We’re deep into Week 8, and Blue Banana Cream is stacking up beautifully. Trichomes are looking frosty, covering the buds in a thick, sticky layer—definitely a strain that’s going to shine post-cure. The aroma has intensified compared to earlier weeks, now pushing out a stronger creamy, fruity scent with a slight gas undertone. Every time I open the tent, it hits harder. The buds are swelling up nicely, transitioning from airy to more mid-compact density. Pistils are still mostly white, meaning it’s got a bit more time before it fully ripens. One thing I’ve noticed—the branches are starting to lean from the weight, so some light support might be needed to prevent them from bending too much in the final stretch. I’m keeping temps at 18-20°C and humidity around 55-60% to ensure a proper finish. With harvest around the corner, it’s just about watching those trichomes shift from clear to cloudy/amber and letting this one reach its peak.

Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Had the light way to far away and i also dimed it. It made her stretch a lot. Most of the stretch is under the clay balls things. So what to remember is that i need to hang the lights closer next time. Roots also started to peek out underneath the net.

Do-Si-dos auto is doing good. She got some defoliation and lst today. She is due for a solution change very soon. I will be switching her to the blooming nutrition at that time. Week nine all of the girls are doing very well continuing to have a very fast growth no problems so far I had leap leafhoppers that were giving me some trouble early on, but they seem to be all gone now so that is great. The girls should have about 4 to 5 more weeks of veg so expecting another foot or two of growth before they hit that bud They’re all larger than the plants I grew in 2023 and the smallest plant was 4 pounds so still expectations are high excited to finish out this season

Day 109 Its time to harvest the Juicy Zkittlez from seedsman 😇😇. I loved doing this project and it was my first try with my training on an autoflower, it was really motivating. A compact and frosty circle of heads, I couldn't have asked for better. So heavy that I had difficulty holding it with one hand for photos. Training : She received my hand manipulation training from the 8th day. I cut the head on day 19 to have my base on a manifold and work more quickly on my 4 main branches. Then I continued my training as much as possible to develop the structure before installing the scrog. I made a summary of photos on week 5 of flowering to see the evolution. Harvest I harvested almost 11 ounce , 10 ounce and 23 g. My training was based on quality and I'm really not disappointed with the minimum amount of nutrients she received. And it wasn't perfect for the first try with my new equipment.

Awesome growth! Topped above the second node, then Mainlined to have 6 main nodes total through lollipopping. She was trained using LST, until week2 flower.

Final painting and floor trim completed. Walls are white and bright. I started to construct the main flood table. It is made of 2x3's and a sheet of chipboard. I fastened some rails at the perimeters and used caulking to seal all gaps. I will coat the face of the chipboard with a polyurea flat roof coating to make it completely watertight. I have 1/4 : 12 slope on it right now so that it drains to the reservoir end. I stained the sides of the table grey to match the floor trim because ambiance matters Shelves are up to hold my nutes/test pens/genetics/nug/papers/etc... I brought in one of the 3 HLG 550 clone qb's to test for light as I have never seen them in action. WOW!! Welcome growfessors to week 4F in the 4x8. LSD, Green Crack and Divine storm are showing the most discoloration, however the bud sites continue to bulk up and frost is showing. Both Mandarin dreams strains, 4 of pheno 1 and 2 of pheno 2 all look good, with a bit of discoloration starting to show. A bit of defoliation and removal of any dead leaves.
