I got to admit I love Royal Queen genetics. As I am germinating all these different strains at the same time. Amnesia Haze is growing the fastest. I am so excited about her. She is feminized and I'm excited about the lemon. I'm a huge lemon fan
She is the strongest thus far. She has grown like no strain I have seen. Can't wait for the outcome with her. YES she is in the ground in the greenhouse already. Only 1 week old. She loves it
This girl is doing great. Showing little signs of overwatering but its easy to dry the ground out in the greenhouse. To easy sometimes that you have yo make sure and not COOK them. Between the Sun and the greenhouse effect it may only be 50 degrees outside but it can be over a hundred in the greenhouse. It all depends on how strong the sun is and air circulation inside.
I'm sorry if I gave anyone confusion. I thought my diary was deleted but I found out I was not hitting show all Diaries LOL I'm obviously a little on the slow side this evening. I'm updating the correct diary. She is one of the easiest strains I have grown. This says here that was a little over watered so I went three days without giving her any water and she grew very quickly. Remember growing outside directly in the ground is just as different as any other growing technique.
I started doing low-stress training with her. I think I over stressed her because the bugs got her leaves in week 3. She's coming out of it I just don't want to over stress her. I am truly excited about her so I'm being extremely careful. I love anything with citrus lemon. Is she supposed to be write down that alley. I'm going to let her grow her own way and if I run into space problems we can always improvise!!!
So it ends up I can't figure out which way to go LOL I tried low stress training but she really didn't seem to like that. This one was a little harder out of all three to get going. She's taking off now though good job Barney's Farm
I've done some low stress training pulling her branches back down to the ground. You can smell the lemon radiating from her. I only had 1 seed she sprouted and she has done very well. Keep it up in Amnesia Haze
Okay low-stress training is not working. All these girls are going to get way too big. I've decided to top and do high stress training. I have been watering a lot lately. I have now increased it to a couple gallons of straight tap water a day. Please keep in mind I am growing directly in the ground you would not want to do that with a pot.
She took high-stress training way better than low stress training . Maybe it's because I am growing outside . She's been topped and now her branches are spreading. All of her Bud sites are starting to thicken up. She is pulling through and keeping up with the other two. I give them a little blood meal now and then and continuing to water a lot.
I Will Not Top these again unless I absolutely have to. I have a feeling the greenhouses going to look like a jungle LOL that's what we love to see though. I have to say I have my soil down very well this year. Never hesitate to ask I'm like an open book. She is growing beautifully Barney's Farm
These girls are growing like crazy. This poor little one in the middle has expanded her wings and is ready to be low stress trained in a direction she can grow. This one did great growing just like a sativa said. Her smell is wonderful. Very citrusy exactly what I wanted. She will grow in the jungle and begin to take shape. Longest bud sight is coming in at 38 in. Very impressive Barney's Farm. She has already been topped and she grows not as bushy. I might not need much on her. I completely stopped all nutrients because she has almost hit the ceiling. I have to start pulling branches down. She's going to be a big one
Let's be straight at all boils down to genetics in soil. I couldn't be more proud of how she is turning out. Her smell is the strongest. I can smell lemons and it's amazing. Great job Barney's Farm on the genetics for this girl. She is the only one out of the three that has been able to take the high heat. There's been a day or two where it's gotten a little over a hundred degrees. Right now we are going through flood rain and she is sucking it up. Everyday growing in height more and more. As you can see I am low stress training to the other side of the greenhouse for more room. I had a work bench and other objects and there had to be removed because of the size of my three plants. They're going well together and my flower boxes. Watch this girl get huge an extremely long but sites. Right now one bud site is coming in at four and a half feet.
This is a very great sativa by the way it is growing. It is not getting too but she just going straight up as much as I can. I have been pulling her back down to give me more room at the top of the greenhouse. I'm expecting her to hit the 12 foot marker this year. She smells amazing to. She is the only one that is with taking the heat wonderfully.
This one wants to go straight up but she is squished between two bushy plants. But I will definitely get some bud off of her. She's coming in at 12 foot tall and I have topped to her twice.
Growing big plants in a greenhouse is hard. I might have a tough decision coming up. Getting rid of Durban she does not like the hot weather and I don't see any cool weather on the calendar yet. Amnesia Haze seems to have wonderful genetics and very resistant good job Barney's Farm
This one doesn't need any more training at all or deflation. Her smell is amazing. I am getting a lot of citrus coming from her. She would have been a great one to grow all on her own. Next year I am doing two plants only and both of them will be Barney's Farm!!!
This girl would be so perfect if she wasn't prone to spider mites in my area. Other than that she smells excellent and is fighting through it let's hope she makes it
This girl has the best smile in the whole Greenhouse. She has been through hell and back. The spider mites tried to consume her and she bought that. The heat tried to affect her but she fought back. Even though this train is prone to infestation it is worth the grow. I need to start learning to put these ones by themselves and grow them indoors see how they turn out. Even after losing a portion of her I still will be getting a decent yield
Out of all three agree this year this one is my favorite. She smells of lemons from miles away. She grew just like a sativa should and her lime green color is beautiful. Unfortunately with all those great things also comes pests that like to eat it. Spider mites on her were a continuous problem for the last 7 months. That's right this girl grew for seven months. I also had some spider mites at the day of harvest but was able to trim and cut off all infected areas. In my area right now we just got our first freeze. I got her down one day before. This girl grew like crazy. She loved the blood meal and lots of water. She seemed to have loved the heat but she did not like the temperatures of 110 and above.
