For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. In addition, I recently bought a dap press and this strain is frosty and resinous. She will be great to press for live rosin. FBA2502 is FROSTBANGER. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since this pretty lady popped out of the ground and she's looking perfect with pistils popping out everywhere! Her 4g Gronest fabric pot was still heavy when lifted, and she looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check on her tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, she has two new shoots that are emerging and she continues looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! She's up to 9" =/- now and even though she's beginning to flower, she's continuing to stretch which I'm attributing to her having some Sativa dominate genetics in her....This girl has long legs! 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since she was planted in her amended medium and it's time to give the microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide her with all the macro and micro nutrients she needs so, yesterday she got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered her from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- She's been doing well getting watered every other day and yesterday she received 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. She's definitely a big girl and with her wide node spacing doesn't really require any defoliation, just some LST and watch her grow! She's maintaining great color, vigor and is progressing into flower nicely! I was forced to chop a small branch off of the Fire OG because of PM. Tropicana Cookies was lightly affected as well. I finally grabbed a larger 70 pint dehumidifier, I’m hoping that high humidity issues are now a thing of the past. On my next run, i will definitely run a longer veg with more LST training. I feel like my buds are pretty small in comparison to others I’ve been seeing at the same stage as mine. The trichomes are coming in nice and heavy tho!

Low humidity seems to be causing what looks like heat stress, apart from that they are growing at a phenomenal rate. Going to try and raise the light another inch but it’s already mounted pretty much to the top of the tent. I forgot how insane hydro growth is lol, next time I will be sure to flip them to 12/12 when they are a little smaller lol

Well growmies ive been looking forward to the Cherry Cola , the more she went into flower the more the frost would build up , and that's when the terps came out and they came out strong , there no stealth for this girl 👉 Stinky 👈 Buds are tight and full of frost 👈 Couldn't of asked for better Genetics 😉 The smell coming from this girl during the entire grow was just dreamy 👈.... I made a few big mistakes. most notably not flipping early enough. I vegged til 13 inches hoping theyd stretch to 26-30 inches and have adequate space away from light, well I underestimate them way too much! despite stretching a ton, these girls were both amazing to grow. bounced back to every training, with a lot of lst and topping and defol, they never stayed down long. they eat a lot, and once i got my feed dialed in they grew healthy and strong thru harvest. i chopped at all milky trichs, decided to harvest all in one go. so lowers have a tiny clear trich but mostly milky, tops are fully milky and after dry have a tiny touch of yellow or amber at tips. effects are ranging from 70-30 sativa (on lowers with clearer trichs) its high energy. very distinct feeling of relaxation all thru body from neck down feel loose in joints and relaxed. in mind i feel very sharp, focused and productive. at the same time i noticed i was more creative. i teach tennis classes and i was better able to describe what I was trying to convey to my student who is a teen, creativity helps. both our games improved, definitely a nice productive smoke, tastey as hell in vape or bowl. grinds up and smells like blueberries soaked in gasoline, topped with a big squeeze of lemon and dash of spicey red chili peppers! ooooh eeee! this stuff is amazing, and the bubble hash i spun looks like its going to be top quality once it dries! will post more pictures of buds once they cure up a bit more. should mention as a hash / rso maker, i also pulled over 1,000 grams of wet fan leaf, and a few hundred grams of trim which yields great medicine not accounted for in harvest #s00

Ola guys..                                     First day of flowering for this two super Cookies Kush plant..                   For now they aren't directly under the Black Dog light😍, because I don't have much space...but in a couple of days I want to put they in better  and definitely position..                    I cut off some leafs and small branches, and I spraying they  with a mix of 2 ml Acti-vera and 2 ml Fish-mix..and they, apparently, responds well..                                    I never do it before..so..we will to see what's append..                                                           Hope the best, and..               Thanks for the time to  reading🙏..          See you next week..                      bye            😊✌️

day 3 - hulkberry forms first pollen sac.... might play with the fire and try to get rid of it if it is the only one. not too sadisfyed with RQS automatics yet tbh. :( day 5 - the other flowers seem to be female, as you can see on the hulkberry picture from today.

Plants are doing good this week, I started to lower the feed a bit from 1.6 down to 1.2 as some of them are finishing off and the rest are not to far behind noticed a bit of burn on upper leaves suggesting to heavy of a feed as well. Updated the heights on them as well as they grew a tiny bit. Should be the last height update, this is their final form :D #1 - 45cm +2cm #2 - 39cm +3cm #3 - 39cm +2cm #4 - 24cm +2cm #5 - 48cm +2cm #6 - 51cm +2cm Two of the plants have started to show signs they are entering their end stages of life. Hopefully everything else will be ready soon as I do not want to do a staggered harvest. Been noticing its hard to capture the frost on them with my camera as the overhead lights mess up the photo somehow. notice when they are beside the tent with reflected light on them it shows up a bit better so took some individual selfies of them on a back background. Liverwort is also doing well, once this plant is all done I have a feeling its going to like its new home. I want to see how big I can get it, it also have a bunch of smaller off shoots starting now as well beside the main plant, in some of the other pots I also have mosses :D Also PSA: remember to clean your intake filters if you have any, they get dusty and lower your CFM rating of the extractor fans in the tent. and if you use a carbon filter its already getting lowered a lot.

nutrient change 7/18 had to remove scrog net was too difficult trying to move around their to change it out. Another week of explosive growth almost 2 feet tall already and starting to fill up the whole area already. Switched the light to bloom almost out room to move my light up.
