Your problem is that you have them at 24/0 continuous lighting. There is no way a fresh cutting/clone can grow roots when it is completely exhausted from an abnormal light schedule. All cannabis, autos and photoperiod plants in veg, also cuttings, will grow best with an 18/6 light/dark schedule. Cannabis, and basically every living thing, needs sleep and your clones are no exception and expecting clones with no roots to be able to survive and grow under an unnatural lighting torture test of continuous light, is just too much for them to survive and function normally. I am sure once you go to 18/6, your plants should return to happy and healthy growth and I urge you to stick with 18/6 and not stress them by denying them a normal awake/sleep/awake/sleep routine, they way it has been since time began.
