10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

9/1 - Start of week four and all four of my Purple Microdots are female! That means I got 100% feminine seeds from this round and they are looking strong. One of the ladies is split at the main cola as if she had been topped...even though she hasn't. Can't wait to see how she turns out. Watered all today with RO water and molasses. 9/4 - Just a light water and some LST today. Still no nutrients and they are looking fabulous. Moving them just about a quarter of the way around the pot. They are really starting to become bushy and branch out.. They are all very green and looking great. 9/6 - First signs of flower! Each of the four have little pistils coming in and they look beautiful. I come in each day and water and do a little LST on all the ladies and that's about it. Will feed at the end of the week.

Straightforward with nothing to report out of the ordinary. I top watered on day 56 then let them dry back prior to harvest (day 61). Nice mix of milky and amber trichomes. Harvested early morning prior to lights on.

Not much of a change for this bloom schedule, everything will stay the same but instead of 3 tsps of grow and 1 tsp of bloom , we just turn that around to 3tsp of Bloom and 1 tsp of veg an we are good to go!!! D64/FD36 - Not much to really talk about this week. Things still ticking along. Sweet Cherry Pie not changing my mind yet that its a 10 week strain (Even though everything points to it "supposed" to be an 8 week one!!!). It put on a few more inches again last week (As can be seen in the time lapse!). Defs going forward, only 1 strain per res and I think "Cookies" based breeds will be it for me as they're so easy worked with. RAM Oscillating Fans...again, barely 10 days running and it has died!!! WTF! Hydro place will be willing to change again but its a joke, the batch is useless!!! Not the Hydro Shops fault though! They're bending over backwards as I do a good bit of business with them! :) Apart from that, dropped my EC by 0.2 this week (Pulled back on the base and bloom by 10-15%) just because they're drinking but not taking on food at any big rate - rather not poison the roots with a rising EC when they have a wee swallie to themselves!!! Changed the CalMag to Biobizz calmag as no nitrogen in it (it is a lot dirtier in a tank though which is the down side!!!). Apart from that, no real big changes. Happy Growing all!!! 💪

Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Fugue State #2, in the black pot is still a bit shell shocked, hopefully it opens up soon. Well both #2 and #3 damped off / shell shocked to death, so there's just one left, c'est la vie. #1 is trucking along well and ready for week 2. Girls are looking good. The MBAP is going really quickly, she's flowering at an extortionate rate. I'm unsure if this is because she wasn't topped & Mainlined or if that's just her genetics, as the Sour Melon appears to be quite far behind budding wise. The MBAP really is a budding machine, I'm going to get my gf to take proper pics of them next week for everyone to see. Not much to report, most of the training has finished now on all plants, will do one more defoliation session on the Six Shooter, and 1-2 more on the younger 2, and possibly a bit of tying and tidying up on the younger ones too. Gave all 3 girls a good dose of PK tea the other day and my Bio-PK booster has just arrived from Biotabs, so I'll be adding this in with my weekly PK boost watering. Apart from that, they will be on strictly plain water all the way through to harvest. As you can see, we've got a baby Green Crack, Masszar Haze CBD & Sour Melon on the way as 1 day old babies as well, I'll be doing a separate diary for them. 12/1 update: nothing much more to report, did a defoliation on all plants, the Six Shooter for the final time, and didn't spray them with any recovery spray. The 2 younger girls are drinking several lirres of water a day. The MBAP's flowers really smells absolutely incredible. I'm disappointed by how far behind the Sour Melon is. Worryingly, there isnt much frost on the Six Shooter, who is probably about 2-3 weeks away from harvest. I'll be giving her a strong PK tea this weekend, her second-to-last one. I like to give the final one about 10 days before I harvest, as I harvest the tops and then leave the bottom half to develop for a further 3-5 days. The new girls are about 3 days old. I have started a separate diary for them.
