Still pretty sure I've got 2 different phenos here.
Humbolt said this would happen. I'm excited about it.
#1 started with 3 leaves and still only has 3
#2 started with single leafs and now has 5
#1 is smaller than #2 but are the same age.
We'll see later. I'm cloning the tops when they're big enough.
Planted them in 2 gallon cloth pots. Using Nectar for the Gods #4 & Roots Organic Lush as soil with a layer of plain coco on top. Stuck them to veg while growing my auto flower in there. 20/4 lights.
Finally, they aren't looking angry about life. Seems these don't prefer plain coco if you aren't going to over feed them. They're hungry, all the time. I haven't decided to scrog them yet or not. I think I'm going to need to be able to get to them. They seem needy and clingy. Still pretty blatantly seem to be 2 different phenos though. Hungry, needy, plants.
*the clones are being tiny little drama queens as well.
They really really want to go into flower mode. I'm having space issues and lighting cycle issues though. These are photos, my others are autos and I'm out of room to finish my auto. 🤷♀️
Finally flipped them to flower.
Got some new lst clips to help spread them out a bit. Those are fun. Next grow I'll have the clips to start that earlier..
Opted for plain well water and some cal-mag this week. They were getting annoyed at the FOOP. I'm annoyed at the FOOP.
*update. I defoliated them, did a little lolipoping and then decided these were much smaller than my auto flowers and switched tents with them..
They are now in my 2x2x4 🤞
They're happy right now. Tiny bits of color showing up in the flowers. Gosh. HURRY UP! I really want to be smoking this last week. Lol I managed to get ahold of a gram of this flower and it's amazing! It's so minty and speedy. I love this stuff. HURRY UP! 😁😍✌️💚🌱

These 2 plants. This strain is billed as a true 50/50 hybrid. Gosh. From literally day 1 it was blatantly obvious that these 2 plants of the same strain were very different from each other. 18 weeks later, it's still very obvious to me. #1 has been a complete drama queen for most of her life. #2 has been quite chill about the whole thing. #1 has leaves that are extremely thin, long, and pointy and the buds are growing in a Christmas tree shape. Very much pure sativa characteristics. #2 still has long thin leaves, but they're a little fatter and more rounded. Much closer to the 50/50 it should be. The buds on #2 are also forming in a round mound instead of pointy and conical. They look different, they act different, they're growing different and they smell different. I'm thrilled about this. I get to pick which one I like best. I have a clone of each plant so I can continue the line I want. I also have 7 more seeds to play with. It may take a few years to hunt down my preferred phenotype of this strain. I think it'll be worth that effort though. I love this plant. I can hardly wait to say, dang! I have too much pot! Lol
These plants are so different from each other. I'm thrilled about this. They're happy right now. The anticipation is grrrrrr....
✌️💚🌱
**OH GD MF'KR! HERMIE ON #1.
I'm inventing new sailor talk. Wtaf. WHY?!?!
Plucking them out as I find them. Gd beans. Wtaf. Yeah. I'm so angry.

RIP clone of Mountaintop Mint #1. She was a literal drama queen from day 1. Not even kidding. Always pissed off about something. Unstable and not even close to the 50/50 hybrid that she was billed as. I'm sad though, because this was straight up sativa from looking at the leaves. Whatever. I brought her into this world. I am her Goddess and I deemed her unworthy. She has been permanently relieved of her duties. ✌️💚🌱
Oh gee. Nute lockout. I'm flushing them out in the shower. Runoff started at 7.8.. Dang. No wonder they're mad. I've run about 20 gallons of well water through them. Going to clean the tent before I put them back up.
**
Got them dried off and now they're just
chilling out after their spa day. I sure hope they're happy tomorrow.
Really angry plants. Really frustrated grower. Lockout? Excess? Deficient? No telling at this point. Lol
**I think I figured out why everything got angry at the same time. Too much copper leeching from our pipes when I had to use plain well water from our tap for a week. It's the only thing that explains why all the plants get mad when I use water that should be fine.
While they are both fully and wholeheartedly angry at me for poisoning them with copper, they're still flowering. #1 smells like Berries. Lots of Berries. It's not very sticky to the touch.
#2 smells pretty dank. It's quite sticky too. About 3 weeks to go according to package info.
** I've put them out of their misery.
#1 weighed 5.2oz
#2 weighed 4.8oz
*** no more unfiltered well water from the faucet. Maybe next round will actually make it without almost dying. Maybe. A girl can hope anyway.
I put them out of everyone's misery. I'm going to try again though..

#1 was dry enough to trim. Got a whopping 14g off of it. 😂. Half oz better than nothing. It smells like Apple Jacks!
#2 got trimmed, it smells like turpentine. A pathetic 15g. It's 15 grams I don't have to purchase though.
.
**wow. #2 is very minty. It's still got some turpentine flavors in it, but very menthol. Yay!
#1 is a little minty. Smells like stale Apple Jacks now.
@MrJones, my Mountaintop Mint photos and my Super Smoothie Auto are actually planted in a layered pot. I have roots organic lush in the bottom, nectar of the gods #4 in the middle and plain coco on top. I'm hoping this will let me slack off on the watering (by hand) every single day. It seems to be helping. They still want cal-mag though, just not near as much it seems.
@Wanda, I found when I moved from salt-based nutrients to organic grows I needed to change mediums to get the best results, here is what I am currently running Soil - 50% Ocean Forest / 20% Tupur Royal Gold / 10% Earth Worm castings / 10% lobster Compost / 10% Additional Perlite, when I want to make a Super Coco, I flip the Coco for the Ocean Forest and then add my amendments, thanks for talking shop with me!
@MrJones, I'm in coco, so, that's probably why they're yelling about cal-mag. I don't have foop's ph solutions, so, maybe that's part of that issue. I'm going to finish out my current grows with it. If there's any left after that, it'll go out in the flower beds. I haven't decided what I'm switching to, but, it may be Cutting Edge Solutions. The guy at the grow shop uses it and has great luck with it.
@La0laEsMia, I will eventually. I literally just found signs of stupid spider mites. I'm going to get rid of those little bastards first. I'm excited for this one. I really hope I don't hate it when it's done. I still have 7 seeds left. 😂
@Ferenc, the anticipation is killing me on this one. I want it now. It'll probably be half gone by the time it's fully cured. Ha! I have clones going now and 7 more seeds. Yes!
