Day 150, 8th of October... She is getting old LOL..... the weather was the worst this week so far a lot of rain like 3 days non stop. The temperature is lowering as well. Sunshine??? What is that just bits... so basically she is just maturing there.... The smell is crazy strong nice sweet and citrus style... there is no sun but compare to that she will have some nice buds for me 🤪

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. Und so langsam nähern wir uns dem Ende...und um ehrlich zu sein, können wir es kaum noch abwarten. Unsere Ladys schauen fantastisch aus ! Die Temperatur ist weiterhin konstant, immer etwa um die 27 ° Celsius. Bisher haben wir einen sehr milden, aber auch feuchten Frühling mit nur wenigen sehr kurzen Hitzeperioden. In unserem Haus ist an sich kein Geruch wahrzunehmen. Dies liegt jedoch an unseren guten Abluft und dem großen Filter denn sobald wir die Box öffnet strömt ein unglaublich angenehmer, süßlich bis fruchtiger Geruch durch die Räume.

📋 Comments Lemon cherry gelato by MNSL Is a good plant to grow. She has produced some nice flowers and is a very forgiving plant. 📋 Data Seed to havest=113 days. Veg time=35 days. Flower time=78 days. Wet weight=917g Dry weight=104g 📋 Smoke report After 11 days of drying i trimmed half the plant (trim jail) and finished trimming the day after, it. Not the easiest to trim and not as dense buds as the other plant in the grow but damn this lemon cherry gelato is absolutely dripping with trichomes and has a really fruity smell. There is a decent amount of trim to run some bubble hash. This is an excellent smoke, quiet sweet with citrus/lemon and slight cherry or fruity taste to it. Quiet strong maybe 25%THC. 📋Grow stats for GDG 22 #1 Lemon cherry gelato=104g #2 Zoap=79g Total=183g Lights on. 20hrs×7days=140hrs 18hrs×33days=594hrs 12hrs×78days=936hrs Total hours=1670hrs Light power=211.09Kw Rad power=415.73Kw Extractor=43.5Kw 4 gang=56.62Kw Top fan=27.82 Total electricity=754.76KW Electricity cost @£0.25/Kw=£188.69 Average light power a day=1.78Kw Average watt per hour=106w g/watt=(183÷106)=1.72g/w £/g=£1.03/g 📋Final word. Considering how cold it's been i have managed to get a decent VPD throughout the grow, I'd go as far to say the extra money spent on electricity was definitely worth it. I didn't run into any major problems and the Plagron nutes were excellent, I'm thinking these are going to be my goto from now on. I combined the trim from both plants to make a hash run and managed 14g of hash. That takes my total to 197g for the grow. Very happy. Back soon. Just in drying but she smells strong, looks drenched in resinous crystals and I just can’t wait to get her dried and cure. Beautiful plant with nice sized buds. The smell is the strongest I’ve grown like an earthy pine smell full of crystals still curing but my tester blunt put me to sleep but not as smooth as I’d like yet so back in the jar! Full smoke report will be up after a full cure. After a 2 week cure the taste is phenomenal and old school flavour that brings back memories, earthy notes with hints of liquorice tastes a lot like a good quality hash. Nice smooth smoke that packs a punch. Definitely can’t beat the OG strains. The high creeps up on you but not to intensely and lasts hours!

Day 2 of week 8. End of week pictures to follow in a few days. I'll be bumping up the PPMS to 850 a they show no signs of any issues.
