Last week plants grew very healthy, as they got bushier the humidty raised providing a better enviroment, I could even reduce the amount of water I give them. Planning to move to flowering stage very soon.

12/1 - GZ 1 has pretty much decimated its fan leaves. This seems to be a bit early in my opinion. The buds are nice but not as full as I'd like. She's still got swelling to do but I can't see her going longer than another 2 weeks. I think I may have went too light on feed around week 3 or 4 because thats when the symptoms started. Either way I'm officially labeling this plant as "stunted by user error" GZ 2 is starting to head down the same path a week or 2 after her sister. Buds are looking small but frosty. It think she may be a little better off in the long run but we'll see. Orange hairs started coming in droves for both around week 4. The buds are picturesque but they still have a lot of fattening to do. Moby Dick's leaves have started to fade noticeably to light green just in the past week. I consider this optimal at day 40. I'm curious what the next few weeks will hold for her because her buds are already looking nice and full. Definitely going to be the last to finish and looking like it's going to be worth every second.

The week starts Monday, Dec-9 in vegetative stage. Started lowering the distance from the light to 45cm (18") over the coming week. The extraction fan on its lowest setting is too strong for the current growth environment so the humidity levels have been rather low (35% -> 50%). An attempt to stop/start the fan with 30min intervals caused both temp and humidity levels to swing wildly. The environment inside the tent is now stable, albeit low temp and humidity levels since the fan has been left to run continuously. Added a large tray of water with an aquarium heater warming it to raise the humidity level inside the grow tent. And added a large hanging wet towel. Both methods helped. The plant is recovering very well and stretching in its growth. The side branches are reaching out to the light. Starting to increase the frequency of fertigation to daily as the plant seems to be sucking up water/nutrients well. Run-off was measured at EC 0.94 and pH 6.2. Topping at 5th node - start of LBH’s Famous ScrOG Tutorial. Cut the stem above the 4th node. The topping should probably have been done a few days ago but I wanted to see the plant recover first.

Super proud of the way the manifold is turning out. So symmetrical! Between now and the next update I’ll be doing some defoliating. Get rid of some of the lower fans, create some airflow up top, and possibly remove the lowest set of growth tips on each of my main stems. Plant is flourishing and healthy but those leaves could maybe be more vibrant. Might be time to start introducing nutes to the reservoir. Edit: Added a video of the plant after defoliating. Ended up removing the bottom 2 nodes of growth except for the outer fan leaf on the top one. Also moved the soft ties up one node and adjusted where they’re anchored so they pull the stems apart more. Can’t wait to see what she looks like in a week!

(11/18-11/24) ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe will be noted in this top message of the week that I make it.*** Week 2 Notes & Observations: As mentioned last week, Plant 1 really liked the nute feed and gave excellent growth surpassing plant 2 in height. However plant 2 is actually ahead of plant one by number of nodes even if she's shorter overall. And since I topped this week, that became important. I topped plant 1 at the third node of 5 and plant 2 at the 4th node of 6. I also cleared all other leaves and growth tips leaving only 2 fan leaves and the growth tips under the topping nodes. Hope to see a full recovery in 5 to 7 days when, if all is still good, I plan to top again on each side to set my mainline base. VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 75- 78F daytime and 68-70F overnight. Lights should adjusted to provide 350max, but will try to hold the 300 setting as long as I can this week. Meaning slight increase over last week other than growth. Feed & Monitor: Day 22 (last feed was day 16) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, P1 weighed 15lbs 13oz and P2 was 14lbs 15oz before feed. Each plant got 1 gallon of purified water with 150ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2 and makes 1 gallon at about 3600 to 4000ppm concentrate to dilute each feed, i.e. I only fed 150ppm above the purified water ppm this feed) The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.05ph to combat the higher runoff ph from the last feed. After feed P1 weighed 21lbs 2oz (21even after last feed) and P2 weighed 20lbs 14oz (21lbs 5oz after last feed). I got about 9 cups of runoff on P1 and 7 cups on P2. Runoff for P1 ph was 6.45 with 980ppm and P2 was 6.45 with 1130ppm. Top soil tested at: P1 (6.51,6.48,6.43,6.57) avg 6.497 and P2 (6.41,6.39,6.57,6.47) avg 6.46 - next feed will be 6.1ph, Im liking where the ph is so I dont see any issues, but will continue this course for a bit longer. Starting 5th week of flower today Light feeding

All the ladies are comming along nicely going to start the flush, might try chopping a few tops and letting the bottoms fill out a little longer. Very excited. ✌️🏻💚

She is very fat now and the buds are heavier as the steams want to bend to one side.
