I would wait for the roots to fill that cup. Looking at the pic it looks like you are around day 6-7. She can stay in there another 7-10 days. Gl with your grow.

Pretty AK47... I usually wait from 10 to 15 days and never water them 2 days before it. Care not to stress the root(s). All the best!
