First grows are scary, but exciting -- liked and followed!
Not familiar with germing under a dome, but I know you CAN be too wet. So long as the puck is moist instead of *wet*, you should be fine -- but I'd tend toward caution on the humidity. You want it ideal, but at the same time high humidity might help the type of fungi, etc, which grow on baby plants and stunt/kill them.
No verdict either way, I'd just review your guide/tutorial/advice and make a decision.
