BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I've owned this wonderful red lady for about six years. She was my first plant imported from the States, and to this day, she's one of the best genetics I have here. Very robust, can withstand anything, likes to be trained, and the smell is very strong even before flowering.

Harvest Report – Cutting The cutting has now reached harvest time, and the final impressions are very positive. Compared to Phenotype #1, the aroma of the cutting is noticeably sweeter—a more pronounced fruity profile with less of the earthiness or pine noted in other phenotypes. The buds are dense and sticky, reflecting the successful flowering process despite lighter nutrient feeding. Key Observations: Aroma: Sweet and fruity, an improvement or variation on #1. Bud Quality: Dense structure and well-formed trichomes indicate good resin production. Nutrient Management: The lighter feeding schedule led to some yellowing leaves early, but the plant still delivered a satisfying yield. Performance: Overall, the cutting performed as expected, showing consistent traits and no issues with hermaphroditism despite being feminized. This confirms that previous issues were likely due to the genetics of other plants rather than environmental factors.

FBA2510-week 1 of Veg This week has been wild. Once the roots made a foundation the upper growth has been explosive the last few days. Really cool to watch and see the daily growth. I introduce calmag and grow nutrients this week starting at a 1/4 strength. All in all they've responded well showing no burn what so ever. Happy Growing

Harvest day First off, I have to apologize to everyone who was following the weekly updates life got crazy, and this girl got way too big to keep moving in and out of the tent for photos. She dried under great conditions around 18–21°C with 55–60% RH, total darkness, and steady airflow for that nice slow dry. Buds… frosty, dense, and absolutely covered. The smell was sweet, citrusy, and loud! 😍 The smoke matched it perfectly smooth, flavorful. Definitely one I want to run again, and next time I’ll give her the attention she deserves from start to finish.

Dec 12 @1am: Her light schedule was been bumped down to 14 hrs. I have a photoperiod in the tent that needs a few days for harvest. Amnesia is now under the 1000W Phlizon/245W power draw lighting. Dec 12 @2:30am: New pot has been amended and Amnesia will be alone in this 5 gallon pot within a few days. Dec 14 @2am: Haze was transplanted to the newly amended pot. Amnesia is by herself now. :) Dec 14 @11:30pm: Lighting went from 14 hrs to 24 with both veg and bloom lights on. (Photoperiod in tent harvested)

QUESTION: I've been using a 200W LED which is supposed to replace a 400W HPS. She draws actual 200W. Should I now put the wattage used to 200W or 400W ? ? ? ? ? ------------------------ What started as as a 'just for fun' - project turned out to be my longest going grow ever. I cut her down yesterday when it was still 2017. Today it's 2018! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! For the ones wondering why it took 27 weeks: I started under a very small 50W bulb as it was only a just fun project so she vegged for ages. She would have been way faster if I grew her under normal conditions ;) The wet weight is 384 with the branches still on like in the hanging pictures. I only cut the bigger fan leaves off. Haven't smoked it yet so I just put it to 50/50 sat/ind -> smoke report to be updated... :) _________ After trimming, cutting and drying I got 54 grams on the scale. Well, I'm a bit dissapointed considering the outcome in grams but I think the quality is quite ok this time. Smoke report to follow soon... ;)
