ENGLISH Week 6 - Transition to Flowering and Initial Challenges The sixth week marked the transition from the vegetative to the flowering phase. Until the weekend, the Terra Vega fertilizer was still used at a ratio of 30 ml per 10 liters of water. On Saturday, the first day of flowering, it became clear that switching to the flowering fertilizer was necessary. Unfortunately, the late transition to the Canna Terra Bloom line caused a slight nutrient deficiency that appeared in the first few days of flowering. This was corrected at the beginning of the first full flowering week by fully switching to Canna Bloom. The pH and EC levels remained stable and optimally adjusted. Temperatures increased slightly but stayed at a comfortable 26 degrees. With the start of the flowering phase, the stretch began, with the plants growing an impressive 2.5 cm per day. During this week, the first lower leaves were removed—a light lollipopping to focus the energy on the upper parts. The removed leaves were dried and even laminated to document the progress of this unique grow. Some smaller branches and leaves were also removed from the lower areas to improve ventilation. However, the main lollipopping will take place in about two to three weeks. Despite the initial deficiency due to the late fertilizer switch, the plants remained overall strong, healthy, and continued to grow beautifully. The transition to the flowering phase was successful, and the plants continued to showcase their impressive potential.

Day 58 - 07/02/20 About 70% or more pistils are amber and ive harvested the inner stems of the plant yesterday and today and trimmed it all down to individual buds before putting it in the net to dry for a week :) The inner stems had such thick and dense buds on them that it was blocking some light from the buds on the outer stems and preventing them from reaching full maturity. They are now getting all the light they need for a few more days during the flushing week. I will also be reducing the light from 18/6 down to 12/12 this week as its not possible for me to isolate the plants in total darkness for 72h. I was told that no light right before harvest will mean more THC production, any time i knock the lights back before harvest my buds always look frosty and covered in trichomes. I cant wait until i have a smaller veg tent and another tent so i can isolate the plants for the full 72 hours. Anyways i had a little problem over the last 2 weeks with my PH pen being cheap and nasty, it constantly needs calibrated but still its doing a basic job and preventing more serious PH issues until i get a replacement. i also think i might have flushed the plants at that time before calibrating the PH meter and they were not happy about it :) Everything looks okay now in my tent and im just giving this one only Phed tap water until harvest :) I added a few photos of the Cayenne pepper plants harvest, the pepper plant was in one of my older grows i think maybe my first... could be the quick one diary, with minimal care and a little water i grew some monster peppers, i wanted to give them thier own diary but im not sure how GD would react hahah. so i posted them here, These peppers were all grown under the same light in the exact same conditions as i grow my weed with no bugs 🐜 or problems with mould, id strongly reccommend giving it a go and use up that grow space, especially as its bad for the environment to indoor grow! make the most of it folks! Anyways happy medicating for this week and check out my other diaries if you all get time :) Day 60 - 09/02/20 Added a video of a few buds from the inner stems drying on my drying net. I trimmed the fan leaves off and chopped the tips of the sugar leaves which had no trichomes on them. most of the test buds got all the visible stem removed but i left a few of the chunky tops to dry just to see how they turn out. Anyways im going to flush for a few more days before chopping the rest down and getting it ready to dry :) Keep on growing folks!

Plants growing extremely well, the only problem I think I'm having is too many nutrients. Plant A is showing some strange signs. a few big fan leaves are becoming "crispy" I can see a bit of nutrient burn, but a minimal amount I finally set up the drip system this week. I started LST this week, I bent both plants pretty hard, they are almost parallel to the soil. On plant A I did super cropping by mistake, I was tieing a branch and I put too much force on the bend, but palnt didn't seem afected at all by this. DAY 29 - Nutes PH - 5.96 Solution Temp - 21.5 PPM-1600 Watering Volume per plant - 4L DAY 32 - Water PH - 6 Solution Temp - 21.2 PPM-560 Watering Volume per plant - 4L Next week I will add the second ligh to the tent

Grow diary 11 Stage 4 Days 31-40 Day 31 Turned power up to 85% on the mars hydro ts1000. Mines one of the old ones you need to stick a screw driver in to alter it. Day 36 Removed the single finger fan leaves and the 1st 3 fingered leaves. Day 39 Removed the 4 fan leaves from where she was topped last week. The start of this stage we hit a heat wave, day after day of heat. I had my humidifier on most of the 9 days. The tent didn't hit the temps I thought it would so that means I have my loft under a bit better control. The plant really kicked into gear this week, around day 34 she started to explode in growth. So far I have only done some lite defoliation by removing some of the 1st leaves that weren't getting any light anymore. I now think the west coast o.g is the nicest looking one in the grow. TEMP Max 32.2 Avg 26.5 Min 21.9 Humid Max 71.2% Avg 58.4% Min 50.3% VPD Max 2.32 Avg 1.44 Min 0.85

Even though I made some big (rookie) mistakes, she's really forgiving and with the right care I'm sure she can grow out to be a proper monster. No bugs, mold, mildew or anything that was a reason for panic. I started flushing too soon and completely stopped her growth, a wise lesson. Because she was harvested a little too soon there is more of a head high instead of a body stone and depending on my mood I like it that way. She's supposed to be a heavy hitter but because of the early harvest she's a good companion during the day and will actually allow you to have a normal, fun conversation. So in conclusion, i'm pretty happy with 127 grams of harvest for a first proper grow using a self made 200W LED growlight and DWC setup. More plants will be grown, thats for sure. Thanks for reading and feel free to leave a comment! Happy growing, Danger.M

Hi Growmies, I changed the cutting in the tank to one I still had in my other tent, as these were showing a lot more signs of a revegging plant compared to the one I had in the tank previously. I will top her very soon to stimulate a more lateral growth, before I will move her into the small box in roughly two weeks, once the Afghan is harvested and dried. I have also added a dripper as I suspected the lack of topwatering caused the old one to fail.

