Week 9: Growth, Clones, and Preparing for Buds This week brought some important changes to the grow! The plants stretched significantly, taking advantage of the rainy weather, despite the temperature fluctuations. Overall, the conditions are supporting their development well. Notes: I made a few more clones, and so far, all of them are thriving. It's exciting to see a 100% survival rate for the clones so far. Out of the 12 plants, I identified three males. Two of them have started opening their pollen sacs, and I’ve begun collecting. The pollen is being stored in the freezer for future breeding projects. I did a light defoliation to improve light penetration to the lower branches, which should help promote even growth.

12/10/18 Day 54 Not long left now, started the flush 4 days ago but I feel as if I might have left it a little too late. Looking to harvest day 60, some of the trichomes are cloudy but the buds have swollen quite a bit and the calyxes are retracting more and more daily. Not too worried about the relatively short flush since I didn't really go overboard with the nutes but I'd like to get the colours to fade a little before chopping, even if this means pushing it to day 64-65.

Very easy strain to grow. I grew the White Critical Express previous to this grow, I really liked it and wanted to try growing an Autoflower so I went for the Critical 2.0 and it was worth the grow.

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. IF NOT IM GOING TO TREAT THE THRIPS THAT ARE ON TWO PLANTS NOW. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH BT-K FOR NY PILLARS AND HOPE THAT THE DISH SOAP IN THE MIX KILLS THE THRIPS. I HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS SO ILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. BUDS SEEM TO BE EXPLODING IN GROWTH. OH AND THANKS TO THE OUTDOOR GROWER THAT MESSAGED OFFERING TO HELP. I APPRECIATE THAT. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome.

03/01/2022 You can tell which I put in flower room first, buds developing nicely 🙏🏻 Second one is a week behind but starting to flower have to raise the lights this week.

Aug 24: starting the fifth week of flowering. This plant was started late so it didn’t get as much veg time, but it is flowering nicely and is doing quite well. Updated diary to list this as Overdose Fast which seems more likely than Auto Overdose. Likely just mis-packaged, and also based upon other growers comments about their autos not autoflowering. Aug 26: she’s doing well and buds are forming. Watered with potassium silicate this evening.

I have changed tent to a bigger one 120x120x200 and upgraded my carbon filter and fan to a spider farmer 6” intelligent which seems all great happy with plants looking healthy I have another mare hydro ts1000 to also go in tent which will be going in around a week 😁👍 thanks to all

02/15/2021 In the first pic you will notice bottom growth which will become my new moms! At least 3 there now. Top is stretching nicely I will have to decide soon if I want to top her or not, I will know better next week. 02/17/2021 Got two cuts today maybe two more by next week. 3 for the garden, 1 for mother plant. Ps. She grew an inch and a half in two days, so all is well. 02/20/2021 Stretching up to 13.5 inches(34.9cm) almost 5" in less than a week, I think she is happy! On a side note lower growth will produce two more clones for summer garden. can't wait to see her flower! I will probably need to top as she should stretch 1.5-2 X's in flower stretch. Trying to learn what plants I like to grow the most. This run is a test of each strain I ordered from seedsman. Blueberry is a clone from a seed, As I only had one of these seeds I didnt want to risk flowering it and losing a good pheno, So instead I grew that seed and cloned off of it. Maui Waui is from seed, and looks pretty wonky here, it got a bit out of hand during veg as I didn't have a screen in there. The seed has been vigourous though and I have high hopes for it being the only pure sativa in the bunch, Cheese is a clone taken from my last grow. I cloned it off the seeded plant before they went into flower. My last run with cheese went well with dense buds and good potency. Buttercream gelato is from a seed and has pretty interesting growth. It has been hard to keep nitrogen up in it and pales to lime much quicker than the other plants around it. Buttercream and Maui waui have been vegging for 2 months. Blueberry and chees have been vegging for 6 weeks

These ladies had to be started again they began on 3/20. Almost 26 days old looking beautiful. Very happy with this round so far so good took care of the mite issues all is well
