PonicsPilot 32 by E‑Mode is an automated controller for preparing and maintaining nutrient solution in hydroponic systems. It continuously measures EC, pH and solution temperature, dosing up to three fertilizer components and pH up/down to keep setpoints stable. The unit automates reservoir top‑up via level sensors, runs irrigation by timer, and can switch external heaters or chillers to manage solution temperature. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi with cloud logging and remote control, plus RS‑485 (Modbus) for industrial integration. Safety features cover leak detection, reagent‑empty alerts and up to 26 fault conditions.
