Soooo my first run at cloning was unsuccessful. Say 16 no roots and managed to acquired thrips in the process from my mother plant and had to bleach the EZ cloner, spray neem oil, and throw some diatomaceous earth down. Havent seen any thrips around so I think I got em.
16 clones this run, set in water after cutting, dipped in Foop clone gel and dropped in the EZ cloner at 1min/4min water cycle. Threw in 30ml of clonex and adjusted the PH to 6.0 which I previously wasn’t doing. This run I’m stoked on the aqua heater to keep the water at the temp vs keeping up with a 4 hour heater for the whole tent. I have faith I got it this round. Lights at 25% at 24hour on. Working on the humidity but I think I’m gonna dial it in this run.

Small root growth day 9 then stauled? Clones starting to get crunchy leaves which is weird since I thought I’d have bursting roots with tiny root growth but nothing else has happened? PH is solid and added clonex. Why would the roots staul?
Your problem is that you have them at 24/0 continuous lighting.
There is no way a fresh cutting/clone can grow roots when it is completely exhausted from an abnormal light schedule.
All cannabis, autos and photoperiod plants in veg, also cuttings, will grow best with an 18/6 light/dark schedule.
Cannabis, and basically every living thing, needs sleep and your clones are no exception and expecting clones with no roots to be able to survive and grow under an unnatural lighting torture test of continuous light, is just too much for them to survive and function normally.
I am sure once you go to 18/6, your plants should return to happy and healthy growth and I urge you to stick with 18/6 and not stress them by denying them a normal awake/sleep/awake/sleep routine, they way it has been since time began.

Well I literally have no idea what I am doing but here we are!
9/16 clones rooted on this second batch of clones. I’d call that a success since my first batch didn’t root at all. I attibute it solely to the Aqua seed heaters (2) I purchased because they both sucked. I also thank the recommendation of switching from 24hr to 18/6, that seemed to do the trick too.
Anyways, Bestva2000W double chip on 18/6 for the 9 potted chickas in my veg tent. Foop veg 1 for nutrients, got that nice organic soil ‘Coast of Maine’ Stonington Growers mix to do the trick.
No idea where to go from here so lend a mama a hand on this journey! Was pretty nervous potting but thankful for the homies talking a sis through it. Upward and onward!
