So she popped out with a little helmet head ... Waited a day, but no change. I carefully peels off the shell, bit underneath the head still likes like a ball. This morning I saw a thin layer of skin still covering the seedling head. So i also peeled off this fine layer, and instantly the tiny cotyledons opened up. Very cute ☺️ she's looking healthy now, and she's not stretching Like crazy, like my previous seedling (pure power plant auto). I put her much closer to the lamp this time around. I'm gonna have to keep an close eye on this one, since i read she can get up to 100-120 tall. But i have only 70cm tall growbox. My last seedling i started lst bit late, then on top of it i snapped the main stem. So it took her a while to recover and i didn't do any lst for a while. Afterwards i had to lst a lot to keep her small enough. Which i think might have stunt her flower development a bit. Anyways, hope to have learned from my mistakes. Let's see how this one will do :) Happy growing everyone! 🌱

Day 13 she suddenly decided to bend to the side. Don't k ow why. I added some soil atom the top to stabilize her and hemp her stand up straight. Also added a small stick and with a wire give her some support. Feeding her about 400 ml water (pot size is 1.5l) and biobizz root juice and heaven .5 ml.

Top heavy due to big fat and heavy leaves. Filling your pot to the brim will provide all the support she needs, so no need for the stick/wire. In time, the buried portion of stem will grow roots. Having a full pot will also provide more room in general for root growth. The soil will sink down in time, meaning watering and feeding will always be easy. Just remember, more roots = more plant! Hope this helps,........... Organoman.

I usually start when there are at least 3 nodes, those look to be the perfect size for training

Hi, this is my fat banana auto. She's about one month old. I just noticed she has some leaves that look a bit strange. Could this be boo much nutrients? I'm feeding biobizz heaven 2ml /L , root juice 1ml/L and grow 2ml /L ... Any suggestions?

Yea, roll back the nutes for a few feeds and see what happens. Could also be light burn or a fan burn if you got a fan pointed directly on it.

Did some pretty heavy defoliation this week. Still has some of brown edges on fan leaves, not sure what from. But it doesn't seem to get worse. All together she seems pretty happy :)

My auto is 6 weeks old and thriving in this tiny pot i have. I finally have space to replant her into 8 liter pot, but don't know if she would survive a transplant that that age? I cut out the bottom of the small pot she is in now before I planted her as a seedling.

With a smooth plastic pot like that transplanting should be easy. Ordinarily I would say it should be very root bound and the whole thing should just pull right out so you can stick it in a new pot with little disturbance. Your plant is really small so at this point I would leave it in that pot since you are already into flower. I know some say auto's can be done in small pots but 8 liter is really tiny. My auto's in 20 liter fabric pots are a total, solid mass of roots by the end of the grow and could probably use even bigger pots. You can't get big yields from tiny plants.

Hi mate, I don't think that is a good idea. Autos do not like to be transplanted. She is well established into flowering stage and any stress will hurt your yield. You're doing great so carry on as you are, she will be fine in that pot. Good luck and happy growing
