This is my outdoor grow this year and I decided to use the fast version seeds because of the climate. I hope I will be more successful than last year, because this is my first attempt with photoperiod plants. I keep them on my window sill for the first 3 weeks and then take them outside, where I then have to hope for good weather.

The plants have developed well on the windowsill, unfortunately the weather outside is still too bad, which is why I have to wait another week before taking them outside. In the meantime I prepared 15 liter pots with a mixture of coconut, perlite and potting soil and made the remaining preparations at the grow spot.

The weather was still very cold and rainy, we have only had temperatures of over 20 degrees for a few days and the plants love it, finally they are growing faster. I hope the S.A.D. it will soon be better again, the curled leaves are probably due to the strong temperature fluctuations.

My S.A.D have not looked good for a few days, the leaves are curling up and some of the leaves are turning purple / red. Is that because of the cold? Last week it was very cold and rainy, between 6 and 13 degrees. Over-fertilization is impossible, I have only fertilized minimally

Hi mate, they look a bit cooked. If you're having drastic changes in climate it will cause this. It had a cool week and it looks like it went suddenly hot. She will be fine though, try and keep humidity up on the hot days. It will help keep her in good condition. Good luck and happy growing

This week was very warm and sunny, the plants have grown a good bit, and my two S.A.D. have recovered well. They're not as good as the cheese, but they still have plenty of time to grow. It's a bit difficult to shape the branches of the cheese because the leaves are just so huge and take away the light haha

This week it was extremely hot with temperatures of up to 35 degrees, and I was not at home and therefore could not water them, which is why they have not gained much in growth. However, there are now considerable bushes. I'll transplant them into 20 liter pots later in the week to make them even bigger.

Lately I noticed that the leaves of my Sweet Cheese in the lower part of the plant turn yellow and die off. They are in 15l fabric pots and have only been fertilized 3 times with a little Bio Grow. Is it because of the lack of nutrients because they are not getting enough ferti

it's called 'senescence' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plant_senescence https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plant_senescence there's nothing you can do about it it's normal...see all the normal healthy leaves, they all have proper turgidity (osmotic pressure), and no purple stems? taht means everything is going along normally for the plant...they just decide to kill off a leaf here and there every once in a while...nobody knows what causes it. Do not change feedings or waters when the majority of the plant is healthy and growing well. You'd just be chasing something that cant be fixed and mess up what was perfectly fine. ur fine dude dont sweat those few leaves.

Hi there, Older and lower leaves turning yellow is a sign of nitrogen deficiency. So you need to feed your baby. But be gentle on dosage which can cause overdose.Eventually cut off when she is going into flowering stage.Happy growing... ✌️

The plants look good, unfortunately the weather is crazy this year. In the last two weeks, only storm and rain at 17 degrees, now extremely hot and dry at 30 degrees. Despite all this, they grow well and the first tiny white hair is visible, I guess it will really start in 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, my cheese #2 shows more and more yellow leaves, the soil in the pot is extremely shrunk, the roots are partly free. I'll give her some fresh soil and increase the fertilizer a little then she should also recover.

Finally it really starts, the smell is getting stronger and more and more white hairs are visible. The plants have grown another 10 cm this week and are now 1.60m high. The problem with the yellow leaves on my Cheese has been solved, a little more fertilizer and fresh soil and the thing was done. The two cheeses are the S.A.D. a week ahead although they are indicated with a longer flowering period. S.A.D develop a very interesting smell and their growth is more sativa-heavy with thin leaves and very long branches. Now the weather just has to hold out for the next few weeks and then nothing should go wrong

Strangely, all 4 plants bloom differently, with the Cheese you still don't see much except a few white hairs, SAD # 1 is the furthest so far and a very sweet smell is noticeable, SAD # 2 is not quite that far, but it also blooms It's nothing. Weather is perfect with about 28 degrees and full sun.

My S.A.D has had deficiency symptoms on the lower branches and leaves for a week, doesn't look like a lack of nitrogen, has to be something else. Maybe the drought? Couldn't water for a week because I was on vacation and it was very hot every day

Wow perfect weather all week with full sun and no rain, hopefully it will stay that way. I think for my S.A.D it will be the last week before the harvest. No signs of mold or rot so far. The smell is very strong with a sweet earthy note, similar to hashish. It won't be a huge harvest, but the flowers look very high quality. My Cheese will take a little longer, which is due to the sativa genetics, which is why it is rather unsuitable for cooler regions like me in Northern Europe. According to the breeder, it should be ready at the beginning of September, but I suspect it will be more at the beginning of October

It's the last days before the harvest, I suspect. S.A.D # 1 is showing the first signs of mold due to the rain in the last few days, so I will probably be harvesting it immediately. If possible, I let S.A.D # 2 stand for a few more days as long as no mold forms. Cheese bloom very slowly, which is common for a sativa-heavy strain I thought I can harvest them before October, but that won't, hope the weather is okay

Does it make sense to harvest the plant already or would I lose the yield as a result? So far no signs of mold in contrast to my other plant of this variety. The weather is reported to be rainy in the near future

You're gonna lose out if you harvest now my friend! .. these girls gonna pack a lot weight in the coming month or so .. I would at least wait 3 more weeks if I were you.. some genetics grow really light green to yellow in the end stages of life, nothing to worry about.. just make sure you pump some extra nutrients in for the last sprint! And flush after two weeks from now give or take.. good luck ✌️🌿😃

After 26 weeks the time has finally come, after I discovered some mold stains, I decided to harvest them. The plants had problems from the start and were significantly slower to grow than my other plants. Nevertheless, they have endured long periods of cold, rain and heat. I was hoping for a higher yield, but I am more than satisfied with the quality of the buds. Towards the end, even purple hues developed due to the cold nights, the buds are completely covered in trichomes and are extremely sticky. I would describe the smell as hashish, earthy and sweet. Definitely a highly recommended strain for outdoor cultivation as it flowers very quickly and is sure to deliver first-class yields in good conditions. Will definitely be grown again next year.

The weather changes and the rainy autumn begins. Unfortunately, the plants still need at least 2-3 weeks but I will probably harvest them in the next few days as mold forms all over the plant. There are only small spots that I was able to remove, but if it rains again, it will spread further. The flowers are currently not very dense although the hairs are already turning orange and the trichomes are changing color. Unfortunately, due to the sativa genetics, she is very slow and has little chance of reaching her full potential in northern regions. Will be harvesting them in a week at the latest.

Overall, I am very happy with this strain. The quality of the flowers is great and the yield is good for the size of the plants. Unfortunately, the stated flowering time of Sweet Seeds was given far too short. Due to the sativa genetics, she did not start flowering until the beginning of September and took a good deal longer than other strains, which is why she is less suitable for cooler regions like Northern Europe. It would probably have taken another 2 weeks, but in the last week before the harvest I had severe mold problems, which is why I had to dispose of almost a quarter of the harvested flowers. The weather was rainy and very cold from the end of September, now we have temperatures of just 10 degrees during the day, which is why I am happy to have harvested in time. In any case, a recommendable variety that is very easy to grow and does not need any additional care, just enough sun and a slightly warmer climate 😉
