Well, not alot to say this week,,shes doing OK, spreading her wings, probably flip in next couple weeks or so..did a final trim and training before flipping, will let it mellow out now...lol
I have been fairly lucky for pests,,never take clones from anyone etc..but as a precaution and safety measure, I do sprinkle some DIATOMACEOUS EARTH on the floor of my tent before each grow, and clean and disinfect tent after/before each grow...you can also sprinkle abit on top of the soil if you'd like...it is safe for humans and pets alike, non toxic etc, and as they say, an once of prevention, beats a pound of cure...
started a feed blend today,,500ml bottle, one cap full of peroxide, two drops of 12/4/8 ferts, 1/4 teaspoon molasses, filled with our spring fed well water...later I will scrape off a small amount of ASA (aspirin) from one tablet and add to next bottle and scrape a small amount of calcium from a vitamin and also add to next bottle..just a minor amount of the powders dissolved in the water...and only feed every few days a small amount from the bottle..some will question this I'm sure, but it works for me...lol
this week for a precaution, because the season of bugs etc..has started,,in case anything hitches a ride indoors, I powdered the plants with DIATOMACEOUS EARTH..so you will see some white powder on it..lol..the other two plants that partly show in picture are going to be used for clones and go outdoors in the greenhouse soon, so wont be part of the tent grow..
@Mortal_morty, ya..I trimmed it basically before putting it on the screen...might do a little finer trim afterwards..if needed....no idea on chlorophyll breakdown before drying..there are as many ideas,,ways,,traditions,,scientific rights,,wrongs,,etc..as there are growers it seems sometimes, so I just kinda do what I've been doing for awhile now..I do know I am not necessarily conventional or right with what and how I do things,,..not even close,,make more mistakes than I want to admit...lol....but am I satisfied,,,100%...lol...
