hey guys so another week has passed all beasting along got a few high temp days coming and still a week or so for air con unit . But girls seem be loving the heats even when getting up to 30degree . Done a little deflowation clean up the under , ordered some epsom salts and mollasses a few days ago to assist in flower , still only r/o water and calmax then ph seem to be way forward and my soil mix is defo doing wonders . Til next week family 😉😀

May 18: foliar spray of Extreme Blend from Kelp4Less this morning. Cool and overcast this weekend but it can be hot inside the mini-greenhouse. Was 9 C outside earlier today but 23 C inside greenhouse which heats up really fast in direct sun. So far so good. Still spraying plant a few times a day with water to counteract the low humidity. May 19: rain and clouds with forecast high of 8 C today. Not sunny so greenhouse won’t help and plants will have to stay indoors today and likely tomorrow too. May 20: indoors under a cheapo LED grow light that works great. Much easier than setting up a tent with a serious grow light. May 21: still cool today but should be some sun so the greenhouse will work today. Moved back outside into greenhouse in morning. May 22: mostly in greenhouse again today but they also got some direct evening sun. Good growing day if a bit cool. May 23: in greenhouse all day but evening sun again. She grew 2 inches in five days which is good for this early stage. In full veg mode it should/will be a bit over 1” per day. May 24: nice enough to be outdoors all day again. Watered with Monster Max.

Fun time with this gal overall! Definitely going to go for a proper run of BanDad, not 12/12 from seed - next. Didn't yield much individually, but between all 4 plants it added up to be a decent bit. Already got another BanDad in my veg tent at about week 5!

Week 4 was great. Tried upping the water amount a bit and it worked well on 2 of the 3 plants so I´ll just stay at the same amount as before for the plant that didn´t like more water. Buds getting bigger. Also 2 of the 3 plants are gonna have a longer bloom and it shows now as you guys can see. I just hope now that they will stay healthy because I´m happy with the progress. Thanks alot again for you guys giving me tips and tricks to optimize the grow.

A plant with both standard cellular respiration (occurring throughout the plant, including leaves and stems) and adequate root respiration will have a significantly higher ATP throughput than one restricted to only general cellular respiration in a limited way. Cellular respiration is the fundamental metabolic process that occurs in all living plant cells (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds) to convert glucose into usable energy (ATP). It requires oxygen and produces carbon dioxide and water as byproducts. Root respiration is not a separate type of respiration, but rather a specific instance of cellular respiration occurring in the roots. Roots absorb oxygen from the air spaces in the soil to fuel their energy needs. Roots require a substantial amount of ATP for essential functions like nutrient and water absorption, as well as growth and maintenance of their tissues. The primary form of respiration in healthy plant roots is aerobic respiration, which is highly efficient, yielding up to 30-38 ATP molecules per glucose molecule. Anaerobic Respiration (Inefficient): If roots are deprived of oxygen (e.g., in waterlogged soil), they switch to anaerobic respiration, which is far less efficient, producing only 2 ATP molecules per glucose molecule and also generating alcohol, which can be toxic and kill the plant. Therefore, a plant with healthy, oxygenated roots performing efficient aerobic respiration in addition to the rest of the plant's cellular respiration has a much greater overall ATP production and energy capacity. A soil without organic matter will generally have a low Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). Biochar is often prized for its potential to increase soil cation exchange capacity (CEC), but this effect is highly dependent on the specific properties of the biochar (feedstock and pyrolysis temperature) and the soil type to which it is applied. High-ash biochars, especially those produced at lower temperatures and applied to acidic or sandy soils, can significantly boost CEC by providing abundant binding sites for cations like calcium (Ca²⁺), magnesium (Mg²⁺), and potassium (K⁺). Biochar is more sustainable than typical organic matter for long-term soil improvement primarily due to its high stability and resistance to microbial decomposition, allowing it to persist in the soil for hundreds to thousands of years. This longevity provides a lasting positive effect on soil properties, particularly by increasing the cation exchange capacity (CEC) over time, while regular organic matter breaks down much faster. Biochar generally offers a much higher CEC than coco coir, though specific values vary greatly; while coco coir might sit around 40-60 cmol/kg, biochar can range from tens to over 200 cmol/kg, with sources like Acacia wood biochar or even coconut shell biochar often surpassing coco's capacity due to its porous structure, creating significantly more cation-binding sites for nutrients, making it superior for nutrient retention. Needs to be charged similar to coco but at a much higger rate. But shhhh.. It's a secret. Ancient biochar-rich soils in the Amazon basin (known as Terra Preta) provide evidence of carbon stability lasting over 500 to 2,000+ years. Recommend a balanced ratio of key cations, particularly calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K). A widely accepted general "ideal soil" cation saturation ratio is approximately 65-85% Ca, 6-12% Mg, and 2-5% K. That's roughly what I give mine. Can even add N in its NH4+ form

