Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. Day 60 Day 25 Flower She has really taken off, dominated the tent already nearly 😂🤦‍♂️ Blue nerdz no where near as big as this Kong auto. Bud sites developing, pistils flying off everywhere fully loaded, resin production under way, I'll get a few good macros later. Stretch has finished I hope 😂 She seems to have slowed down abit this week and focused on flower production. Day 62 Day 27 Flower - had to really bring the lst down and tighter on her again, I believe her stretch is almost over as her bud development is now well under way 🙌✌️💚

She is still showing some healthy growth as the weather is great these summer days. Had to give her an additional pesticide treatment because of multiple eating traces in the leaves.

Method 🎚️ Medium: 🥥🥥🥥🥥🥥 1 volume emoji because there really was no method to this grow. Plant seed, let grow, cut down, enjoy regularly😉. Any time you have the luxury of rooting this plant in the earth (where it belongs) is a huge bonus. She didn’t need much of anything and took all she required (for the most part anyway) from the garden👍. OG’s in the emerald triangle pride themselves on the makeup of their soil and the quality of the plants they grow. I like to think that while this girl didn’t have that benefit - she got as close as she could to it here in the north. She was struggling heavy at the start when she was indoors. It must’ve been my error some how but she hated the coco medium, hated the nutes and hated the grow light. As soon as she was moved outside, she was a completely different plant - like she had been begging for the sun the whole time. 5/5 coconuts because you simply can’t beat growing in the ground as the cannabis gods intended😎. Yield🌴🌴🌴 Ahhh the great equalizer of grower egos. Let’s put all of the above in perspective; this girl ended up where she was out of necessity. She was exposed to the elements and potential rippers and named “the decoy” because her express purpose was to draw attention away from the other 2 plants that we didn’t want anyone messing with. Thankfully, no one with a thought to theft ever really noticed her and it wasn’t until late flower that she demonstrated herself to be an award winning plant👍🤘👍. Woulda thought she’d yielded more with how thin her side branches were in comparison to the buds. They were massive and she was ready to fall over by the time the chop window opened. But the buds were also somewhat less dense which made their final sizes a little deceiving. Another limiting factor was that some of her branches were pollinated - probably from a randy bumblebee that had gotten into it somewhere else. Like the other 2 outdoors this year, we pulled 6 or 7 seeds off this girl that may eventually get used in future grows. I’m certainly not opposed to the occasional seed as long as she’s not a full-on hermie that can’t be used. Who knows, maybe a breeding project Is in the cards next year🤔. End of the day, results were about as expected given her conditions and growing environment - 6.51oz of sun grown, sativa goodness👌. 3/5 palm trees for this - without some training and a more accommodating environment - we definitely left some of her potential on the table here. There’s still more than enough to go around though😉. Props Again, a shout out thank you to GD for the platform. Big thank you to HSO for breeding some wicked, awesome beans. Week 6 of flower now not really getting the gains i had hoped for but, the buds are nice and dense and as you can see not short of crystals looking frosty, the smell is amazing very pungent. It's going to be a nice smoke no doubt about that, just not a lot of it. I've put the EC up to 1.3 this week see what difference that makes and boosted my light to it's max 600+ I'm assuming this will be a long flower. Any constructive info would be much appreciated.

The Guava Runtz has become exceptionally frosty this week, with thick trichome coverage spreading across both the buds and sugar leaves. The top colas are still in a strange transition phase, seemingly caught between bulking up and ripening, while the lower and mid-level buds appear further along. Overall the plant remains very healthy, I have now switched to Overdrive, and based on her current development I expect she will need at least another two weeks before reaching maturity.

The final Week, before harvest! She has some massive towering buds! 2.5 gallons of water is lasting this plant 5-6 days before drying out, and ready for more.. She was harvested instead of being watered!

Week three went well. Continue to find a few balls here and there but not much. A few odd mutations showing early week 4 (buds on fan leaves). Explosive growth of buds/pistals for me anyway. Happy with the progress. Stack em. Pack em and rack em!

Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.

Vereinzalt habe ich ein paar gelbe Blätter entfernen können, jedoch glücklicherweise keine Schimmelspots entdecken können. Sie riecht nicht stark, ist jedoch ziemlich klebrig. Den Trichombesatz auf den Blättern würde ich als den bisher geringsten betrachten, vergleichbar mit der misslungenen Auto Cinderella Jack vom letzten Jahr. Ich gebe ihr noch ein bis zwei Wochen bis zur Ernte. Vielen Dank für euren Besuch! --- The Candyland, with its airy inflorescences, has come through the week in the polytunnel well, with temperatures reaching up to 39°C. At the start of the week, I pruned it into a poodle-like shape to maintain its airiness, so that it wouldn’t go mouldy whilst still in flower. I’ve managed to remove a few yellow leaves here and there, but fortunately haven’t spotted any mould spots. It doesn’t have a strong smell, but it is quite sticky. I’d say the trichome coverage on the leaves is the lowest I’ve seen so far, comparable to last year’s failed Auto Cinderella Jack. I’m giving it another one or two weeks until harvest.
