13apr21 Looks like they were starting to stretch so I dropped the lights from the recommended 90cm to 50cm and increased the the light output from 30% to 60%. U hope i hasn't over done it with the lights. They don't seem to be stretching anymore. They do seem very pale in colour. I am following the Green Planet3 feed chart. We are just coming into Autumn here and the night temperature has dropped to about 10c, I have placed the pots onto a heat mat. I need to sort out a heating system. Roots starting to protrude through the bottom of 4" pots. All looking good apart from the initial stretching. When I re-pot them I will bury them a few inches deeper because of the stretching

Late last week they were looking pretty sick with curling twisting leaves. I put the question out and Mrs Larimar gave me great advise in regards to the heat mat I was using. I removed it and they are looking alot better. I have installed a small bar heater (37cm long)attached it to a thermostat set to 25c. Unfortunately I can't seem to get the temp above 19c-20c. Heater set to max. Fan set to turn on for 2mins every hour to try and keep the heat in there. Increased the Nutrients this week. I have ordered som Cal/Mag which should arrive in the next couple of days and will be adding that to its feed. All said im sort of happy, it seems slow going. 100w LED @ 100% now. I think I will re-pot next week, no signs of roots coming through the bottom yet.

They seem to be coming along nicely, added 0.5ml of CalMag to the feed. They have greened up alot since I added calmag. Still a bit of twisting in the leaves occurring. I moved the light up by 10cm. I will increase the feed/ppm tomorrow. Time to decide on which one i will keep as my tent is only 60cmx60cmx180cm. I will be mainlining the chosen plant in a few days after I repot her on Friday 30Apr. Until next week. Any observations or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Re potted both plants moved the weaker one outside LST and will let it go to flower (last entry for outdoor plant). Re potted the indoor plant also, waited 4 days then topped it at 3 node and removed all new shoots below the 3rd. Have noticed the leaf colour becoming pailer and also leaf stems turning slightly purple. I am hoping this is just from the shock of re potting then topping. Time will tell. I will be mainlining the indoor plant. Any observations, tips or comments will be greatly appreciated.

@Slippy, i take all the stress outta seedling care by using Foxfarm's Bushdoctor coco. its amended and while I feed them a bit, (mostly supplements) just adding water works too!!!

looking good, !!! but i would give the girls an airflow instead of binding them, they got to be able to stand alone shake them softly daily betqeen your fingers, and let them swing in abreeze of the ventilation

@Slippy,iam using the small ceramic infrared heaters with temperature control. but you have to watch these things in such asmall tent its very dangerous can you isolate the tent from outside? or heating the room where she stands, because like i said thos little heaters are dangerous, ihave used mine into my growbox, the growbox is made of steel, I would try to put her on awarmer spot, into awarmer room all thhe other options are tricky

@Mrs_Larimar, Thx 4 the advise I will do that, I think I need a larger/betterheater so I can leave the ventilation fan running constant ot atleast 5min on 5min off. Our temp in Australia has dropped to about 19cday 10cNight. Can you recommend a heater for a 60x60x160 tent. Fan/ceramic/Bar?

@Mrs_Larimar, Thx 4 the heads up, there is mould growing on the surface of the cocco, so I'm obviously being too generous with watering. I have never really let it dry out, as I know u should.

I would take away the heatmat iam sure it causes the troubles, well 15 degree is not alot but its enough, in dytime they have it warmer .....so everything is fine i think your heatmat dried them and yoou got an imbalance of the ph that way,,, and look at the roots, if they are still nice and white
