Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. Fall indoor; here i come. Thanks for tagging along. Cheers. Update: decided to make bubble hash with it. Update 2: pressed some hash into some shatter

Alright, I decided to repot her she just started flowering. It’s a bit risky, but I’m gonna cut about half of the root mass to fit her into a wider pot. It’s my first time doing this, but I trust this strain. I’m sure she’ll bounce back.⛩️💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

This was my first time growing a photoperiod and I decided to put her outside along with some autoflowers this past summer. I started Purple Shot Photoperiod Fem. from Exotic Seeds in a one liter air pot and moved her into a 5 gallon phat sack on day 14 when she was 2.5 inches tall.🌱🌱🌱 By the start of week three she was 6.5 inches tall and looking quite happy in her new five gallon home. A short while later she was moved outside to adjust to her new environment.☀️☀️☀️☀️ By day 35 she was 16.5 inches tall and developing a nice bushy structure. She started to flower towards the end of week 10 By week thirteen it was evident this girl was going to be making some nice tight lil nuggets 😁 By week fourteen I could hardly take my eyes off of her as she started to show her fall colors. I harvested her on day 130 18wk 4d She was 43" tall and looking pretty as can be. Her nuggets are not large but they are hard as rocks and sticky as fuck. The original plan was to turn all the outside plants into hash but I like this one too much just the way she is 😋 After a nine day dry and month and a half to cure the dry weight for this girl was 78.50g / 2.80 oz ✌️😎💨

First of all I’d like to give a big thanks to Ganja Farmer Seeds for this opportunity to try out their genetics . Also thanks to Mars Hydro for this TS1000 I was able to grow them under . The grow was super fast . These babies were the fastest flowering strain I’ve grown so far . I’ll be back once they’ve dried to give their dry weight and trimmed bud pics .

Info: Unfortunately, I had to find out that my account is used for fake pages in social media. I am only active here on growdiaries. I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Have fun with the update. Flowering day 40 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone 😊. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍. The buds are getting thicker and thicker and already smell very good :-). The time has come when she no longer puts her strength into growth but into the flowers :-). It was poured 3 times this week with 1.2 l each time. When watering, there was 1 g of GHSC enhancer per liter of water as every 2 weeks 👍. Of course, as always, the tent was cleaned every day and the humidifier refilled. A very nice week for this frost machine.. I will remove more pk from her diet this week and lower her feeds to a 1.6ec from Greenbuzz Nutrients Organic Bloom. Lights are at 60% giving 1100umols average. Super sweet smell from this chunky lady. She's gonna be a big producer...🤯😍 Thanks for passing. Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼

I’m happy to have had a 1st harvest on GD as when I started I got locked up (fdp) but Im happy with the honey cream and I’ve learned so much this time too so I should be able to do better next time as I noticed on my other plants the water was so dry down the bottom I pruned the roots so I’ll take time to water correctly! Happy growing people!

Everything went well over vacation! The girls are doing okay overall. They needed bigger pots and it's starting to show overall. Another reason not to use autos cause I can't lollipop. But the watering process is going well. She's not doing hot! The strawberry is looking rough still. I'm considering using synthetic nutrients in this grow to start giving for power. And this girl is the reason for it. Dimmed to 80% Here are the lights details: Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 150W LED Model: MN150-022 Spectrum mode: V1 Efficacy: 2.8 umol/J Thanks for stopping by! You can find the light on Grow Diaries: https://growdiaries.com/grow-lights/medic-grow/mini-sun-2-150-watts You can find the light on Medic Grow's website: https://medicgrow.com/

SUMMARY: Nothing interesting this week...she's receiving 3.5-3.7L of late bloom nutes per day providing roughly 20-30% runoff each feed. She's still skinny and I'm thinking this one is going to be a low yielder all things considered. I do think that I was late introducing bloom nutes and this has hurt my final yield. DAY 79 ----------- Friday 12th March 18:00 I fed Jesus 3.2L of late bloom nutes which produced 620ml runoff (19%). [26°C/48%] DAY 80 ----------- Saturday 13th March 19:00 I fed Jesus 3.5L of late bloom nutes which produced 580ml runoff (16%). [26°C/48%] DAY 81 ----------- Sunday 14th March 11:00 I made 15L of late bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses. 5L at 5.8, 5L at 6.0, and 5L at 6.2. Sunday 14th March 18:30 I fed Jesus 3.7L of late bloom nutes which produced 840ml runoff (23%). [26°C/48%] DAY 82 ----------- Monday 15th March 11:00 I made 5L of late bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses at a pH of 6.3. Monday 15th March 18:00 I fed Jesus 3.7L of late bloom nutes which produced 960ml runoff (26%). [26°C/51%] DAY 83 ----------- Tuesday 16th March 18:00 I fed Jesus 3.5L of late bloom nutes which produced 1L runoff (28%). [26°C/51%] DAY 84 ----------- Wednesday 17th March 18:00 I made 15L of late bloom nutes with molasses and rainwater. 5L at 5.6, 5L at 5.8, and 5L at 6.0. I fed Jesus 3L of late bloom nutes which produced 420ml runoff (14%). [26°C/50%] DAY 85 ----------- Thursday 18th March 18:00 I fed Jesus 3.5L of late bloom nutes which produced 980ml runoff (28%). [26°C/50%]

New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! Stay tuned and feel free to follow my instagram and youtube channel for a closer look. Peace x
