Getting ready to top this girl.. I always top it autos at the 4th or 5th node. Then time to transplant into a 3 gallon smart pot. Led by Mars hydro ts1000
@Exotic_Seed,hi,,, after reading your description, i still have questions to the strain
is it an automatic plant=? ( because of the lowryder)... how would yyou classify the strain....?
Dig all your pics. But I don't see Skunkwerks on the nute list in some. Been using it and love it. Plus made right in my hometown. Using all n one from veg till week 5 of flower then skunkwerks part B till flush. No more messy resivoir! I go 5ml/gal in all veg stages about 600ppm with healthy well water. Then like 1000-1200ppm in flowering flushing once a week. Then 800-1000ppm part B flushing once a week till final flush time. Still adjusting/working on ppms though. To much and here comes da yella.
The stuff has done better than or as good as all other nutes and super soils I've tried. Which are many. Subcool supersoil was fun but the space needed and cooking time was a hassle.
Just curious why using other nutes with skunkwerks?
Never needed anything else here. That I know of. Perhaps you know somethin I dont. :)
Love to see you doing autos btw. Is a thing I still haven't gotten into. Might soon.
But on regular plants. If the room to do it should try to do what I do. No topping. When a plant gets 3ft. In veg pull it down. Then let more grow up. Then when more branches are 3ft pull them down. If you veg for like 12+weeks you will get the biggest buds ever! :)
Subcool learned this as well.
But your rockin it! Keep up the good work! Can almost smell your buds through my phone it looks so good. 😆
@BigBudBrian, I don't use the skunkwerks on my babies just yet. That's prolly why you didn't see it here. I just started using them 2 yrs ago. Had a 'recipe' from a friend but he used kind soil not coco like me... was having issues for a spell.. but now I'm back in the game again. I appreciate your words and you checking my diaries out. The buds are as amazing as the pics for sure!
ohyeah..forgot to mention I clone the same way. 100% everytime! Though I use a clear cup bigger than the lower cup thats are snug so it holds in moisture for 2weeks. Plus best parts about doing it this way is if one clone by chance is contaminated with bugs or mold it won't contaminate everyother clone as in a clone dome with multiple clones in it and the fact that clones are so...touchy if in a pod in a traditional clone dome. If the temp drops or raises to much on ya they might all die. A cup of soil method such as this gives more security as the soil temp won't jump up and down that quickly. Giving a person more time to fix thier enviroment. Ac goes out while at work come home to a clonedome full of yellow dead clones.
