I think they are closer to done than I previously thought. All clear on trichomes though. Two more weeks?

Well, this was a interesting first journey.... the buds finished drying today, 5 days drying, added pics and vids. Just curing to go.... ah nice buds :) Edit: i forgot to mention i went over the buds when i harvested them, and checked / removed any impurities, like gnats caught in the sticky bud.... picked em clean with tweezers... 👍 Edit: needed to air/dry out the buds abit more, and get some Boveda Humidipak for curing.... it's looking good... i'll update with some pics of trimmed, cured buds 😎 The buds turned out beautiful, pungent, pine, berry, citrusy, daytime, medical..... this has theoretical 1:1 - 21% THC, 19% CBD, so it's not going to give u a knockout high.... its medical grade 1:1 ....... side effects - happy, relaxed. haha :) I weighed it dry and came up with about 123.32g (4.35oz) ... i used abit of guesswork in the weight, not to concerned with weight, as to quality.... (that weight is with the test buds added in, +-15g.) .... you can guess the weight from the pics and vids, haha I really enjoyed growing this.... i found the website by looking up the seeds, decided to start a grow diary, it's my first grow, i made alot of mistakes and growdiaries really helped alot, joined a chat group with some other really good growers. Edit - Day 111 - added vid/pic, Been curing for a week, burp and roll em abit twice a day....... smell and taste nicer each day, 👍 Edit - Day 112 - added good vid of trimmed up test bud, beautiful ...... Hey! At last the day of the harvest arrived. Before that, I stopped watering the plant 4 days ago, and turned off the lights 2 days ago. As for questionable techniques, I adhere to the principle - if it doesn’t get worse, why not try?😄 So, I put the harvested crop in a dark ventilated box, for about 10 days, I will observe. p.s. Well had to harvest early. bud rot was making its way through the plant had already pulled 2 heads off covered didn't want any more being affected. So it's now chopped and drying will give more of an update after she's dryed n cured... Its been a good grow right up untill the end ventilation was lacking and temps hot. I've enjoyed it tho this plants tested some of my skills on diffieciencys and training really like the strain just abit more attention to environment nearing the buds getting very dense.

As of day 25 things are going well. As I point out in the video, I had a mishap while tieing down the left stem of the mainline. It snapped most of the way through. I left it alone for a few days and then carefully trained her back down. She seems fine, maybe a little bit stunted but not bad. The wounded area is thickening up nicely. She has a very faint smell, but is is the piney aroma of northern lights. Update: Mid-week I discovered that I was underwatering, causing slow growth, and possibly nutrient deficiencies. This may be the cause of the brown tips and edges on the largest leaves. Hopefully I have it fixed from here on out. At least I know to be aware of it. I'm new to fabric pots and they dry out way faster than plastic or even ceramic.

4/23/19 Start of a new week, Day 50. Watered with plain water. 4/24/19 Fed today in cycle with all the plants. 4/25/19 Today is dry day, shes looking beautiful starting to thicken up a bit. 4/26/19 Watered today. 4/27/19 feeding day. 4/29/19 End of the week.

What an absolute stonker. I cant believe how big she has got in just 2 weeks. So many colas and buds. The smell is so good and gettinng some nice colour. Still a long way to go, she is going to be a good one.

Blackberry Moonrocks is building some nuggets! They are looking extremely frosty! Starting to show some purple hues which is very pretty. Here's what I did this week. I used Ecothrive dry amendments to replnish the soil. I did the top dressing on 12.9.25. It consisted of the following amendments; 💚 1/2 TBSP Bloom 💚 1/2 TBSP Life Cycle 💚 1/2 TBSP Diatomaceous Earth I watered the top dress in with 3.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5 with; 💜 2ml Trace 💜 2ml Flourish PH: 6. 5 PPM: 335 16.9.25: I watered with 2L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with; 💜 2ml Trace 💜 2ml Flourish PH: 6.4 PPM: 558 I'm keeping her hydrated. The lighting could certainly be better, but it is what it is. The plants just were totally different sizes, so this next run, plants are planted around the same time due to this issue. The newest run I am implementing is a SOG again, as that worked best. The fungus gnats have really incresed since I did a watering of the whole tent. I have some more sticky traps set out, and I will not water for several days. Once it has dried the top soil, I will add some more Diatomaceous Earth to the top 5cm. Hi everyone this last few weeks have been crazy as you all can see this Gelato turned out to be a Photoperiodic plant. Week 17 in to flower for 2 weeks now. All was going well but I did not have much time to look after it. And got some light burn in the early stages did some training techniques and She looks is recovering now. Some nice pictures how big one of those can get when I wasn't expecting this plant to be a Photoperiodic. But let's see she turned out a female so that's great will be a nice surprise probably. // Day 91 She is getting there. The buds ware not fattening up as much as I wanted to but her trichomes are almost all cloudy and a very low minority is amber. So I guess I give her 2-3 more days and cut her down on friday or saturday. This time I try out the bro science: Befor cutting, I'll let her stay in the dark for 48h. So maybe I turn off the lights tomorrow until friday and chop her down. The bro science hypothesis is that the not ending darkness will give her a last stress which boosts trichome production. || Edit: I‘m not here for bro science, so I am not doing that shit // Day 94 I chopped her down today. Since I need to do a bud wash (spider mites, outdoor grow), I can't hang the plant whole. So I cut the stems into as big pieces as possible and washed them with deluted hydrogenperoxide. I hanged them into the tent and try to dry them as long as possible.

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!
