Maryjane23 Hey guys! As I already mentioned, here’s the new round with 4 plants, two Runtz Muffin and 2 Pineapple Cunk (I'll open another diary to follow them more specifically). We're planning to use Main-lining techniques with SCROG, all in a 100x100x200 box, using Jiffy for germination and then heavy mix soil from Top Crop.
I will mainly use Top Crop fertilizers.
For germination, I soaked the seeds for about an hour in room temperature water, after which the seed was transferred to a Jiffy placed inside plastic cups with holes in the bottom and covered with cellophane. The Jiffy was rehydrated with water at pH 5.7; the next day it needed water again, so I watered it with water at pH 6.0.
Everything is positioned inside a greenhouse with a 35w heating bar connected to a thermostat that maintains a temperature of 26°C.
After just 20 hours, one of the two was already showing, and after 48 hours, both popped up and are losing their seed!
After 4 days, they freed themselves from the seed (one needed help to lose the little skin that kept the cotyledons closed), I removed the lid of the greenhouse so they can get good light! I installed a humidifier connected to a thermostat that keeps the humidity at 66-67% and the temperature regulated by a thermostat connected to a heater that maintains around 23°C during the day and 18-19°C at night.
I transferred them to a 4.8L pot; the root was already coming out of the Jiffy, and they were asking for too much water! Usually, I do this first transfer after a week, but these wonders demanded it after only 2 days...
Placed in heavy mix Top Crop soil and watered with water at pH 6.0-6.1. Light is 41cm away!

Maryjane23 Ciao guys, we’ve started our first week of vegetative growth and they’re doing well, a few leaves are a bit crooked but overall they look great! I gave them some rooting hormone to help with the transplant, and I also started with the enzymes. This time we want to try giving the CO2 tabs through the roots; we put 1/4 of a tablet in 1.5L of water and hope to notice their effectiveness soon.
The plants have a shiny green color with narrower leaves compared to their buddies, the Pineapple Chunk.
Day 8 watered 0.5L per plant, fertilizer dosage for 1.5L was 1ml of rooting hormone and 1.5ml of enzymes, pH 6, EC 288 (the meter is a bit inaccurate).
Day 12 watered 1.5L for all with water and CO2 tabs, 1/4 of a tablet.

Maryjane23 Hey guys, all good after 18 days we started the first step of the main-lining technique! 💪🏽
It's my first experience with this technique, I hope to handle it well!
So I did the topping and defoliation, as soon as possible I'll tie them down.
They need water once every 6 days, being in a heavy mix I'm only giving water, a bit of enzymes, and CO2, so I have a low EC! (I won't write numbers because I have a very basic reader while waiting for a better one).
Everything is going as we expected in terms of timing, so we are very satisfied! The only downside is that one has a bit too long of an internode, but we'll fix it when they go into the final pot!

Maryjane23 Hey guys, the roots are starting to come out, so after letting it recover from the topping and defoliation, we did the transplant into the final pot of 18 liters!!
A few small difficulties, but everything should have gone well. Now we’ll let them recover from this trauma too, and then we’ll tie the topping shoots perpendicularly as per the main lining technique.
The leaves show some thermal trauma; we put a 2000w heater connected to a thermostat, but since we don't have much space, it blows too directly towards the pots. I think that's the reason for the slight curling of the leaves! No big deal!!!
Three days after the transplant, on day 24, the plants looked really nice and had recovered from the trauma, so we started tying them perpendicularly, first tying the leaves and then the shoot to the leaves, so it’s easier!!!
Day 26, removed the sun leaves.
Day 27, second topping done.
Let’s let them recover for a few days!

Maryjane23 Hey guys, we're starting the fourth week of vegetative growth. The plants have already been topped three times, and there have been some small mistakes with the ties and a few wounds that will extend the vegetative stage a bit.
Day 27: second topping done, now let's let the plant recover before tying them down. They've also shown some small signs of deficiency. Day 28: gave a bit of nitrogen (EC around 600, the meter isn't working well).
I will do another topping; I want to end up with 8 nice colas!
Day 32: tied down the new shoots parallel!
Day 34: cut the sun leaves.
Let's wrap up the week beautifully, I’d say!!! They're finally doing great!

