BADINFLUENCER This week I realize the speed and good quality of the strain. 🤩 I'm moving from rock wool cubes to slabs of the same material. I'm starting flowering mode on a schedule but pre-flowering with liquids until the first flower comes out. Automatic watering 3” when the lights turn on and 3” half an hour before they turn off.

BADINFLUENCER Very happy with the results, there was an error in the watering in Table B and it was being watered for half a day, excess due to watering. Error fixed in the irrigation system. I’ll let it rest for 2-3 days. Table A is going well.

BADINFLUENCER There are no flowers yet, I'm going to do 3 different prunings to see results. Table A defoliation leaving tips, Table B half lollipop pruning and half leaf pruning. I keep pre-flowering liquids. One of them is outside the slab because it's the smallest and there's no space, I've put it in a bigger wool bucket than the others, leaving it with FIM pruning to see how it evolves.

BADINFLUENCER I switched to flowering nutrients because I can already see their flowers, very happy with the results, the pruning was just in time. I've had a problem with table A, one of the lights has burned out, I'm replacing it with a 4200k one of the same voltage until the brand replaces it for being defective.

Should I increase the watering minutes in this phase? As you can see, there are the trays and for the past 2 weeks, with 3” at the beginning and another 3” of watering, no water is draining from them, but I also don't see that any of them are lacking water. The little water that drains gets stagnant since it doesn't go down.

i do five minutes on five minutes off from the start . a bit longer might help, also the dry periods are surprisingly useful ! hope this helps ! 🚀

BADINFLUENCER One more week and I'm amazed at how quickly it has turned back into a jungle...🤣 I had to bend the tallest one on table A because it was touching the light, it's recovering well, but I don't understand why they're still growing in height to this day, because it's too much and I'm running out of space. I've increased the watering from three phases and from 3' to 5' to see if the same growth speed happens during flowering.

Many schools of thought on this topic. If you aren't real familiar with the strain you are working with and how it reacts to defoliation I'd start slow with leaf removal and try to tuck what you can. If it seems to respond well you can defoliate a little more aggressive later on. Usually when I defoliate I will do an aggressive trim a couple days before flipping to flower and a light one mid flower. Of course every strain is different. Since it's growing strong I wouldn't be too worried trying it out.

@CRiSPrGrow, Thanks for your reply Bulbi, I understand that instead of just watering 2 times a day, I should do intervals of 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off? I’m not sure if I understood you correctly...😅 my system is not drip and I've been told that if I water too much, mold might come, but I’m not really sure 😁

@BADINFLUENCER, well, yes, that's what i do 5 minutes on 5 minutes off for Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) , i never heard about only doing it twice a day, usually you want constant flow that's why the off periods can surprise people (like me!) sometimes
