Nice week of growth. The girls are about 13 inches on average, D and L are taller. Betty definitely seems like a sativa pheno compared to her sisters. I found some brown algae in my tubs, I did some research and discovered I needed to cover my net pots to eliminate light pollution getting into the tubs. There were only a couple of small spots, I was able to remove it by hand. I slapped some foil on the tubs and made sure each lid was completely sealed. PH has been holding pretty steady and I haven't seen much drift at all. Towards the end of the week it struck me that the stretch is coming. I did some rough calculations on my current height and max height ill be able to have and I feel I should flip to flower by the end of the week when I swap new water in. Another week of veg and a stretch may be too tall with my lights. So I changed the water late on day 42, pulled some fan leaves and adjusted my light timer so when they went out in the morning they'll be off for 12 hours. I've left the MH bulb in for the flip to help control the stretch this first week. I read you can leave it for the first 2 to 3 weeks but depending how this upcoming week of stretch goes I may pop in the HPS during early week 2 of flower to get a little extra height if I think I need it. Was not ready to take clones, I may try to pull some on day 47 coming up, just a busy time of year.

Day 71 Update: Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Water was just plain pH balanced water. Plant #1 has 5 days left on flush and Plant #2 has 11 days left on flush. Although with my tent filling up, I will probably harvest Plant #1 tomorrow as I don't think 4 days of being in there will make a difference in the end product. Day 72 Update: Harvested Plant #1 today. Plant #2 has 10 days left on flush. Day 74 Update: Watered plant with 3/4gal of pH balanced water until runoff. Plant #2 has 8 days left on flush. Also, added another stake to help support a heavier branch. Day 76 Update: Placed buds from Plant #1 in jars to start curing...maybe a little bit too long drying, but if that's the case I'll toss a boveda pack in. Plant #1's yield was 57.2g or 2oz 1.2g. Plant #2 will be harvested sometime next week and I will update the harvest page as soon as buds are dried and weighed.

This week went fairly well, but I became concerned with some leaves appearing crispyfried along the edges and some looking deficient. I finally started cutting my girls and I have to say, I felt ashamed at wounding my babes but hopefully it'll go the right way, guess we'll see!!! I also flushed my plants with ph Balanced water this week and going to only provide this to water/feed them for another few days for fear of nutrient burn and simply following the feed schedule for my nutrients. Also, I took some pics for the Christmas contest for Crop King Seeds lol hope you like them more than my Paw did! Plants look great after a day of plain H2O. 12/14 Plant one having a small bit of leaf burn on widest leaves and a weird dying on lower leaf. They looked bad under light so I pruned em. Turned up humidifier to 65% been running low. 12/15 Topped Plant 2 Rinsed all w/PH Balanced H2O. Nervous I took too much from #2 But my thinking was I went easy on 1 yesterday so go aggressive on 2 to view effects. 12/16 Trimmed 2 crispy leaves off Plant 1 used Bonsai paste to cover wounds, Plant 2 stem looks narrow@ base wider up top. Trimmed 2 sucker leaves (1st leaves) from Plant 4 Rinsed all w/ PH Balanced H2O Thats it! Thanks yall, see ya next week!

Day 96, 15th of December 2020: Hi! A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one. She is one of the most calm plant I have ever grown. I like the easy growing style as she is an issue free lady.... not much strech... no craving for nutritients just being there and grow, flower and looking good. Well Black Ghost OG similarly to RQS Wedding Gelato is calm little bushy and issue free lady.... no problem all good ready for Christmas.... Runtz Gum the thick chick with heavy big buds and excellent appearance is really amazing. I placed a stick there and fixed her to look better... It was not necessarily but i have done it. She needs more time pretty much done ny Christmas or a bit after.... Gelato from Original Sensible Seeds is similar in terms of acting such as streching and all that ... The same situation applies not much to really say we wait ;) I am really happy to have these ladies.... Well, Do-Si-Dos OG is the craziest one ever... lol.... not only due her crazy kind of streching style but the trichome developement that comes along to the fan leaf "holder" stem is pretty crazy.... Those buds are like a diamonds sticky and she would be ready to harvest but need to wait because I need to go....
