Another wonderful problem free week for my Black Jack Auto! Some lower leaves have faded and dried out. And now some of the top leaves are starting to fade a bit. No crazy colors yet, but I'm keeping the tent a bit cooler and crossing my fingers. No nutrients this week. Runoff ppm is around 1100 so I think she should be fine until finishing. She got crazy frosty this week. Her lemon smell has gotten much more complex. At the forefront now it smells like Fruity Pebbles (artificially fruit flavored puffed rice cereal) Lemon-lime and brand new leather shoes 🤷‍♂️ I am addicted to sniffing this plant. The nugs are swelling well now and I anticipate harvesting in week 11 or 12. Thanks for following along.

Its been an amazing week, now i can understand why Carl Linneus was amazed about this miracle of blooming 🌸 Flowers are starting to grow everywhere, smell isn’t a big deal yet but my girls are just super beautiful 🤩 Colouring is homogeneous ☘️, only a single-couple of leaves showing a bit of nutrient deficiency/excess Critical is becoming literally twice the size of the cookies growing laterally but cookie’s branches are fatter, stronger and harder 💪🏼 Its been a long way but im proud of myself, very pleasant experience, its my first indoor grow and its almost scary how much i have learned ✍️🏼 LST shows an amazing structure and definitely not training your plant its the biggest mistake you can make 🏋️‍♂️ Unintentionally i applied a light cropping and the branches made the bulbs expected, don’t really know if it will show any gains

I find a way to feed her automaticly when I 'll be out, Every day I start the pump for 30 sec (about) to give her 2 liters of nutes with my AFS (Automatic Feeding System) D59/F15 - 29/05/23 - Automatic feeding D60/F16 - 30/05/23 - Automatic feeding D61/F17 - 31/05/23 - Automatic feeding D62/F18 - 01/06/23 - Automatic feeding D63/F19 - 02/06/23 - I'm back, Nora looks ok, automatic feeding works. Estamos en la tercera semana de crecimiento vegetativo. Nuestras plantas ya tienen unos 15 centímetros aproximadamente, y han superado la fase crítica. Recordamos que hasta ahora solo estamos regando con agua, aún no hemos incorporado los fertilizantes. Seguimos manteniendo la humedad relativa bastante alta, y la temperatura entre 22 y 24ºC. Pero aumentamos la potencia al 50% de ambas luminarias.

