens next week!

This week everything is falling perfectly into place week 8 so close to the end not even funny! You can see from the tricomes shots (all from lower buds) is just around the corner of all 5 plants being done. Some is already sone like a runtz muffin and 1 persian pie, but we wait for their friends. Over week 8 have gave them only fresh water with blackstrap molases and have taken the temps even lower to 67 at night. Pushing towards that finish line!!! Next should be a harvest i would think!!!

Beginning of the first week of flower.

I have gone through the tent this week, and I have removed a lot of the lower branches on the plants, as they're not going to grow into big colas or anything. So it's better not to waste the plant's energy, developing those to hopefully redirect it into the larger flowers. Orion F1 organic, dry amendments. The plant is really developing the flowers while they look really dense, and like they will be some very top shelf buds! The buds are beginning to stack on weight now, and hopefully, we'll just see the colas become larger and larger as we go on from here! I'm really impressed with this plant so far, and the organic dry amendments are really working wonders, and that's been really eye-opening for me during this experiment! I'm very pleased that Royal Queen Seeds were kind. Enough to allow me to try this experiment with some of the F1 hybrid strains. It has been, and continues to be an extremely exciting experiment, and I am again learning more and more with each plant. I cannot wait for harvest and to see what these buds look like after I've dried and trimmed them! 3.8.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 1ml Trace PH: 6.2 PPM: 371 I've just been keeping the medium, not bone dry, but there were some fungus gnats. So I have let it dry out more than I usually would probably, because I wanted to sprinkle some Diatomaceous Earth on the soil, and it only works when it's dry. 4.8.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 3ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1.25 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.6 PPM: 385 I am going to top dress next week as I checked and it has been exactly a month since I last did one. Day 7 i I transplanted the seedlings in jiffy’s to the DWC basket water level was “just” touching the bottom of the basket which meant there was 1mm- 2mm air gap between the water level and the jiffy’s. The high pressured air in the water to spit when air was released at the top which kept the bottom of the jiffy moist which had minimal roots showing to the exterior of it. Day 7-13 I originally had 7.5 litres of water that was to the bottom of the basket. I replaced the water on the 13th which meant the water was changed after 6 days at such an early stage I will regularly change the water in the buckets. You can change every 7-14days but I am taking no chances. I refilled and added nutrients on Day 13 which was yesterday. And the plants are doing really well and are a nice VEG green colour. Hard to tell on the pictures with the light colour but you can see their progress. When I replaced the water this week I put 6.5L of water in each bucket With nutrients PH’d as close to 5.8 as possible. Some varied from 5.72 - 5.9. I have noted these on each bucket so that I can check if one does better than the others or shows deformities or stress I can amend it to match the others but hopefully not in such a close proximity of 5.8ph with an EC of 700+- The roots are now showing in every pot with the longest being some 6inches. The new Wakyme grow light is top notch so far with VEG button on only. Anyone contemplating buying one it cost me £99.00 from amazon and so far is performing just how I would like. Humidity has been taken care of with a cold air intake fan which is pulled from another area of the building of a cooler environment. Temperatures are spot on where I want them but I do allow a 2degree +- allowance but it does change back to its original temperature quickly enough. 5 more speed bud germinated and 2peyote critical feminised photoperiod germinated. Crystal candy XL auto ordered x10 Gorilla glue, Pineapple Express and Cali Kush waiting in the wings. I have these already If I can be anymore help to anyone let me know. Welcome: thanks for dropping by. Drop a like so I know you came so I can view your diaries, if you what to of course. Was able to go full steam ahead with this 1. And apply the 3 recommend nutrients to be used for seedlings. La Calavera is the exact same formula as Voodoo Juice. How can this be you ask..(As it would be copyright), well it would be if it wasn't for the fact that these ppl, (Terra Power), are the ones who own and hold the pattens to voodoo juice, tarantula and Piranha, which made AN famous. They decided to break away and all the formulas they made for AN over the years they taken 90% of them and used modern day research with autos/ruderails in mind. Their base nutes alone will blow you away. Have a look at their claims. Led-grower.eu/terra-power/. As for the plant, new strain, new nutes, new whole entire set up with a 90% controlled environment, I say 90% cause I'm waiting to get the air exchange and AC installed in my grow room. Soon it'll be 100% be able to bring temp up as high as 28c and as low as 17c. Atm I can control RH. I can bring it up to 70 by just closing my door/tent windows and then by adding a damp towel and after a few days of the grow room door closed the RH will go up to 70+% and I'll only open the door every couple hours to swap out air until my air exchanger is installed. I can get the RH as low as 35% with a full tent 30 with 1 or 2 plants. So, hoping this time I can grow top A grade bud, as the last stuff was nice my 1st harvest was C grade weed. Was still half decent though. The others were B grade for sure. Hoping this time with the money I'm going to be putting in electricity it's goman be A grade. As I'll be looking at nearly 1kwh every 2hrs. That's 7e a day when the dehuimifier will be running when in flower. But as I'm vegging everything in a 70x70 with 1 light I'll get 4-5 wks for only having to pay 80cents a day. And I'll have great high RH. And as soon as some start to flower they'll be put in the 150x150 and I'll bring the RH in the room down but it'll still stay high in the 70x70 once I have the windows sealed up. If I can't get the RH below 45-55% for pre flower I'll have lots of room in the 150x150 to put the dehumidifier in and bring down the tents RH while keeping the Rooms RH high for the small tent. I'll just run the intake fan for the 150x150 from outside the grow room up in to the attic which the RH is 50% so air intake from the room will be too high for the big tent to use. 30/4/22 Veg started: first signs of life popped up today. Going to keep em on root stims and enzymes for now. Haven't fed since planted so will water with .1 300ppm today. All the EC comes from La Sirena. Makes Will just sit back for now and let em do their thing hopefully in 48hrs will have some leafs or shell pushing up. She's growing straight up. So for now, it's just watching for any signs, (such as browning of the stem, bent stems and any early on diseases if any will hamper the plants formation of her 1st 2 fan leafs. You wanna see them no later than 24-48hrs after she pops her head up out of the ground). 