Day 36 Flower (Day 78)
Today is the first day of week six of flower and on this glorious day, I went to war against the fungus gnats. By war, I mean watering each girl with 5 million Nematodes in 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. That should hopefully do the trick and get rid of the annoying little shits.
I also experimented a bit more with bud photography and this time I used an LED ring flash. The next step is to shoot during the dark period so I don't get any supplemental light from the grow lights.
That was pretty much it today as it is mostly just coasting along at this point in the grow.
Day 37 Flower (Day 79)
The left girl got pampered with a new light today. Let's see if those extra photons can help her fatten up. She also got a CO2 bag to help her to soak up all those juicy photons.
The right girl on the other hand just got her daily watering. Today with 3 liters at pH 6.6.
Day 38 Flower (Day 80)
All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and started brewing some compost tea to feed tomorrow. I used a simple recipe this time with just some worm castings and molasses to increase the microbial activity, as well as a bit of neem meal for some additional nutrition but also to help against pests.
The fungus gnats in the tents are almost gone. The nematodes took care of the gnat larvae and the yellow sticky traps have been catching the adults.
Day 39 Flower (Day 81)
Super chill day. I just gave each girl 3 liters of compost tea at pH 6.2. Done.
Day 40 Flower (Day 82)
I gave 3 liters of pH 6.5 water to the right girl and supported some of her branches as they're getting heavy with buds. Boom!
Day 41 Flower (Day 83)
Today I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water. The gnats look to be defeated for now. I can't see any in the tents and the yellow sticky traps are empty.
Day 42 Flower (Day 84)
The last day of the sixth week of flower and all is going great in the tents. The heatwave we were having went away, which kind of sucks on a personal and social level, but it's great for the girls as the tents were swelteringly hot.
The left girl is 103 cm tall and didn't grow anything this week. She has started to fatten up a bit now since I installed a more powerful light, but she is still lagging far behind the right girl.
I'm interested to see if she is only lagging behind in time and will fatten up eventually, or if her ordeal has stunted her flowers, resulting in a bunch of larf. Time will tell. Either way, it will be a learning experience.
The right girl also didn't grow vertically this week (thankfully!). Her 123 cm is tall enough to be dangerously close to the lights.
She is fattening up nicely but still some time to go before she is done. I haven't checked any trichomes yet but should probably start checking next week.
Today was another chill late-flower day, I just gave the left girl 2 liters of pH 6.7 water, and the right got 3 liters at pH 6.5.

This is fully my forst organic living soil Grow and she turned out amazing I am never going bacl to bottled bnutrients hahaha I say that but we seee Im digg and loveing all ORGANIC

Holky začínají svůj předposlední týden , ted už se pojede jen základ hnojiv v polovičních dávkách , s úrodou budu asi spokojeny .
Jedna devčice tam vyčnívá z řady s nejvíc cukrem, ale každá tam má něco do sebe .
Za mě dobrý 👍 problémy žádné velice nebyly a snad už ani nebudou, jen jedna špatně pobrala to zvýšení hnojiv v tom 6.tydnu (trošku listy popálené ).

The plants have now reached a height of around 80 cm, and the stretch is almost finished, slowly coming to an end. Bud production has clearly started, and overall the plants are looking very healthy, strong, and well structured.
Over the past days, intensive defoliation and lollipopping has been carried out, but deliberately not all at once. Instead, a small portion is done each day to keep stress levels as low as possible. Due to the heavy branching, a large number of small side shoots had formed, many of which were removed to improve airflow and create a more open plant structure.
Overall, the grow continues to run very smoothly and according to plan, once again strongly supported by the Biotabs nutrient system. One major advantage is that no CalMag, no dolomite and no additional corrections are required. Feeding is done strictly according to the Biotabs schedule, otherwise following an “only water” approach – with outstanding results so far.
Powdery mildew is still present, but only at a very minimal level. Occasionally, 2–5 affected leaves appear and are removed immediately. In addition, the entire room and the plants are treated twice a week with a water–Purolyt solution. Compared to the previous run, there is a very noticeable improvement, and the effect is clearly visible.
At this point, the grow is running fully on track, and the photos and videos speak for themselves.

Time for low-stress drastic measures. Her height has now reached the point where all google inquiries suggest she's sure to become badly light stressed if left to her own devices. We're flying too close to the sun, folks.
I'm not convinced heat is an issue, as there's great ventilation in the room and two fans blowing constantly, but something had to be done about the diminishing distance to the light. We're down to 20cm~ from the tip of the main cola, to 25cm~ after pulling her to the side a little with some trusty red string. Somehow there's no sign of stress on the leaves, but they say this usually shows up after the damage has been done, so we'll so how things pan out. I'll keep pulling her further away as needed. Hardly ideal, but not exactly unexpected.
I've also ripped out some mosquito netting that was blocking some of the airflow from the window the extractor fan vent tube leads to. It was all gummed up with dust and cobwebs. Since removing it the airflow from the room is venting outside much more smoothly, lowering the humidity of the room by a few points. I've even seen it reach as low as 55%, which is a new low. Previously the humidity wouldn't go lower than 69%, which is a funny number I admit but I'll take a number without meme-connotations in favor of a lessened likelihood of bud rot any day.
I've doubled the dose of top-max from 1lm/l to 2ml/l. Bio-biz suggest 4ml/l at this point, so we're playing it safe.

