Espguitar217 Sprouted today, morning of 3rd day from planting. I have 5 auto gelatos from i49 and my last zkittles auto from fast buds. Figured that's my back up since I've never used i49 before. All 6 germinated. So far so good. This is my first time trying dry amendments, so fingers crossed. Let's take the journey together. Also I'm using a vanquish ceramic metal halide 315w light, gd doesn't have it as a listed light. So far I've had amazing growth using it all the way through

Espguitar217 Just keep watering to about 6.2-6.4 every other day. Beginning their second set of true leaves. A couple fell over so i propped them up with paper clips.

Espguitar217 Top dressed today. 1 tbs/gal of medium of each all purpose and bloom. Also incorporated botanigard 22wp, 2 tbs/gal of water. This should handle the fungus gnat problem. This also treats against aphids and other pests. It's organic and won't harm the microbes in my medium. Gelato #2 has started showing pistils

Espguitar217 Still having pest issues, gets worse then better. I'll probably steer away from the dry amendments in the future and go back to bottle. Beginning to flower and showing a lot of bud sites

Espguitar217 Missed last week, been busy on my truck. I read that a top layer of sand over the medium will end a gnat problem. Since this was my last top dressing, i went ahead and tried it. Within a few days, zero flying pests, so thats good. One of the gelatos was very spindly and weak, so i ditched it to give the rest more space. They seem to appreciate it. One of the gelatos is quite impressive. Has a foot long cola forming and smells amazing. I've started adding a little calmag because i noticed some rust spots.

Espguitar217 Missed some entries but back on track. Everything is going well. Colas are stacking nicely, getting heartier. Smell is building up. This strain is supposed to be 70 days seed to harvest and the end of the week will be 70 days. Amber trichomes are forming, probably 2% and the rest milky. Id like to harvest closer to 25% amber. Leaves are fading nicely, which hopefully leads to a smooth smoke. I will make sure to keep this updated now that they're getting to the end.
