The mumble from the few envious/jealous spreading misinformation is sad, but we can always see past their hurt egos, jealousy and envy to find the obvious they miss.
Having a plant or flower that is pretty enhances the gardening experience, and is a leading factor in what people choose to grow as a gardener. Beauty is wanted! These people like things pleasing to their eye to have in their gardens and homes. This applies to cannabis too.
Anthocyanin production (stripes/colors) is not just a superficial trait only for looks alone. (Surprise! haha!)
It comes with real health benefits like antioxidant properties and more. Some of which we are still learning and discovering. It IS a sign of higher quality if you are interested in the health benefits and the visual display which enhances the experience for the gardener. These are 2 solid reasons why the anthocyanin production is a valuable trait in this preserved landrace IBL.
