The Apple Cup hermied this week along with the Baker's Dozen. Fortunately Tropicanna Poison is flowering so fast that it seems to be unbothered by the hermies next to it. The hermied plants will be stunted as more energy will be focused on developing pollen/seeds. Also I'll have to chop them down early before any seeds begin to solidify within the buds. It's ideal to immediately remove any hermies as soon as pollen sacs are spotted. Unfortunately I only have my small closet space so I decided to leave them and observe the growth of hermies.

Lots of good growth this week, starting my flush on the Pineapple Express. Gave her one last feeding of nutes this week. Smells fantastic in the tent, she reeks of pineapples and flowers. Trichome started getting cloudier, hoping she gets more crystals before her chop. Berry white is coming along nicely, I think it’s safe to say she’s pretty indica.. considering bw was my only indica seed and this plant is drastically different I’m going to go ahead and assume here. Flowers are finally starting to come along, she’s taking much longer to flower out than I thought she would. She took a few more weeks to show pistils than the other plants. I suspect I will chop her last. I harvested my oldest plant and moved the berry white plant into the smaller tent. Day 42 - Kinda crazy how fast it's gotten to be day 42 (the meaning of life - *) in the grow. Haven't watered yet. Plan on doing that with the above nutrient schedule tomorrow or the day after. And I think that might be the last time I give any nutrients to the plant. Pistils are beginning to curl, and I've seen (just a few) amber tirchomes on one bud. I want to harvest on the earlier side because I don't want this harvest to have a big couch-lock effect. Prefer a more cerebral high, although some bodily relaxation is nice too. So I think I will be harvesting at the latest by April 10th (Day 56). Of course I will continue to watch how the plant develops and if no further trichomes are turning yellow/brown in a week, I'll wait longer. The trichomes on the sugar leaves have a wonderful lemon citrus smell by the way. Not what I was expecting, but that's fine 😛 Day 45 - Made a video of the trichomes. They definitely look cloudy enough to me. No more nutes for sure, harvest in 10 days max I think.

Nice buds growing :D I’m quite impatient ! I will put PK at the 30th 35th day I wait the buds bigger ! I do defoliation a lot and every day it’s insane how it grows every day ! I pinched the apex of the plants which I didn’t cut the apex.

This week was super hot and sunny, I feared that the plants would get burned a little but they grew well 💪

Aber keine Sorge, trotz dieser kleinen Exzentrik wächst sie immer noch gut und zeigt deutlich, dass sie potenzial hat. Die Nodienabstände sind kurz, was ihr eine schöne kompakte Struktur verleiht. Und ja, es ist etwas anspruchsvoll, sie zu trainieren, aber es funktioniert! Wir erwarten bald die Vorblüte, aber die Pflanze scheint noch etwas Wachstumsdrang zu haben, ein bisschen mehr Stretch könnte sie aber schon noch vertragen. Sie ist nicht wirklich durstig, was uns ein bisschen überrascht, aber das macht das Gießen etwas entspannter. I thought my seed was done for after the casing fell off, but I observed and noticed the leafs came out first then the root. Was told when this happens its fine, just place immediately into growing choice for next stage. I love plants, I'm enjoying the process already.

These 2 are growing bushy both have the same kinda structure. Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. 1/18 Ah boy. Somethings definitely a little wiggity with her here. The fact that the tent hasn't been above 70 in a long time probably has something to do with it. These LEDs don't seem to produce sufficient heat to keep the tent warm and it has become a catch 22 because I usually dim my lights slightly when I see a plant starting to show distress. This has always been a problem for me in this environment during these months. Some plants just adapt better than others. I might have to keep this thing alive in veg for awhile until it shows signs of improvement because flowering a struggling plant is always a bad idea imo.

Last Obi-Wan girl was left in dark for 3 days and then chopped on day 66 and is now drying. She was definitely the largest of all 4 plants in the tent. Cant wait to see the dry weight on this girl! Next update will be when all the bud is dry and we have a final weight for all 3 together. The first one we chopped only gave us just over 4oz dried but she was half the size as the other 3 girls and kinda lower in the corner. Pulled 7.4oz off the Wedding Cake in the same tent/setup and these last 2 Obi-Wan’s that are still drying are bigger then she was by a lot I think. Cheers 💨