Me encantó la cepa y su facilidad de cultivo ! Aun que tuve muchos problemas ambientales y climáticos . Me atrasé unas 3 a 5 semanas con estas nenas , pero nos recuperamos bien ! Usamos malla scrog chilena #kanovicultivo , lo mejor que he usado en malla scrog , no se le comparan , su espacio preciso! . Las 4 comenzaron en pequeños vasos , luego de 1 a 2 semanas , trasplanté a macetero de 5.8lts , finalizaron 3 en maceteros textil 19lts y 1 en macetero de 20lts AirPot ! Comencé a brindarle 20hrs de luz / 4 hrs oscuridad , a la 3era semana 19hrs de luz y a la 5ta semana bajé hasta el 18 / 6 . Usé un panel QB de 480w regulables , chips marca Samsung de 3500k , chips epistar UV 660nm iR , el mix completo gracias a mi bro MKleds chile ! Se pasó ! De todas maneras recomiendo una potencia mínima de 600w ( QB LED ) para espacio de 120x .. Usé un bio estimulante chileno , que a mi parecer fue uno de los mejores que he visto y usado ! El grande #trichomemania , te cuento que este producto activa un mecanismo de defensa en la planta (SAR) , haciendo que reaccione y se trate de defender con mayor producción de resina , terpenos y tricomas ! Es increíble ! A los 24hrs tienes resultados , un saludo grande a los hermanos ! El mejor producto 10000000%.... Grande eva seed , buenisima esta cepa , me dí cuenta que si se deja madurar un poco más , su sabor es más frutal candy , exquisita cepa !.... Estamos probando con un papel de blunt organico 100% libre de tabaco marca *jamaican buzz*...al fumarla su efecto es notorio , enseguida viene el efecto psicoactivo y cerebral , se viene a la vista un tanto distorsionado el entorno ...la vision un poco más brillante , y a la vez relajado .. Hoy 18 de agosto estamos probando con un papel de celulosa organico marca lion rolling circus ( foto al final del album ) , quema bastante bien , al parecer ya está casi en su totalidad secado , combustión lenta , buen sabor afrutado citrico con toques candy diesel ...uuff efecto despues de 3 quemadas ya por los cielos , totalmente cerebral y estimulante , un gusto charlar con amigos ! Al manipular su fruto , la planta expele un olor afrutado con limon maduro y skunk , con finales de candy terra , una delicia , muy buena cepa , ahora mientras escribo me siento un tanto "mareado" con esa mitad de blunt ! Buenisinaaa!... ____ La verdad cuando comencé a cortar cada planta era como llenar "infinitamente" el armario donde dejaría secandola , se llenó casi la mitad y un poco más sólo con 1 planta cortada ! Increíble producción , yo estimo unos 90g por planta aprox , ya he consumido un buen peso además ...veremos en estos días que esté por completo su secado ! Esta riquísima , sus efectos fuertísimos ...100% ... ___ Una cosecha buenísima, muy parecido como obtengo resultados en comparación con el sodio , todo bien me gustó la experiencia !.... Además tuve la oportunidad de hacer extracción en seco de su materia vegetal . Obtuvimos entre un 18 a 20% de retorno ! Para mi primera vez , geniaaaal ! Su utilizó prensa de 12 toneladas , de apretó a 80°C por 4 minutos . . . Usen lemon king ! Una delicia .

Week 7 veg! In today's video we top all the plants except 2, and put up some LST on some of them. The last time I fed them was when they received their transplant. Nutrient Management: The week kicks off with a refreshing flush, bidding farewell to the old nutrients and welcoming a new chapter. From the second day onward, a mindful approach unfolds, with 80% of the recommended nutrients by Terra Aquatica. I am not sure what the deal is with the Chibans. They look mutant to me maybe due to pollination. There is so much crystal forming up on them and they still look beautiful. Plant 1 is huge with big colas that are fragrant and very very sticky to the touch. Plant 2 looks the most normal as far as bud structure to me. She has not got the same flattened of tops but instead are more cone like . Also very very crystal heavy Clones 1 and 2 look like monsters to me. Their buds are bulbous and fat with a very flat round top and quite a bit larger then golf balls! I have never seen bud look like this but then I have never had pollination issues and watched the plants quite as much as I am at the moment. We will keep going with them and see what we get. Early skunk 2 and 4 still stretching a little this week. One top bud on early skunk 3 and 4 (really close to each other) show premature ripening, perhaps due to uv led being too close (pic. #4 and #5). Their smell are getting stronger every week but not as pungent as it could be. There is yet some path to go till the end, at least 2 more weeks.

