They are still growing, I defoliated this time a little to much again 0.0
Time for them to recover and then I will be getting ready to put them in flower.
I cleared out the bottom of the plant where light wouldn't go, removed all big old fan leaves and removed all leaves blocking light on other bud sights, then I put it all under the net and now its ready to go.
