4/19: I feel like my plant growth is behind and I'm starting to get worried. I did notice a few new leaves poking out from the first node. Really hoping its going to take off. I did lower the light a bit in hopes that maybe it was lack of light.
4/21: watering day for this little lady. She's looking great and has some new growth. Gave her about 80ml of RO at 6.5ph. Lowering the light didn't hurt her at all which makes me think I can go even lower since I'm starting her at about 30% power.
4/23: watering day and she's looking good! I'm seeing some new growth coming up. I'm keeping her at the same water amount. Pretty excited that things are starting to speed up
4/25: still looking pretty healthy. A little yellow on the new growth but I think it's normal since they turn green once bigger. I did turn up my led light to 50% power now that were at the half way point.
4/27: things have definitely picked up but I still think she's behind for being an autoflower. I just noticed a bit of red on the first true leaves so I'm a little concerned, I'm going to keep the light where it's at and see how this next node looks.
4/29: she's really taking off now! I'm still worried about the reddish leaf stems and the yellowish tint on the new leaves. I did screw up and over watered her since I noticed the leaves drooping minutes after watering. It was only 20ml more than normal but I guess she wasn't ready
5/1: noticed her leaning a bit so I went to pat the soil a bit and noticed there was a big gap from the stem to soil so I went full panic and added a cup and a half of dry soil along with a toothpick to help keep her up. I did hand bend the top just a bit to help stop her from getting too top heavy and hopefully she'll bush out a bit. I was going to start LST and nutes today but with her new soil and thin stem I'll give her another couple days.other than the stem she looks super healthy!
5/3: I started LST yesterday (day 22) and spun her around so the lower sites have a better chance of catching up and hopefully I cab get 3 decent tops. I also started adding mega crop to the water at 1/128 tsp to a cup of water.
I also bumped uo the amount of water I've been giving her since she's growing pretty rapidly. Hopefully I didn't overwater! I feel like watering till run off seems like a lot.
5/5: I removed the LST clip after my other plant stem broke so I removed it from all plants. She's looking good after her first dose of mega crop and I stepped up the water until run off started now that she's getting good size. Just water for the next 2 watering to ensure I don't run into any toxicity problems.
5/7: she's still looking fantastic and I had to fight myself to not feed her more mega crop. Watered with plain ph RO and letting her focus on flowering. I did trim off the lower leaves to help her focus the energy where it's needed. I did a terrible job of LST so I'm just going to see what I can get and improve next grow!
5/10: she started throwing pistols and growth has taken off so I'm going to start counting flower time now! Added in bud explosion to the mix and got the balls to tie her up to help the lower bud sites try to catch up.
5/12: I got the confidence to start LST again. I'm pretty late so I'm just hoping for the best!
5/14: pistil production is really taking off for not just the top cola but the lower sites. LST is definitely helping keeping that main to the side and hopefully they can catch up to it. Leaves were super droopy since I haven't watered since the 10th so I gave her more PHd RO water to ensure I'm not overfeeding.
Day 37 5/17: first two bottom 3 petal leaves turned yellow and were dying so I cut them off. The next set of fan leaves are starting to turn yellow and I suspect it's nitrogen deficiency since I moved to bud explosion so I lowered the BE and do half does of mega crop. Other than those bottom sets of leaves things are looking really good and the flowers are really taking off! I still have the main cola tied down and the lower sites are working their way up.
Day 39 5/19: lifted the bags and they felt much light but the leaves are flat so I'm going to wait one more day and do a nice watering with more nitrogen to hopefully stop this yellowing. I spun the plant around and have no clue if it will help anything but figured I'd switch it up to light different surfaces more .
Day 40 5/20: watered today with cal-mag to help with nitrogen. No feeding today to avoid lockout. Things are moving . I'm starting to get worried that she's going to burn herself growing so quickly but I don't want to move the light further since she hasn't begun to taco.
Day 43 5/22: I watered and fed yesterday right before lights out since I fear she was dried out too much. Came back to her this morning and should see a slight burn on the tips on leaves. I did bump up the feeding to try and help with the nitrogen deficiency. Trimmed off the yellow lower leaves and now hoping for the best!
Day 46: it had been really hot the past couple days where the tent gets to 88f and I started to notice the tips of leaves curling downward. They are drinking much faster now too so I just watered them till they were heavy again with a bit of calmag added.
Day 48: watered and fed today. Temps are down to high 70s now which is better. Still a few leaves curled but overall she looks healthy. She's definitely starting to fatten up.
Day 53: I've been slowly upping the Bud Explosion and think I hit the start of the ceiling with the very tips showing a bit of color change. She's really loving it though packing on the buds
Day 56: just water right now after seeing the tips starting to burn a bit. Things are moving along and she's starting to stack nicely.
My leaf tips are starting to culr downwards during week 4 of flower for my auto. My Temps have been up to 83 right now with the weather and with around 47% humidity. Any ideas?
Too much nitrogen. Super early sign of nitrogen toxicity. Cut back on nitrogen but maintain upped levels of potassium and phosphorus. Leaves won't repair.
Day 58: feed day and they are still looking pretty good. Been on the edge of nitrogen toxicity so hopefully things don't decline!
Day 63: still looking pretty clear right now. Seeds estimated they would finish between 60-70 days. On only water just flushing her a bit
