This is the start of week 2, and this seed has finally sprouted. After the other two seeds popped taproots within a day, I was getting a little nervous about this one, but I'm getting more comfortable with the process now.
This one took a long time to sprout compared to my first two, and I was getting worried about it. But it's catching up and looking good, so I'm excited to watch it develop.
This seedling seems to be developing the most "properly" despite being the runt of the litter, a week behind my other seeds. I'm trying to keep it as happy as I can.
Still growing more slowly than my other 2 plants, but the height and leaf formation have me hopeful that this one will be a successful candidate. Slowly hardening to the outdoors so I can transplant in a week or two.
Now that I've hardened my seedling, it's loving the sunshine. Should be able to plant it in a week or two. Watching all the leaves develop has been very exciting. I'm eager to help it grow big and strong lol.
The runt of my litter is coming along nicely... still slower to grow and leaf, but still making progress in it's own way. Leaves have darkened nicely being outside and in the sun lately.
My little runt is finally starting to take off! This one maybe gets a little less light than the others, but I'm hoping some TLC with feedings and growing techniques will let it thrive anyways.
So thrilled that this little girl is finally starting to make some gains. Growing up and out, it's finally starting to bush up and amount to something.
Super excited about how well this Uno is doing now! Sprouting up, branching off, and creating a number of new leaves this week. I did some light defoliation to clean things up, but otherwise left well enough alone. Hoping to do some LST in the next week or so.
Finally taking the plunge to try some LST... this plant is still in prime size/development for it. Spread out the canopy greatly... hope this helps stimulate more growth.
This one is really responding well to LST, even though it's still not doing as well as I expected. Hoping that it's going to develop well enough for harvest...
My runt is still runting... it's growing new shoots and leaves, but not much more than that. I'm starting to worry that this one might not amount to much...
I released this plant from the LST I had imposed on it, trying to allow all of it's energy to go into flowering. The flowers are starting to come in more now... waiting for the long sleeve effect to develop soon!
I'm amazed at how much this plant has grown over the last week vegetatively while building up its flowers. It's been a late bloomer all along... I hope it's ready for harvest before the season ends.
Thankfully this plant made it through the storm half decent, but it's still very stunted compared to all the others. Hoping to give it another few weeks to catch up before I have to cut it down...
The Uno is still progressing... maybe more now than ever before! Developing more flowers and growing taller than it's been the whole season. I keep giving it Bloom feeder to promote whatever kind of growth it needs... hope the harvest is productive.
This plant is my most disappointing of the batch. It was almost a week later sprouting than the other seeds, has always been the runt, and has a very small yield. I can't really blame the strain, because the sunlight in that growing spot was very poor and challenging. I would definitely grow this in full direct sun if I was to try it again.