We went a bit crazy this week and got a third lamp. The lights are now at 25 and 30 cm from the tallest plant. According to Sanlight, it's optimal for our tent size and with CO2 added. Also, we added another CO2 bag hanging in the tent. According to the app Photone, which displays the PPFD of the lamps, the PPFD in our tent is around 500.
Did some flushing with Cal mag, which we hope helped with the deficiencies seen on the leaves. Either or, our girls seem to be finally growing well and hydrated with the Autopots. New growth seems to be healthy. We had to get a dehumidifier because of the increasing humidity. Currently balancing between humidity and temperature because the winter is getting cold around here.
We started doing LST this week. Some of the girls get the stick and some are getting tied up. They seem to be liking it 👹 We are hoping next weekend for a full and healthy canopy, so we can flip the flower.

looking great now only 3 weeks left canny wait as always 💪😁 she responds so well to formulex theres alot of feed out there to lesson the load and stress of if you might give them nutrient burn but not with this stuff its absolute childs play 5ml to 1ltr of tap water thats it all the way through the veg and flower cycle it truly is a bottle of science thanks to growth technology you guys are amazing peace 💪💯

Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining.
Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego.
Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien.
Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien.
Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar.
Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI.
Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

🔸The ladies moved into the big tent on the 29th day after I had cleaned it and hung up my new lights.
🔸Poison Envy is developing superbly, all branches are equally developed and grow evenly. She is doing wonderfully with the LST, she is growing the fastes and most beautiful of all 4 ladies, I like it very much, can go on like this.
🔸I only work with hooks and occasionally with clips, but I've often broken branches with them so I prefer to use hooks hehe :D

Lots going down this week! I threw up a couple pictures today (day 74) I'll add more pictures and videos later on but I wanted to get this week started...
Day 70;
Nothing much to report except we got the new Optic 8+ 120°lens LED installed!! We got her put up around day 69. It's the 2nd optic weve bought and love these lights! The plants reacted immediately and we only started them at 80%veg brightness 20%bloom. Increasing 10% or so a day.
I also built a cloning station so I can take cuts tomorrow just incase we fide a unicorn!🤞
Day 71;
Officially on 12/12 light schedule now! I've decided to keep #2 in her 3gal pot. #1 gets the 10gallon smartpot. Both are doing terrific. I top dressed with .5 table spoons per gallon of soil on both plants using Papa's Perfect Poop. Made buy Michigan made mix m3 soil company. Its 5-10-2 using 100% organic fossilized bat guano
Day 72:
I defoliated both plants today. Fairly heavy but not extreme. I took all the larger fan leaves out that were blocking the lower bud sites.
I also took clones today. 2 off each plant. 1 of each clone went into an ez-cloner that uses spraying water to root them. The other 2 cuts I put in a hydrofarm cloner that submerges the stems in aerated water until rooting.
Day 73;
The girls both bounced back and are praying beautifully after the defoliation. Both loved it! I can definitely see the start of new growth already on the lowers. I'm keeping the clones on 24hr light schedule. I know its addition stress but it's easier for me.
Day 74:
Literally nothing happened today. I sat and stared at them for maybe 2hrs but that's about it tho lol
Day 75:
A bit done today. I rearranged the tent hoping to give the girls a bit more leg room(you can see #2 in the picture is growing all funny because of space) I also watered #2 tonight. I'm finding the Choc Mint OG do not like much water. I also took them out of the tent for some glamour shots. You can really see what difference 7gallons of soil can make in terms of size. #1 is nearly a foot taller. Both are starting to stretch. Curious how much that is. Put #2 out in shades place outside to harden up
Day 76:
Not much going on. I watered number 1.
Day 77:
Big day today. 3 days ago I put #2 outdoors in shade to acclimate. I know I rushed that a bit. Should have let her harden up a bit more first, but I wanted her in the ground and growing roots while she has time. Its gonna be close but I figure all my other outdoor plants are just starting to flower so why not? My tent was a little crowded so being outside will give her the best chance possible!

I cut a few of leaves that covered the secondary branches of light. Moreover my Moby dick’s plants grow up bushy and to my mind it covers too much of light.

This girl was a little slower starting. We had excessive rain. I thought it was going to rot her roots. It didn't. She's handled the wet conditions and is really taken off this week. We had more rain on day 4 then intermittently through the night into day 5. We had cooler temps on day 6 and more intermittent rain that evening and night. Day 7 we again had thunderstorms and rain that night. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil in day 6. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron and phosphorus available to the plants. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg.