Thank you to all that have helped me along this journey. All of the answers, tips, comments, likes, and other diaries have been so very motivating to me. I originally started this diary only for my own reference but I'm so pleased to have learned that others have found it helpful or interesting, for whatever reason. So, without further ado: Jan 19 Day 105 Harvest day! 🎉🎉 Not really knowing how to tackle the situation, I started by cutting all of the fan leaves I was able to reach. Then, I cut each branch working from the perimeter inward - which due to the way she grew, was essentially the same as working from the bottom branches of the meristem to the top. Each branch was cut, cleaned, and handled individually before moving on to the next. Decided to wet-trim most of the branches, leaving 4 fairly untouched (only fan leaves were removed). Will be interested to see the differences, if any. They're all drying/hanging near the grow tent ~45%RH, 72F (22C). It isn't completely dark though, as some light is escaping the tent into the closet where they are hanging. I'm hoping this isn't terrible but I'll be keeping my eye on them. The process took the better part of an evening but I was cautiously learning, taking breaks, and generally being fairly slow. I'm sure I'll be faster and more confident next time. Jan 27 Day 113 Drying is complete, I think. Branches were hung and dried for 8 days in a consistent 68F (20C) 40% RH. They were determined to be dried after hearing a snap when bending (not breaking) large stems and buds felt dry to touch. Sugar leaves bordering on crispy while buds still had some give / fluffiness. The flowers from previously manicured branches were relatively easily plucked. However, the dry trimming process for the unmanicured branches proved to be a bit of a pain. They have been placed in a pyrex container to cure. I'm hoping flavors and aromas that are currently lacking will develop in time. 🤞 --- Stats --- Veg time: ~45 days. Flowering time: ~60 days. Height ~18in., ~46cm. Main Bud Length: ~9in., 23cm. Harvested 16 Hangable branches and a few extra medium/small buds. Bud Wet Weight, with stems: 242g, ~8.5oz. Larf/Popcorn Sugar-leaf Wet Weight (not counted above): 18g, ~0.6oz. Leaf/Waste Wet Weight: 38g, ~1.3oz. Drying time: 8 days. Dried Weight with Stems: 70g, ~2oz. Trimmed and Dried Total Bud Weight: 50g, ~1.75oz. --- Thoughts in hindsight --- Firstly, I can't believe I haven't tried growing sooner. So rewarding in so many ways! My initial hope was to harvest an oz., so I am obviously quite happy we could surpass that mark by a good margin. This is a testament to the plant more than me of course, as I was completely inexperienced and was purposefully as hands-off as I could be comfortable with throughout her growth. I can only imagine things will improve with time. Paper-towel germination seems to be prone to more stress for myself and arguably the seedling as well. Floating in 1% H2O2 solution seems to be ideal for me. I made bad soil choices. This mixture seemed to be too dense, leading to some watering/strangulation issues mid-growth. My 2nd grow consisting of mostly coco coir seems healthier and seems easier to maintain proper hydration. Coco might also be reusable while this soil definitely seems spent now. I didn't respect pH at first and initial testing was eye-opening. That said, after simply testing water and fertilizer readings a few times, I gradually felt more comfortable with guestimating during most feedings, only testing sporadically later in her life cycle. This seemed to be fine and was a bit of a relief after early testing proved tedious every feed. I've been happy with Better-Gro orchid fertilizer. This is of course contrary to most advice, which I admit is probably for good reason. That said though, I didn't notice any major toxicities or deficiencies during her grow. So, these products seem to have worked for me and are so much more affordable than cannabis-specific fertilizers. I was quite weary about not having cal-mag, but this never seemed to be an issue in this particular case. However, I'll be keeping a similar eye on my 2nd grow in coco, which I understand may need it. Training and pruning is important. This plant was quite bushy and wild likely resulting in quite a bit of unnecessary larf/popcorn. Not to mention the additional time needed to trim when harvesting. Also regarding training, pipe cleaners can leave noticeable cuts in the stem they hold. Thickly coated flexible garden wire would likely be ideal. I need to get a loupe or magnifying attachment for the phone. Digital zoom with shaky hands is not great for checking trichomes and my 3x magnifying glass just doesn't cut it. I cannot speak toward potency or yield without more experience, but simply for the sake of a greener hue, I think I could've harvested her a week earlier. Because I left a few branches untended during dry, I was able to experience both the wet and dry trimming processes. Unless keeping leaves for extra humidity during drying, I seem to prefer wet trimming as the still supple leaves were easier to remove with less bud handling. This is just very very impressive. Just a month after germination and this thing is growing like there is no tomorrow. I am doing nothing to the plant. No training, no pest control. Just ph water and occasionally some selfmade wormtea. So excited where this one will go. Will keep you updated
