UPDATE - Thurs 4th March The week has been fine. I am going there today so you may get an update this evening. Iv been posting on TheWeedTube also so I have much more videos explaining what’s going on. Plants are looking great. I got paid today so I bought an online fan to plug into the thermostat and pull fresh air in through a duct from a cooler part of the flat. In summer it won’t be as useful but to be honest I’ll probably just duct tape the sucky end of the duct to a small ac or Friday type thing, iv not really looked into it yet. Even a hillbilly cooking system would be better than nothing. ( filling a bucket up with ice, water and salt and put the end of the duct into that so it sucks in the cold air). We’ll see! Update - Monday 8th March All is well, I just want the buds to start swelling now. I found some awesome supports in Aldi. They are metal rings that the plant weaves through and has spikes that go into the pot rather than a scrog net being fixed in place. Therefore I can still move them and drain the run off.

I didn't bother updating the diary last week as there was nothing going on really, just finished the 1st week of flushing and another week till harvest. Only big change going on is the hps and little viparspectra LEDs have been taken out and replaced by 2x invisible sun ISH265 quantum boards.

Well here goes nothing! Only one seed so this is do or die lol, but at least it looks quite healthy. Going to start it indoors until it sprouts, it's only 45°F for a high during the day and 29°F for a low at night so there's no way to get her outside today. I have a 10ft x 10ft pop up greenhouse that I plan to have functional by the weekend. Update*- Smoothie sprouted on 4/22 yesterday and is looking like a healthy girl. So stoked!

This was a wild ride. Gave way to many nutrients and I realised this way too late, when lock-ups already started to happen. The buds still look very potent, I just think they had way more in em size/potency wise if the nutrients would've been on point. Not growing auto flowers indoor anymore, but I'll deffo be growing this one outdoors this year! The smell is out of this world, #1 smells like tropical fruit juice, #2 more of a candy-sweetness but definitely tropical. Can't wait for ya'll to grow this one!

So she was chopped (wet trimmed) yesterday (F74) and is now hanging up to dry at 55% RH and temps between 15 and 18ºc. I made fresh frozen dry ice hash today using a 160 micron bubble bag, a flat surface, 8kg of dry ice and a couple 5 gal buckets. I already have the weights for that, which far exceeded my expectations. Those figures I will post once she is dried and in 1 quart screw top glass jars. People suppose dry ice hash is inferior quality vs bubble hash. I am not experienced enough to comment on that but must say it is extremely easy to make hash with dry ice, it took 40 mins to process 995g of trim which included sugar leaves, some stems and popcorn buds. I then pressed it into 3.5g briquettes for storage using a pollen press. As you can see from videos, this stuff is all blonde - and after already trying some today with some friends, it knocked our boots off! Will be back in 5-7 days with harvest figures, smoke analysis and other details! Happy growing all! P.s I ticked defoliation this week - the only week I intentionally cut any leaves off for the entire grow 😉

Trimming started on day 11 of drying an took roughly 5 hours to complete. The yield was 644 of dried flower and another 8 grams of dry sift from the trim bin. I pressed 6 oz into flower rosin with about 20 percent yield with a total of 35g of rosin.

Day 71. Starting to show some purple, which was unexpected! Removed a few leaves that were overlapping. Day 74: Today was a bit heart breaking. We found a spot with botrytis/stem rot starting to set in. It appears we have discovered it fairly early. After searching treatments, we ended up doing a mix of them to try and avoid losses. Obviously cutting the branch off would be the most obvious choice, but we are trying to keep her as is and do some experiments in the name of growing science. We dusted with cinnamon, which has proven to be efficient in terms of anti-fungal properties, and let it sit for a couple hours. Then, we decided to remove the spot where the rot is showing up. We sprayed with H2o2, scraped out the affected area as much as possible, sprayed again and wiped dry. We then sealed the wound with candle wax. We also spread some more cinnamon on other susceptible entry points for fungus, mostly where leaves had been cut or where the stem was more fragile. We really hope this turns out well and we win this fight against the dreaded fungi. We suspect the raise in humidity this week triggered it. She was in the 30s to 40% last week, but the weather changed and she rose about 60% these last couple days. Pray for us, grower friends. Day 75: Had to remove the side branch that was connected to the main stem at the spot where the rot appeared. 😕 Patched her up and am praying this is the last of the consequences of this situation.. Pushing as much as we can to avoid and chop her early.. Day 77: Gave her the final haircut. 😊 Mold situation appears to be under control. Looking frosty as fuck!

2 Girls 1 Cup week 10?? Looks like WG still has a few weeks left on her. GC on the other hand... is technically already dead to me, I've properly mourned her loss. Just need to keep her out of the way (and alive). Day 63- my TDS meter was accurate the whole time.. had to dial it back up.. I'm an idiot.. but these girls have been rocking out at over a thousand for weeks now and not really showing signs of burn. Few tips here and there. Crank the P/K up in this week's feed. RES change tonight. Modified GHE late bloom aggressive feed. TAP water so there's no added N from the calmag needed with RO. Breakdown as follows: 5gal TAP water - 137ppm Micro- 33mL Grow- 35.5mL Bloom- 50mL RES totals after ph corrections [email protected]. ============================================================================================= Day 64- GC seems to have blown up since yesterdays stabbing.. i took a vid, which ended up being a little too long. didnt want to wait for it to upload so i canceled. may clip the part where i went psycho on GC main and upload later. she may get stabbed a few more times before this is all over. thinking about drilling a hole or two in WG within the last few days, and the 48hr dark before chop chop. (when the time comes of course) ============================================================================================= Day 65- I don't think I ever disclosed my tent is in a closet... vid tonight shows it. Also shows how much head space I have above it for a TALLER tent.. a 4x4x80 would fit this current space REAL nice.. could make em taller as well. One thing I need to think over before the next run. I did cut GC back some tonight. Was creating a shadow on WG, and I didn't want it smacking in the fan again. That got annoying quick the other night while trying to sleep. WG still fattening up. Top offs have been with bubbled/aged TAP. Tonight I gave em a G/B 5/10mL shot since numbers are dropping from top offs and consumption. ============================================================================================= Day 66- i know i didnt add a comment for the day... but i DID upload pics. must have not saved. noticed when updating timelapse with the days footage, my diary is missing pics from 66. damnit! maybe i should quit uploading so many damn videos. ============================================================================================= Day 69- WG starting to show signs of its end. Brown spots on a few random leaves here and there. Checked tricomes tonight and were like 90% cloudy 10% clear. Hope they start to amber up within the next week. Haven't hit the A/C yet, and Temps are reaching 86! I can say that I have noticed less of an odor when opening the tent. on day 21 of flower the lady have got a new Haircut. Also some composttea on day 22 of flower. Light hits the plants with around 950 PPFD. She grows healthy and vigorous.

It seems that the girl is counting her last days, some of the trichomes are already showing an amber color, the buds look simply fantastic, it's a pity that I can't transfer that image with my phone - share that image with you, you need to see it live :) good luck to everyone:)

Casey's Rollex OG sprouted on the second seed. The husk was caught on the leaf, and was wet. Which caused the burn from the light on the tip. Regardless she is started and doing okay. She is still very young. Nothing more to report yet.
