This is not northern lights auto, it is a new strain from them called skunk x northern lights fast version. I am germinating the way they insist which is cup then paper towel then soil.
Day 1 put 2 into cup with spring water at 5pm they advise to leave it for 14-18 hours so sometime between 7am - 11am I will start the paper towel method.
Day 2 transfered seeds to paper towel on ceramic plate as stated in the seed germination guidelines at 9am making it 16hrs in the cup of water.
Day 3 (24 hours after starting paper towel method) tap roots are coming out nicely, the instructions say to wait until it is 1/2" - 3/4" before the next step, I think this will be tomorrow.
Day 4 they are ready for soil, used a generic potting soil with no additional nutrients, and added perlite for drainage. Decided to solo cup then transplant when they have grown a bit.
Day 10 (after germination) #2 emerged 3 days before #1, I had them inside under a blue spectrum and for 18 on 6 off because it was quite cold outside. #2 stretched hard and fast, #1 started to stretch so I pulled the light closer and stretching stopped. Today I transplanted and buried the stretched stem around. I didn't report last week as I was having big problems with my other plants and had to really focus on them.
Day 13- it's been mostly cold they only had a half day outside after transplant, and have been inside under blue light otherwise. Today they were ready for watering and looking happy, I added 1ml of bud juice to about 250ml of 6.2ph water.
Day 15 they took a liking to the feeding 2 days ago and have grown quite a bit.
Day 16 looking like they're filling out more.
Day 18 it warmed up significantly so they got to spend the day outside.
Day 19 another warm day gave them some 6.2ph water
Day 20 snowed, back under the blue spectrum lights today.
Day 22 warmed up quite a bit so outside they go for the day, gave them some water and nutrients today.
Day 25, they've jumped up about an inch over the last couple days, been inside under the blue light again as its cold again.
Day 26 put them outside and watered them was a bit breezy but I read that small damage makes them stronger.
Day 28 keeping them under the blue light for the last 2 days to recuperate from the breeze, the main stem looks sturdier now.
