Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021
After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too.
Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉
+ pH Up: 7ml
Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉
ppm/ppm = runoff/soil

Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021
Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there.
I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. If I start seeing more amber trichome development, I will cut her down.

[SUMMARY]
I expect this to be my last full week of flower. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping.
The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1
is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants
regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped
and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity).

Its been a while but the ladies are still doing fine.
After today its gonna be lights out.
Ive stopped giving nutrients about 10 days ago.

I changed my tent this week, the lamp and the Mars Hydro extractor convinced me that it was good gear so I took the tent in + 😀
Pulling all the branches with ropes is way too much work... I think I'll just pull the 2 main branches down and add a scrog net next week

Everything is looking great !
Cheese is nearly done, it is starting to show amber.
Maui is very happy and smells amazing, it just glistens with tri-chromes.
Buttercream is doing well but I think it will take a week or two longer than the others.
Blueberry is looking awesome very large thick dense buds. No Blueberry smell but a very strong plant otherwise.
*Update
Buttercream gelato started throwing Banana's so I removed it from the room. I trimmed it down and did not notice any other signs of hermaphroditism but I will still harvest the plant now just to be safe.
There have been no issues with light or heat fluctuations at all, nothing that would trigger it to Hermie that I can think of which makes me think genetics are the issue.
I have One other Buttercream going that was cloned before this one went into flower. If it hermies late in the bloom like this one has I will remove the strain from my rotation.
I am not particularly pleased with the structure of Buttercream for scrog in any case.
The plant that I took down had very large bud sites but were no where near as dense as the other strains in the tent.

Une très grande plante (environ 350 centimètres) avec des tres gros buds. Une grosse production de résine, j’ai pu en extraire du tres bon hashish.

Invested in Green Planet 1 Part Nutrient System. Going to see how it finishes my buds in these last few weeks, also will use it to start my next girl.
D60 - There are some amber Trichomes, but on the part of the leaves that will be cut off when I manicure, going to give it another week at most to ripen more.
End of the week - Flushing down to 150ppm and hopping the buds put on a bit more size in this last upcoming week.
Side note, I should have put more space between the bud sites, they are too compact and the bud sites near the middle are not able to push up through the canopy, which is limiting its growth.

Realicé la que yo creo será la última poda, quedó un tercio de la parte inferior completamente sin brotes ni hojas.
Próximamente aplicaré guano de ave y hummus para luego regar de forma alterna con agua y melaza

La mosca blanca ha desaparecido completamente
Día 78 (17/08) No riego. Mañana a primera hora aplico Top Dress y riego profundo
Va a empezar la floración!
Día 79 (18/08) Alimentemos el suelo con Top Dress! 💥 Aplicamos 4 g/L sustrato de Tasty Flowers TD by Lurpe Solutions.

Start of week 7 day 43. All nutrients have been stopped and 1 week of finale only.
The girls are packing on some weight and filling out nicely. Buds are very dense.

So pleased with the growth, this week I put a net up to separate out the buds a bit and trimmed the plants to try and get more light to the lower buds. Instead of replacing the water, I'm now directly recycling and adding nutrients and additives. I found the easiest way was to pump the system out into another bucket so I could measure more accurately how much to add and then replace the mix back in the system. The grow room smells wonderful. I'm so looking forward to when I can try it.

Extrema producción de tricomas de esta variedad! Gran parte de los frutos lo usaré para extraer rosin, su resina se ve ideal para este propósito.
Fragancia exquisita a ponche de fruta dulce, con notas ácidas y un fondo de especias.
Como mencioné anteriormente dejaré la parte de la reseña de efectos, sabores y sensaciones para cuando los cogollos estén secos y curados, por ahora solo puedo apreciar lo que mi vista y olfato me permiten captar.

Indoors flowering nicely, brown hairs starting to show.
Outdoors still one of the Ultimate still hasn't started to flower. I'm starting to wonder if it's not an auto at all. The gelato is forming nicely, with a little visitor a bee. The other ultimate is also flowering nicely.
Day 75, due to hothouse damage the three outdoor plants are now indoors

Into week two all cuttings have taken 8 have been topped, spacers have been deployed to train branches 3cm spacers I will increase the size of spacers once the branches develop a little more.
about every 3 days Is required depending on how the strain performs.
this is a more creative method of growing with the final picture of your media in mind {peecock effect}.
once the media has starched I will snap on the spacers to create the scrog for a level canopy, holding the outer plants left and right further out to the left and right for more light exposure to develop my flowers to there full potential.
middle of week 2 I put the spacers together to make the scrog mainly two train the left and right rows of plants outwards for more space in the middle of my canopy.

Last update before i harvest in a couple days - 1 week max, very happy with this grow the gorilla cookies is the plant i’m most looking forward to, it’s covered in frost and smells like berries while the orange sherbet has some monster buds 👌🏾 Think fast buds will be my go to for autoflowers from now on
