The plants are doing really good! I made a first light defoliation beginning of the week and continued the LST day by day. So far I broke no branch. I planned to switch to 12h/12h schedule beginning of next week but the plants grew too big already so I decided to switch a bit earlier. Week 3 - These plants are turning out Straight Fire. I’ve been watering every 3 days. Using Athena CaMg .5ml/Gallon PH 6.3. You can tell these are more towards the Sativa side. I’ll update next week good luck everyone comment your thoughts !

New week, new growth.. Will hopefully start the LST and Topping in a few days. They are really starting to grow. Fan leaves looking healthy and big. Girls coming with vigorous growth now, everything dialled in and happy. Just adjusting the EC/pH as needed when the girls show me the relevant signs/deficiencies if any. D31/D35- Decided they were in a good enough place to start topping the girls, all 6 topped and just some defoliation of the bigger fan leaves that are shading the growth shoots some HST was also done. We were also due a water change, so I cleaned the whole system just to keep things extra cleanly, very important in a RDWC system. I also switched over to a sterile system instead of using beneficial bacteria so I will experiment and see how this goes. Time to let the girls ecover before the next training session. Cruise control for now.

An interesting discovery was made with this plant’s pot, I observed how having a row lesser of drainage drastically effected how I water this lady. Her grow medium swamps up if I maintain a 1lt daily water schedule, which would result in drowning the roots, luckily my grow medium has sponges up when wet, allow the slow irrigation to take place to avoid root rot. Luckily it’s spring time and in Mzansi(South Africa) it is hot enough to push my greenhouse’ temperature higher than the outdoor temperature, to encourage some form of evaporation and humidity, next week I will add pictures of the thermometers, and you can see the drastic difference in temperature.

After 5 days away, I couldn't wait to be back and see how they were doing 😍 I'm glad the automatic watering machine worked and they all are doing great, yeay. The fade has started and they look beautiful, just like their Mama ❤️ They have only been fed with water while I was gone and got a good (last?) feed on the last day of week 14, which is Day 98 in total and Day 51 of Flower. Their mom was sent into darkness on Day 62 of flower and since they are so similar, my guess is roughly the next 10 days. Yeay 🙌 I missed this bud. Happy week everyone ✌️

So this week I have had to split the plants, one is really some way behind so I've managed to sweet talk the wife into letting me get another tent 😉 this plant may be behind but it's fucking massive compared to the others, plenty of decent bud sites so now she has all the space she needs. I have to feed her by hand now rather than the wilma but that's no real problem. Can't wait to see what next week brings already. FRIDAY - Day 22 11 October 24 - Topped both bottom branches. - Added a few LST staples to begin shaping her. - Just an other day under the lights. - Going to start thinking about up potting her in the near future. SATURDAY - Day 23 12 October 24 Watering day, 1 litres of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 1 litre - 61.1 PPM Final - 1 litre at 6.45 PH at 62.8 PPM Runoff - N/A - Thinking of removing her giant fan leaves soon, they’re becoming cumbersome. - Did my final planned topping of the two top branches. - Now just have to give her time and continue shaping her. SUNDAY - Day 24 13 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - She doesn’t seem too bothered by yesterday’s training. - She’s got a few days now to recover. - All is moving along according to plan. MONDAY - Day 25 14 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Also a good recovery day. TUESDAY - Day 26 15 October 24 Transplant day into a 5 gallon pot and her final home. 60% Gaia Green soil 20% Worm castings 20% Perlite 8 Tbsp Gaia Green All Purpose 4 Tbsp Gaia Green Power Bloom 5 Tbsp Diatomaceous Earth 1/2 Tbsp Dynomyco Amended it all and transplanted. WEDNESDAY - Day 27 16 October 24 - Just a day under the lights recovering from a big day yesterday, extended light hours and a transplant. - She’s looking perked up and pretty happy so everything is looking good. - Probably resume LST staples tomorrow. - I’m done with my planned toppings so from here on out it should just be LST until we flip to flower. THURSDAY - Day 28 17 October 24 - Ahhhhhh I tweaked a branch manipulating it with my gorilla hands. - It not completely broke off so hopefully she can repair it and recover. - Going to give her a bit more time to recover before restarting LST. - Just a day under the lights today. Well this is the end of week four. It was a busy week with the transplant, all planned toppings are completed and now it should just be some LST from here on out. This is the first day of the first week of flower in the first video and the 6th day of flower in the second video.. you can see me shit myself when I saw that one of my main top sights snapped from tying the branch down … the lights were using are lights we designed and are testing at the moment also we are trying to keep a good distance between the tops and the lights to keep the temps down around the bud sites ! You can tell there are a couple other strains thrown in there the one purple punch from Barney’s farm is just Caking on nodes upon nodes like it’s impossible to get light to them unless they are pulled down in really liking the structure of the ocean fruit and am looking forwards to the finish!
