Okey so, first of all hello everyone, I'm very pleased to have the opportunity to share my first growing experience with you. I'm so excited guys!
I'm French, so I apology in advance if my English isn't as good as an Anglo-Saxon speaker.
My growing desire since years now to grow my own seeds, my own plant, not be dependent on a dealer, and my current geographic situation (South of Spain, Andalucia) with the sun who's shining more and more during this spring period, had decided to buy a seed auto-flowering seeds of Hindu Kush.
Why Hindu Kush ? Because it's easy to grow, especially for beginners like me :))
So :
- I use water from the tap (I do not know the PH of the water, but my grow shop seller said me that it was fully safe).
- I use a mix of peat moss, sphagnum peat and perlite, with an EC of 1.2, a pH of 6.2, a conductivity of 40ms/m, and a water retention of 700ml/L.
- Right now a pot of 0.3L (very small), just for the first weeks (1 and 2), and then I will put the plant on a bigger pot.
After having put the seed between 2 paper napkins, I've put them in the ground last weekend.
The seed went out on the third day.
If you have some indications, suggestions, I'm fully open !!!
See ya allll :)
She is lookin great for 4th week, those fan leafs u see they dont matter, the ones now growing right on top of those are the important. Try to lst just to open those and make sure those get sunlight. If you make a topping the plant will focus on those ones. Also a good choice. I made a topping on one of my autos, check that one out and in 3/4 days its noticible the differences. Im thinking of doing the same to the others. A bigger pot will help