1/5/22 VD 2 really at to coming on. Went from .5 to nearly 3cm. 4/5/22 Growing really well. Her first 3 days she put on 7cm her 3rd she put on 4cm of them 7. She hasn't grown up today but her face has filled out, another 2 days I reckon before she splits. 6/5/22 So, it's begun. I've created a negative pressure environment, 1st time, let's see if it makes an impact. On wk 3 onwards I'll be running the intake extraction for 5mins every 30mins and I'll have 2 co2 bags up. If the RH becomes a problem or temp I'll put the extraction/intake back on 100% of the time. The extraction fan/intake is set at a ratio of 2 to 1. (100% extraction 50% intake) making a negative pressure environment, best way to show you have done this, the walls in your tent should bow in lightly Same Day. Okay, so this my last update. Going to run fans the same right up until flower and then I'll be sealing up my tent and adding 2 co2 bags. And will be adding a dehuimifier and setting at 45% And it checks every 30mins and if it's gone up it'll turn back on and bring down to 45 or set RH, so no co2 will escape. The temp will be bordering 30-33c and then when they go into their rest window they'll be transferred to to a negative pressure environment with low temps and 45-50%RH. I'll only be able to do this for the 3 weeks of pre flower. And maybe some more, it depends how hard the dehuimifier will be working, but i want dense buds and only way to improve that is by introducing Co2 and then a negative pressure cold environment for terps. Then I'll be putting them back into full negative pressure environment and the Co2 will be useless, again all depends how it's gonna affect my bottom line. That and I only have 2 intake fans. I'll be going into detail about my Co2 adventures the week before I'll be prepping them to be able to withstand high temps, so I'll gradually bring up the temps the last wk of veg 28c max and that way when I push it to 30-32c in pre flower she won't stress as much in the high temps as they'll be in a sealed tent for 18hrs in 30-32c I'll have the dehuimifier in the sealed tent and will be set at 45% And will keep it in that range for all of pre flower and then I'll put it back on to negative pressure environment 21c in the dark window and after all plants come out of pre flower Co2 will be left in the tent but will be useless without a sealed tent/grow room. While some seeds may take their time or not make the cut, this resilient little seedling is already setting the tone. With close to 100% relative humidity (RH) under the dome, she’s got the ideal environment to kickstart her roots and early growth. Environment: Humidity Dome Life • RH: Close to 100%, creating that tropical atmosphere where seedlings thrive. Humidity at this level helps keep her cells hydrated, and with a dome, moisture is consistently recirculated. This prevents her from drying out and promotes steady root and leaf development. • Lighting: For now, we’re keeping the intensity low. At this young stage, seedlings benefit from indirect, gentle light, just enough to encourage photosynthesis without causing stress. Future of Grow LED on a dim setting (200 PPFD) does the job, providing the perfect balance for early growth. Water & Nutrition: Keeping It Simple No heavy nutrients this week; she’s working off the stored energy in her seed. The aim is to keep the soil or Root Riot cube slightly moist but not soaked. Overwatering can drown young roots, so light misting is all she needs to stay comfortable and growing strong. Growth Observations: Slow but Steady Wins the Race Our solo survivor might be growing at her own pace, but that’s exactly what we want! At this early stage, less is more, and slow growth often indicates a strong foundation. We’re looking for stable, healthy roots and tight early nodes as she finds her rhythm. Grower’s Tips for Week 1 1. Humidity Control: Keep RH high but watch for condensation build-up. Too much moisture can invite mold, so allow some airflow if needed. 2. Stay Light on Water: Just enough misting to keep the medium damp. 3. Patience Is Key: Each plant has its own pace; giving her time to establish now sets her up for a strong journey. Next Steps As we move into Week 2, I’ll be keeping an eye out for early leaves (cotyledons) opening up, as well as steady, even growth. So this week i Can only enjoy how much she's growing. I had to do some more defoliation on day 23. I surely should defoliate way more but wanted to try like this. On day 25 , I just enjoy the view of that Wonderful plant😊

She actually grew ANOTHER 31cm this week! She is totally out of headroom now, her top cola will be above the lights in a couple of days 😂 Fastbuds do say it can reach 1.4M... 😁 She is also looking quite bushy, I'm guessing this is a result of the earlier FIMing/topping on multiple sites. This may also have lengthened her veg time, but that's ok. I like to grow monsters 😁 😜 Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. Entering week 3 nice and strong, my big girl have formed 4 levels of branches, we can now see the fan leafs starting to get thick and shaped like Indica leafs. Both girls show such good resistance to drastic changes so far, I had to travel and got a friend to come over and give them some love, boy oh boy, for my surprise (as a newbie) the variations of humidity jumping from 45% to 80%, I thought the plants were going to show sign of stress, however they are as green as ever, leafs look nice and healthy!! I am having some difficulties in stabilizing the environment inside my grow tent since transplanting both plants into the 5 gallon smart pots, humidity is all over the place. I have to be constantly checking, turning the exhaust system on and off if I want to maintain the levels between 50 and 60%. Now, When I get up in the morning and check the thermometer humidity have been as low as 44% and as high as 77%, I am wondering if my light schedule is the problem…I have lights off from 12am to 4am and than lights on for the rest of the clock.
