At the beginning of week 5 they all look a bit small and bushy to me. But let's see.. .Maybe they get a little kick and grow during the first weeks of the flowering phase, which we've now entered :) I cut a really small amount of leaves that were touching the ground on the auto bending one.And I started giving them two additional hours of light. Hope they like it. UPDATE: I had to start defoliation because the leaves were so bushy that they were getting wet in between... Hope this helps : And hope they get a little taller...

So I used the paper towel germination method. Once the taproot sprouted. I directly planted her into a 20l plastic pot with the above medium. She gets feed once dry. I keep the humidity quite high as at the stage the babies need warmth. I fed her some AgriSil to boost root development. Now it's just keeping the temperature in check until the first sign of the true leafs 🍃 😉

Day 43. In photos before work Cookie is first, after training Northern Lights twin pot is first in view. Girls got big training , cleared bottoms too. All side branches got wires so obvious exposure of hidden bud sites will bring higher yield. Some main fan leaves were taken off for better light and air penetration Bob is very small but SBG is impressive , should be really high yielder at the end. I love how quicker buds developing here under Mars Hydro lights than at mines .... My friend even asked do I regret giving her away ;))) He is a good friend, so no regrets, just observation of quality product ... Huge respect to Mars for it !!! No feed, just pure water for all week. Day 47. Girls loved training and flowering nice !!! Happy Growing !!!

Week 13 Day 80 Decided against the chop this weekend... Good Friday Agreement 😜 Put her into darkness on Monday. Then its Goodnight Vienna. Made a wee video of her journey, as this will be the last update until harvest. Thanks for all your advice✊🏻

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. This week has been time to put on weight!! They are getting so heavy glad put in secondary scrog net. Have only been doing water so plants can just pull what they want our the soil they are starting to fade on their own. They have some amazing kinda blue tent to the buds. They have a gassy sweet smell to them! This will be the last week I feel but still see some clear heads and no amber so shall see over next week!!

One in cellar room (lung room), one above each plant canopy. Setup logger n sensors and track VPD. System running itself

June 14: this Sunday Punch EV is a very fast growing plant that can handle some cool weather. The ruderalis genetics from the autoflower used to create this fast flowering (Early Version) add some toughness that make it well suited to short season areas. Likes to stretch too. 😎 it was to be a 16 cola manifold but it has grown so fast i realized I can also match another 8 colas from the next lower node. So i did that final round of topping this morning and we’ll see how it goes. Added second layer of Scrog net to stabilize it and keep the fan leaves from shading the growth tips. June 15: did the weekly foliar spray with Extreme Blend this morning. Rained last couple days which cleared the air of smoke and now it’s a nice sunny Sunday.