Very well, now I have a wonderful plant with 16 colas and one with 7 and a half because unfortunately I'm an idiot and out of distraction, I cut part of a branch! I have to say that what's left attached is pushing to recover!!!
The plants are doing great!!!
Day 55 on the one with 8 colas, I've done defoliation and for now I'm removing everything!!! 💪🏽💪🏽

After the last defoliation, they suffered a bit; maybe I overdid it a little! But patience has paid off; finally, after 5 days, they’re back on track!

It looks to be micro nutrients deficiency ( cal mg ) at first glance. This could be causes by a few different things.
Not enough micro nutrients for which you would add these nutrients.
Ph problems for which you should test run off and or soil. If ph is off correct ph by changing ph of water and monitoring.
Sometimes too much of one nutrient will lock out other nutes. So check for signs of over feeding with any nute. ( nit toxicity ect ). If so flush with ph water then add nutes back ( with cal mg as you probably washed put alot of micro nutes ) at a weaker solution.
Another thing to check could be lights light burn or od. Too much light can look similar to cal mg deficiency but it's from too much light in some areas ( will be only at top plant and focused on tips.

Maryjane23 Hey guys!!! Finally, we're in flowering! We changed the light hours at the beginning of the week to a 12/12 cycle, and the next day, we could already see some white hairs!
The 16 coli has recovered from the deficiency and is finally doing better just in time!
The other one is growing without any issues!!!

This strain is amazing!!!!
The buds are growing and swelling, they're loaded with trichomes, already beautiful sweet candies!
The smell they give off is sweetish!
They have nice tall buds, but even the lower ones are making some nice buds!!!
The 16 coli in particular is giving a lot of satisfaction and is starting to turn purple!
As for fertilization, I've completely abandoned bloom and I'm only giving molasses now! Just one more week and then I'll start the flush!

This week has been crazy, they’ve swelled up a lot and have matured a lot too!
I’ve started to flush both of them with the canna flush!
One in particular has big trichomes and they’re almost completely white, I’ve already put it in the shower for a bath! (last day of week 6)
I think once it’s nice and dry I’ll be able to harvest it!
As for the other one, I’m still waiting another week as it keeps swelling up!!😋😋😋
I usually don’t flush this early, but I want to try to make sure I properly remove all the nutrients!!!

Maryjane23 Hey guys, so I defoliated all the sunbathers and then I did a flush with a number of liters of water (in the shower). We're almost at the end of the journey. The trichomes are well-formed, half white and half clear, I'd say just another week and it's harvest time! I wanted to try one last soak with water and honey; they say it helps with the flavor, so I'll give it a shot! Yesterday, I harvested one of the two plants because some trichomes already had an amber head; I prefer to harvest with a more active effect!

Maryjane23 Hey guys, it’s the last day of the 7th week of flowering and the 16 coli was also ripe! The trichomes were ambering!
Now it’s drying, it weighed 400g when wet, so it’ll be around 100g.
The other one has dried in the meantime, and now I’m doing the curing; as soon as it’s at its best, I’ll update you on the effects and taste!!!!
I can say it was an amazing plant, and I want to thank BARNEY’S FARM for giving me the chance to test this new strain!!!! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE, even beginners!

Inizio con il ringraziare BARNEYS FARM per avermi dato la possibilità di testare questo nuovo strain!
Adesso vi parlerò delle specifiche della pianta:
Una splendida varietà ho fatto due piante e hanno reagito in modo opposto una da subito ha mostrato allungamenti importanti mentre l’altra da brava indica rimaneva più compatta.
Ho scelto di usare tecnica main lining orrendo 8 coli dalla pianta che è rimasta più piccola e 16 da quella che tendeva ad allungarsi!
Ha reagito bene a tutte le mie torture e anche quando ho sbagliato in tempi brevi si riprendeva! Consiglio questo strain anche ai principianti una varietà resistente!
Per quando riguarda le cime sono venute belle grosse piene e cariche di tricomi vi lascerà soddisfatti anche a livello di raccolto!
Per quanto riguarda lo sballo e forte è molto corporeo adatta alla sera o a quelle giornate di ozio totale!

The buds look nice and full, they're rock hard!
I'm 23 days from harvest, I've been curing for about two weeks now, it's drying well and I've started tasting it! The smell and flavor are still developing, but it's very sweet! The high is very strong, mainly physical, it sticks you to the couch and makes it hard to talk, recommended for the evening if you want to have a nice sleep! However, if you manage not to fall asleep, it becomes very creative and chatty!