420Fastbuds FBT2312/Week 3 What up grow fam. Weekly update for these stunning girls. Up to this point they've been growing picture perfect . Not really doing anything special besides still feeding nutes every other watering 500ml. I'll double the feed this week taking it to 1000ml/1 liter per every other day. Not seeing any burn signs from introducing nutes so will keep that the same strength. All in all Happy Growing

6.9 3rd veg week got done and all is good. Girls are healthy and growing well. Strawberry Lemonade's looks almost identical to each other.. nice. I started adding some Bio Grow after spotting some nute defs. But otherwise not much to report. I have tried to keep these girls 4-6h darkness. To give them some rest. Next weeks update girls are in well cleaned tent thanks to my lovely human 😂 girl 😍 Ok stay high till next week!! 👽

Tag 22: Die Woche begann mit dem Topping von zwei Damen (nur eine für diesen Report relevant), da diese bereit waren über der 5. Nodie abgetrennt zu werden. Dabei gleich noch ein paar größere Blätter entnommen oben, damit alle Triebe jetzt gut Licht kriegen. Der Rest der Ladys ist heute Abend oder morgen früh dran 😊 Und so war es dann auch, abends konnten alle Damen bis auf die lemon cherry gelato getoppt werden. Im Anschluss gab es Boom Boom Spray zur Erholung. Tag 23: Morgens ist mir mein KI Controller anscheinend abgeschmiert und hat sich selbstständig für gut zwei Stunden in den Pausemodus begeben, bis ich wach wurde und es bemerkt habe bei der morgen Kontrolle. Nach dem Schock und zwei Stunden richtig schlechter Laune noch die Lemon Cherry Gelato getoppt und mit Boom Boom Spray versorgt. Tag 24: heute musste ich unerwartet gießen, da die Ladys über Nacht richtig viel getrunken haben und ich sie nicht bis heute Abend dursten lassen wollte. 400ml für jede der Damen gab es mit ph 6.0 und 1ml/l calmag. Tag 25: heute nichts besonderes zu berichten 😼 Tag 26: du meine Güte sind die Damen durstig, muss heute Abend wieder gießen und dieses Wochenende dürfte es dann auch Zeit für die 20l Endtöpfe sein — Umtopfen ist angesagt 😊 Am Abend wurden dann pro Pflanze 0,5l ph 6.3 Wasser gegossen. Tag 27: mit dem Umtopfen sind die Painkiller nun uns kleine Zelt umgezogen und somit verbleiben nur die Lemon Trees und die Lemon Cherry Gelato im großen Zelt und haben nun richtig viel Platz 😊 Tag 28: Endlich durften die Ladys in ihre 20l Stofftöpfe umziehen. Beim Umtopfen gab es noch 65g GHF Biogrow sowie White Shark mycorrhiza ins Substrat und danach wurde mit 3l ph 6.3 Wasser angegossen. Im Anschluss noch das Licht auf 600ppfd erhöht. Ende Vegi-Woche 2 ✌️ Day 22: I started the week with the topping of two ladies (only one of them is relevant for this report), because they were ready to be cut above the fifth node. I also took off some of the larger leaves, so that all the branches get enough light. 😊 The rest of the ladies should be ready this evening or tomorrow morning. And as I said, I was able to top all the other ladies, besides the Lemon Cherry Gelato, which has to wait till tomorrow. Afterwards they got some Boom Boom Spray for recovery. Day 23: This morning my ai controller decided to go to pausemode on its own and shut down the tent for about two hours until I woke up and made my morning control. After two hours of bad mood I topped the lemon cherry gelato and treated her with Boom Boom spray Day 24: this morning I had to water the ladies unexpectedly, because they drank more than I thought they would. So every Lady got 400ml ph 6.0 water with 1ml/l calmag. Day 25: nothing special to report today 😼 Day 26: they’re drinking more then I expected, I have to water them again this evening and they will be repotted to their last 20l pots 😊 In the evening each Lady got 0,5l of ph 6.3 water. Day 27: my wife’s Painkillers left the tent after repotting and now the lemon trees and the LCG have lots of space to grow big 😊 Day 28: finally I could repot the Ladys to their 20l fabric pots. They got 65g GHF Biogrow and White Shark mycorrhiza to the soil and afterwards I watered them 3l ph 6.3 water and adjusted the the lights to 600ppfd End of week 2 ✌️