10/6: She's doubling in size every day now, so.. me thinks she'll be a real specimen. 10/7: She continues to impress! I installed my new AC Infinity 6" fan in the attic and hooked up a 16" carbon filter today. I used some sound deadening foam on the rafter that I mounted it to and removed 100% of the vibration. I haven't programmed the thermo/hygro stuff yet, but tested it on high and I can't hear a thing anywhere in the structure.👍 I'm also purchasing a dual 120mm fan system from AC Infinity in the door, behind the grille I already installed to serve as fresh air intake. It also has a thermostat feature that will allow me to set it to only come on when the temps are too high, so I'm optimistic that it will allow me to manage the temperatures in this closet with about 1000w running for 18-20 hours a day.🙏 I moved the 200w 3500k+660nm to the top section today and lowered my QB frame to 32" above the plants. I have two pairs of them running now(480w), and received the replacement HLG 240-48A driver today for the third pair. I'll hook it up later..dont need it now.. 10/8: I fed her today for the first time...about 16 oz of solution containing grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, boomerang, and armor si. I hooked up the 3rd pair of qb's today....wow that's bright....she's gonna love it!😎 10/9: She experienced her first night time today...4 hours, from midnight to 4am..at approx 72f and 50% RH. 10/10: I sprayed her with Axiom today and gave her a few ounces of spring water. 10/11: I sprayed her with Boom Boom spray right before dark and also started brewing some compost tea today. 10/12: I just gave her a little spring water today because she's getting douched with compost tea tomorrow. I wish I had some additional blue light to dose her with to get her branching better, but she's doing okay I guess. Since I've overplanted the space, I'm not gonna have much elbow room for her anyway.

Aug 28 So close to harvest time. Smell is getting super strong. Not many amber trichomes on the colas closest to the lights yet, telling me that it needs a little more time to cook. Otherwise the trichomes look to be cloudying up.

Ladys and gentleman it's your friendly neighborhood plant lover checking in once again. I'm here to give you all an update on my lovely Lavender auto from seedsmafia, and let me tell you, she's been growing like a weed! We're now in week 4 of her vegetative stage, and she's just entered into her pre-flower stage at the end of the week. To be honest, I wasn't expecting her to start pre-flowering so soon, but hey, I guess she's just eager to show off her beautiful blooms. Now, I know some of you may be worried about pre-flowering, but let me assure you that it's a perfectly normal stage in the growth of our beloved plants. In fact, it's a sign that our plants are healthy and growing strong! As for my Lavender auto, she's not the biggest plant out there, but she's certainly one of the most beautiful. I've been taking great care of her and making sure to stop the all-in-one liquid feedings as the pellets pre-mixed with the soil should be available by now. I've got plenty of faith in my little Lavender auto, and I'm excited to see how she'll continue to grow and develop over the coming weeks. Who knows, maybe she'll surprise me again with another early stage of growth! In the meantime, I've been keeping my sense of humor intact, and let me tell you, growing with a sense of humor is key! That's why I've been joking around about how my Lavender auto couldn't wait to show off her pre-flowering stage. I guess she just wanted to steal the spotlight a little early. But hey, that's just part of the fun of growing, right? Keep on laughing and growing strong, my fellow plant enthusiasts! As always thank you all for stopping by and for supporting me on this journey, i am super passion about growing and fell blessed to have you all with me on this new journey <3 <3 <3 Genetics -Seeds Mafia Lavender Automatic Light - LUMATEK ZEUS 465 COMPACT PRO

It has a flowering period of approximately 9-10 weeks and can be grown both indoors and outdoors. It is a resistant variety which can be cared for easily. This variety is mostly appreciated because it produces strong, durable and resistant plants. Its branches and stem usually grow vertically rather than horizontally. It reaches heights of 120 cm and the harvests amount to 90 grams/plant. In addition, it contains high levels of THC- up to 20%. As their name suggests, the plants that grow from Auto Lavender Feminized seeds have a smell and taste similar to those of lavender, also comprising mint and rosemary tones. This is a variety of cannabis that is usually appreciated for its pleasant fragrance and high productivity, seeing as its buds and stem produce an impressive quantity of resin. If you’re looking for another kind of feminized, autoflowering variety, Auto Lavender Feminized will not disappoint you for sure! auto Lavender Feminized is a feminized, autoflowering variety, obtained by crossing the Lavender and Lowryder 2 species. The plants that grow from this variety have a very specific structure: they are tall, vigorous, and have large branches. At the end of the flowering period, the plants acquire an orange-gold shade

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.
