Phenotype number 1 finally matured on day 84 of flowering, I safely harvested, dried, and collected seeds, totaling approximately 1800 (no, I didn't count them). The goal was achieved, I gained a tremendous amount of experience, and now at least I have understanding. Lastly, I need to conduct a germination test to be sure. De esta forma me puedo permitir cerrar la puerta hasta abajo y que quede todo más protegido.

📆 Semana 2 El estiramiento se intensifica, con crecimiento vertical marcado y buena respuesta general. La planta mantiene color sano, turgencia correcta y una estructura que acompaña el aumento de altura sin perder equilibrio. Raíces activas y absorción estable durante esta fase de expansión. Sin intervenciones agresivas, se sigue priorizando estabilidad y control del entorno. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

It’s week 5 of flowering, and things are looking fantastic! The adjusted nutrients for the coco substrate have clearly made a difference, as both plants are thriving and continue to develop thick layers of trichomes. ✨ Interestingly, the non-LST plant is starting to show some unique color variations, which is surprising given that both are from the same strain. This unexpected twist adds a bit of excitement, and I’m curious to see how it will develop over the next few weeks. When it comes to scent, the differences are striking! The LST variant has a bold and distinct Lemon Haze aroma—zesty and citrusy 🍋💨 while the non-LST plant gives off a fruity-sweet smell that’s incredibly rich and inviting. 🍓🍭 Unfortunately, my camera broke this week, and now I’m dealing with some low-quality pictures. 📷😔 While it’s frustrating not to capture the plants in their full glory, I’ll do my best to document their progress as clearly as possible. Our Ghost Train Haze Automatic by Zamnesia started off very well, they had a good sprint since I added Alga grow and they had the chance to start metabolizing the powerful additives from Plagron. We quickly got to the first topping, as with all the others I decided to make a plant with the techniques and a tip. I'm not completely ready to give up the main cola. Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens when you apply the topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants start flowering at about the 5th intenodo, you need to anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good side branches, you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very nice results, especially in warm periods when the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure. So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches. On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks. The second week (including a few days of germination) we gave Power Roots 1 ml/l, Pure Zym 1 ml/l, Sugar Royal 1 ml/l, Alga Grow 3 ml/l - Plagron nutrients are available at Zamnesia in convenient pack formats for all growing styles. This was an easy to grow strain was neglected the first half of the grow during my move, in saying that it still went well no pest problems or diseases will grow again in the future hoping to get it bigger under different circumstances, definitely recommend the video was a week or so before the chop I forgot to take drying pics 😭😭🤣

Today is day 23 of flower. So I've been chasing a minor P-K deficiency. The plants are happy and healthy and are just feeding heavy at the moment. Well over and above any recommended servings with respect to the dry amendments and water soluble P-K inputs. As with any grow regardless of what you're using for inputs (organic amendments/salt based bottle feeding/crop salts/etc....) the recommended feed rates are never anything more than a baseline. So to remedy the deficiency I added the Flower 2 at 1.5 times the reccomended dosage (3 grams per liter of water) and a little over twice the dosage of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom dry amendments (250ml per 7 gallon pot). I also fed a mung bean/barley seed sprout tea as well as a compost tea (2/3 of a cup of each seed). The feed rates will stay well above recommended servings for the Flower 2 but the 250ml addition of the 2-8-4 would be considered a large addition for a single serving so I will give the plants 5-7 days to see how they react to dry amendments before top amending again at any rate (you cant burn your plants with organic inputs but you can still suffer nutrient lockout so you need to be mindful and patient when feeding heavy.) On day 19 of flower I did a large pruning/defoliation/lollipopping of the plants. Both from the top of the pot to the bottom of the first layer of trellis removing everything. I also cleaned the plants out from above the first layer of trellis netting to the top of the plant. As I waited to clean up the bottom third of the plants until my typical strip day in flower (day 18-21 depending on strain and flowering times, these are 9 week strains which is why the strip falls in the day 18-21 range, if they were 8 week finishers the leaf strip would take place somewhere between days 14-16). When running multiple layers of trellis netting it's best to prune/lollipop everything below the first layer of netting about 7-10 days before the flip. Odds are your lights wont penetrate that far down the plant so these areas of the plant typically only produce what's commonly known as larf. I'm running new lights so I decided I'd wait until the big strip I always do in flower. This was grower error. I know better and wont make this mistake again. Its unnecessary stress added during flower that could've been prevented. As I decided to wait to clean out the bottoms I didnt prune the plants as aggressively as I normally would (I adopted Grand Master Levels leaf strip practices years ago, check him out on IG or YouTube if you want to see what that looks like). The week went smoothly with no major issues to report. The seasons are changing here so were getting rain, damp wet snow, and have very humid conditions outside. As a result this affects the atmosphere in my grow room but not enough to cause concern. A little less than 6 weeks until the chop!
