Adjusted the height to 14inches and the power to a notch over 75 on the ts1000. Watering 2 litres twice week recently.

Hi mate, looks like you have a watering issue(under/overwatere.) How often and how much are you watering? She is in flower. Nothing too serious by the looks of it. I would definitely keep her going. Just give her a little more time.

She will just finish after. Nothing to worry about. She had some stress so she stalled a bit that's all. You stress it out like that and you end up adding an extra week to the grow. Leave everything as is.
