Nice to see you growing for yourself, but I think the lights are a bit too weak for these plants, because at least from the pictures, it seems like they have really few leaves and too much internodal spacing, or maybe the light is too far away.
@pecorino, believe me, the lights are actually great and satisfy both plants.... As for the missing leaves, as you read in the description.... I did the "defoliation" and not a little, and I noticed a significant increase in the flowers.
@Italian_Cannabis_Top_Strain,
I recommend cutting them less since the leaves help provide energy to the plant and promote the growth of the buds. They should mainly be cut when they cover the buds for better light penetration, but in my opinion, it's excessive since you haven't left even one leaf that isn't attached to the bud. Of course, if you want perfect buds, they'll definitely turn out better this way, but at the cost of the quantity of the harvest. Anyway, do as you see fit. Good luck!
@Italian_Cannabis_Top_Strain, you're doing something wrong those plants are a bit stunted. Review your fertilization plan or interventions on the plant. Sorry if I’m overstepping but with a minimum of 600w I expect a yield of 450g/m² (I get that with a 200w LED.) You're making a mistake.
1' never defoliate (you should defoliate in a controlled manner, like to guide growth under a net for example, or for other reasons but always with caution, never recklessly) It's simpler, don't fim or top instead use a net and encourage horizontal growth.