Well finally by day 80 the heavy rain is over and we are looking at afternoon showers, but sunny hot and humid until then. Well, relatively humid. About to finally get in there and tying some branches and picking little sucker branches that I don’t want. Branches appear as suckers to me when they’re more than likely located lower on the plant or at the interior in a way where it would grow with less light or grow inside the plant and congest the airflow, again with less light. I fed her a 2 Gallon Heavy Feeder mix. It will be watered in with tsp water that is 156 PPM @ pH of 8.5. Normally ALL waterings are done with an incredible amount of water from the garden hose that is from a well. I intend to feed with soil amendments and top dressings, however localized feeds or things like worm castings tea is coming up. I also foliar fed her one evening with phosphates, and the fulvex which is basically magnesium and fulvic acid with a yucca wetting agent. I want to help her to spread those roots! I know it sounds like a lot of molasses. But I’ve never had issues with large doses in these situations outdoors. The plants and microbes go bonkers for the stuff! Also that feed water went in strong but as it was watered in with the regular water, it diluted the tds quite a bit. Literally the following day, I am noticing what looks like more than preflowers. Is she really starting to flower an entire month early?! Last week er so, we had those 4 days of really cold, dark, rainy weather, that came after some nasty hot and super dry weather. Multiple plants have begun to flower on me! I suppose there is no problem getting an early start with things. But not this! I don’t want to go back and forth! She can be in vegetative stage and grow bigger and spread her roots. Grow and prepare for flowering stage. Then go into flowering stage and STAY in flowering, 100%. Not something crazy like: stop veg(preparing for flower) and just flower out with what was developed, then 2 weeks later realize it was too early and go back to Veg, only to jump right back into flower! I don’t want some kinda of chaotic misdirection of energy, for most likely some weird results. But we shall see. All I can say is, if she is going to flower, then flower hard! Don’t turn back.

With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. But seriously, large leaves at this stage are a great sign of healthy, robust plants. These “solar panels” are hard at work soaking up all the light, driving photosynthesis, and fueling growth. So, what does it mean when your plants are showing off big, luscious leaves? It’s a clear indication that they’re happy, healthy, and thriving in their environment—big leaves mean lots of energy being produced and stored for future bud growth. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The precision I’m able to achieve with the AMP-3 is mind-blowing—I get immediate feedback on pH, temperature, and EC, allowing me to make real-time adjustments and ensure the perfect environment for nutrient uptake. 📊 Environmental Mastery Thanks to TrolMaster 📊 Speaking of control—let’s talk about the TrolMaster system! Between the DSH-2U Humidity Station and all the other sensors, I’ve created the perfect environment for my plants. Here’s where we’re at this week: • Temperature: 26.2°C • RH: 70.6% • CO2 levels: 775 ppm • VPD: 1.0 kPa • PPFD: 423 Thanks to TrolMaster, I can monitor and adjust these metrics in real time, and the best part? I can do it all through the TM+ Pro app, even while I’m lounging in my green papaya leaf hat! 😆 Whether I’m checking the CO2 levels, adjusting the lights, or fine-tuning the humidity, it’s all in my hands with just a tap of my phone. Talk about convenience! 🌱 P.S. – Inline Sensors: Heavy-Duty Precision 🌱 Now, let’s talk about the heavy-duty players in this game—the (PCT-2) Heavy Duty Inline EC/Temp Sensor and the (PPH-2) Heavy Duty Inline pH Sensor. These bad boys are connected directly to the AMP-3 Precision Meter, and they’ve been absolutely crucial in giving me the most accurate readings on my water and nutrient solution. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Together, these inline sensors allow me to run a super-tight ship—every drop of water and nutrient is dialed in to perfection, keeping the plants happy and healthy! Shout Outs! well, last days are ahead, I have to say it's been an interesting first grow :) the smell is amazing guys. fruity as hell! like melon..:) one of the plants has sick, brown spotted leaves, but the buds look fine. the other two has nice healthy leaves. Would you recommend a 24h dark period before I chop them?:) thanks for reading!

Así finaliza una increíble cosecha de Papaya Zoap de Sweet Seeds ! Desde el inicio, esta planta demostró ser robusta 💪 y fácil de cuidar, con un crecimiento rápido y resistente. Durante la floración, los aromas tropicales empezaron a destacar, anticipando lo que Sería una experiencia única. Los cogollos están densos, cubiertos de resina y con un aroma increíblemente dulce, con toques cítricos y exóticos. FBA2504-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. One of them does have some weird leaf structure going on but looks like its fixing itself. Happy Growing

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67
