This week went well. Had one little hiccup with water and amount. Still trying to fix it. Rotated the smaller two plants to the middle. Tomorrow I will be adding a small amount of nutes and adjust accordingly.
26APR - They grew a little bit this past week. Thinking of topping by the end of this week. Still unsure being my first grow and all. Anyone have suggestions I am open to them.
29APR - all 4 widows were slightly dehydrated and im guessing ots due to being switched from led to a 1000watt MH bulb. Going to keep an eye on them n possibly trim their roots tomorrow.
01MAY - ended up not doing anything to them other than move them around a bit.
03MAY - woke up to a melted fan. Did a quick fix and hooked my intake fan to it, until I am able to replace that fan. Seems to be working for the time being. Updated pics to follow throughout the week.
04MAY - did a little bit of defoliation, think I did good, still debating on doing more, but I'll wait until she recovers from this one.
05MAY - Woke up late and didn't have time to check water this morning, so they are a little dehydrated, watered them, but other than that seem to be doing ok.
Starting week 6 pretty well. But I do believe I have a male in the midst.... will update throughout the week. Put both black widow plants together to compare everything, and one is sounding and acting like a male plant.
UPDATE: So the suspected male is not a male. Got a barney style breakdown of how to tell the ddifference. When I get home tonight I will be putting her back with rest.
So far so good starting this week, they are all filling out wonderfully. I do belive I have the spider mites and leaf miners under control. Hope like hell they don't come back. I have to wait until Friday to transplant to final pot.
A lot went on this week. Transplanted them to their final pots, and took 24 clones from them. 5 per plant except 1, was only able to get 4 from the smaller one. I think I went a little overboard but, they aren't looking too stressed. Been keeping a close eye on them and the clones. I will be starting a diary for the clones at the end of the week.
Starting a day behind, at least on here. I trimmed just about all the fan leaves on the black widow, I now see how easy it is to go overboard (although some have said I haven't), but compared to how the other widows look, she's naked.
